For being my first time ever getting a pedicure and a manicure it was a great and relaxing experience. I will definitely be going back to get more services done with my daughter.

Excellent professional service as well as value for money. Spacious surroundings in a quiet part of town. Bright and clean environment. My nails were done in under 30 minutes. Quicker than I have before. Experience of technique came through and my nails are still like they were first done over a week later. Love them. I had the gel nail service and I am very happy😃

Had an appt for 2 fills and 2 pedicures. Called ahead of time to add 1 person to the appt for a pedicure and manicure. The man said, uh, No. And hung up. Not sorry, I cant accommodate you. Not were booked. Just No. And then hung up! I called back and said, that was very rude and unprofessional how you just said No and hung up . He said ok, and hung up again! What kind of business is run like this?!?

Not very friendly, or clean. Felt that as much as I paid it could have been more welcoming.

Called to add a service on to my appointment and instead of saying sorry we are already booked the guy was like uh no very rudely then when I called him out on it he hung up very very poor customer service

Henry is rude every single time you show up, he makes you feel unwelcome and unwanted there, he does not appreciate or value business

Every time I call this place they have very rude people answering calls and horrible service.

I do not recommend this place at all. The place was empty and yet the lady who did my pedicure rushed through it in less than 15 minutes. And she was so sloppy with the nail polish. I could have done a better and more thorough job at home for free. Do not waste your money here.

Had to wait an extra hour even though I had an appointment. But my nails came out great.

They didnt soak my nails off but instead took a cuticle cutter and pulled them off. Is not worth a trip. Save yourself the hassle of having to find a new salon to fix their mistakes. The nails themselves are bulky and uneven. Gross. Not happy.

The proprietor was very nice, personable, and talkative to a comfortable degree. I would give 5 stars just for that, but unfortunately my gels are 2x as thick as they should be, the color is not even or applied over the edges, and some are dull no matter how much I buff them. I probably will not return, sadly.

This is the only place I go to.. Henry and Michelle are nice people and they always do a good job on mine and my daughters nails...everywhere I go I always get nice compliments on my manicure.. Thank you Princess Nails!!!! 🙋‍♀️💅

What a nice place and my granddaughter enjoy having her nails done.

Wow. 4 hours after my gel manicure n Saturday my hands looked like this: (see photo). My thumbnail just peeled off completely and the rest were lifting and peeling on both hands.I went to the owner on Monday to show her and politely asked for a refund ($25 plus 1/2 of the $10 tip I gave - the regular pedi was fine). She insisted that since I had a manicure - (we trimmed your cuticles!!) the gel was only worth $12. I then asked her for the $12 and the complete tip refunded. She threw $22 at me.Wow. I went because my usual person was booked. I will never step foot in there again and I would advise you dont either. Mistakes happen. All she had to do was apologize for the poor job and give me my refund and I would have been fine.

Ive been here a total of 4 times over the span of 5 years. I was cut every single time! Nails always looked HORRIBLE! I tried giving them multiple chances only to realize theyre always rude & do terrible nails. I recommend going elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place at all!!! They cut and burned me multiple times throughout my manicure. I left in tears. The acrylics are sloppy and uneven! Very very unsatisfied

Wish I could give them no stars. Crappiest nail job Ive ever witnessed. Wasnt busy when I went in they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. They need to learn customer service skills and perhaps go back to school and learn how to properly do nails. I will never go here again. I recommend you dont waste your time and money here.

Rude. I dont know why you have a nail place if you hate doing nails and hate talking to your customers. Cant even do a decent manicure.

When I walked in, No one said anything to me, the man and woman just looked at me. About a minute later, the man stood up, heaved a heavy sigh and asked me what I wanted....It ended with a nick on my toe, a bumpy polish job and major regret for giving them my money.I felt ripped off and like they didnt even care.This was the 2nd time I went back, just to see if it would be different. NOPE! after 2 visits I wouldnt ever go back.
