Ive never done my nails in this place and I never will. I just tried to get to know the place and asked some questions about the services and a Japanese woman wouldnt even let me into the place. She said she had no hours and that prices were outside. She didnt even let me speak properly. Not pleasant reception for a future customer. She at least said good morning. She already dumped me right away. If Im going to be treated like this, I prefer to wait and get my nails done in Brazil, where Im from. And there I am treated like a queen and the service is wonderful!

My is her name and she is so sweet and a badass nail artist! I really bonded with her and my nails.

I went here for two months. Until the owner abruptly decided to stop doing my nails. Someone I met in town prior to my experience said this happened to her. So dont get too comfortable coming here. And the very strange part is that the female owner initially did my nails & her husband did them subsequently. She told me that he was better than her. I told him that she was very humble to say that but that she WAS very good. No good deed goes unpunished. I was always friendly and tipped well. And then she was outright rude when I went in & wouldnt even take my calls.

Make sure that you make an appointment! There were 3 of us pedi getters and when we tried to walk in and get them done, it was a no go despite that he had no customers at the time and told us to make an appointment. So we did, for the following day. There were two nail specialists there and one worked on two of us while the other worked on one. The service was ok. Got the job done. Thank you.

Very rude and absolutely unprofessional! My beautiful niece was refused service here because she has disabilities! Our community deserves better than this Taos. Seriously, what has this world come to.

The lady was super nice and very professional. One of the best places in town. She makes sure the nails are perfect and does a wonderful job. Ive tried different places and this one is the best one yet.

Terrible place! They denied service to people with handicaps. They are rude to the max and prejudice. Will never set foot in that place. I witness them denied service to a young woman with down syndrome a couple of days ago .

Never got my nails done here and never will. To discriminate against a mentally challenged person is ridiculous. Im a manger myself and we treat every money waking into our facility equally. What a disgrace!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Told me to come in at 3:30, didn’t even pay attention to me until 4. At that point I didn’t have time for a gel manicure and just wanted a basic manicure without the gel. Then told me if it’s under $20 I could only pay cash. Absolute waste of time and terrible customer service, didn’t even apologize.

Took my granddaughter to get a manicure and pedicure who has special needs and they refused her service very rude and unprofessional

They took their time and gave me a wonderful pedicure. The massage chair was fantastic and the water was nice and warm!

I was visiting Taos and desperately needed a new set of acrylic nails. Due to covid19 I had not had a fill since March 17th and my nails were in horrible condition. I made an appointment with My and left with a beautiful set of ombre nails. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting gorgeous nails from a talented professional. I also had a pedicure which was excellent. I wish I lived in Taos so she could do my nails all the time. Charlotte

First time I’ve ever walked out of a nail salon.....after my feet were soaking. Don’t ask how long the wait might be unless you’re ready for some attitude. I didn’t care how long the wait was, just wanted to know how long I’d be there. I’ll take my business elsewhere and will be happy to wait for someone that is pleasant.

I highly recommend not coming here. I was visiting a sick family member in the hospital and needed to get my nails re-done. I do the dip regularly. When I asked the woman (don’t know her name) to not file my nails too much because they are thin. She refused to do my nails. It was a confrontational interaction for no reason. I’m highly disappointed

I’ve been a loyal customer to these guys for months. Well the 4 years I’ve lived in taos. They have always acted like it’s a hassle for me to come in. They are rude and rough with my nails. They act as if they don’t even know me even though I come in every two weeks. They even told me to go to another salon, because I just wanted to make an appointment. Who points business in another direction? When I mentioned how they made me feel as a customer, absolutely no compassion or empathy. Don’t support these guys, they are rude, bad at paint jobs, use dirty utensils and you’ll be in there for hours waiting!

Stopped to get a gel nail polish repair. Just polish because one nail bubbled! OMGOSH!!! Soooo rude! The lady said no, no fix, you dont do here, I dont know what to charge!! She kept repeating, no, no, no. I finally said, Ill pay you $5, then she said only if cash! She took off the old polish and let the man re-polish. I Will never, ever even think of going there to do all my nails, or even recommending anyone!!! Dont know why Im giving one star, really should be negative 5. I was the only one in there.

Showed up before 9 am (when it says they open) waited until 9:40 and the doors were still locked... complete waste of time gladly went to another salon and was taken care of instantly.

Staff are rude and will lie about wait time, and the pedicures aren’t worth the wait.

The owners are so rude.. I went in for a fill and was told to fo back in 2 hours because they were expecting an appointment. So I went back the very next morning and was the first person in.. at first they told me to pick my color and it will be 30 minutes. Then they had their guy who usually helps them come tell me to come back in 2 hours because they had someone coming. I then asked if I should make an appointment and they told me they only do appointments for clients which I thought was rude because I was getting a filling on a set that they did so in fact makes me a client. I went back today to try again because I do like the way my nails come out when done. There was no one in there just the man and lady and was not even greeted the man told lady something and then I told her what I needed when she said they were all booked and for me to come back tomorrow. I will never take my services to them again. They are very unprofessional and rude..

I usually dont post and review but I have to say this place has such awful service. My aunt came in for a pedicure and was left there till the water turned cold. Customers came in and were treated in a very rude manner. I waited for an 1hr and a half and usually I can tolerate it as long as the nails are worth the wait but I was so disgusted by how this lady treated the customers i just couldnt bare to stay any longer. Wouldnt not recommend this place whatsoever!

No stars! I only chose one so I could write a review. Ive been to this salon several times and the woman who owns it (not to mention other ppl who were working there before) is ALWAYS RUDE! I went to get some nails repaired and she told me she wouldnt do it because I didnt get my nails done there, and just the way she spoke to me was rude. They werent even busy! Whats the difference? All acrylic is the same! I had just purchased a gift certificate for my mom as a Mothers Day gift, great way to show appreciation! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED!

We walked in and were not greeted by staff. About 30 mins later after another customer walked in and was helped right away ( not to mention she got here after us and went straight to the chair) the lady asks what we were going to get done. We both told her what we needed and she said ok.. send one of us to the pedi chair and one to the mani chair.. waited another 1 or so and still no help. Other customers walked in and the woman was super rude to them saying no appts and no time for them. 2 hr wait. Then also told a lady she could not do a pedi on her and that lady was asking her a question she told her she was super busy and had no time.. this continued for every customer that came in she ran them off saying no time and im busy .. the only reason i waited was for my friends i was with i didnt do my nails and wont be back HORRIBLE RUDE service!!

Broke a nail, needed a quick fix and they said they couldnt fix my nails because I did not get my nails done there. I am from out of town. Where else am I suppose to go? They told me to go somewhere else which I had previously gone to two other places. How rude. Do not go here!!!

Nails were about 80% ok, and the price made it feel 100% ok despite noticable nail flaws. Employees were difficult to communicate with. More than is normal at such salons. Will probably try other locations instead of just returning to this shop.

I have been going here for over 2 years. I have had GREAT service. My nails will last for 3-4 weeks and pushing it upto 5. My nails look great and last. It is well worth my time and the money I use to spoil myself. The owner keeps it clean and updated. My experience and service has always been a good one. I have gone elsewhere to get GEL Polish and it has chipped or peeled in a week. This has never happend since I have been going here. Thank you for keeping my nails looking good and my hands looking young 😉.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! I went in today and the nail technician asked me what I wanted done and I asked if she could fill my nails because they were lifting and cracked, and she said she couldnt help me and for me to go back to the place I got them. I didnt ask her to do them for free and said Id pay and the place I went to was in Santa Fe and I just needed them fixed. So I asked her agin if she could just redo them. She gave me a rude look and told me she didnt have time. Needless to say I wont be wasting my time or spending my money here.

Amazing, I went there for acrylic nails set and there were no flaws to the nails. Workers there are incredibly sweet they communicate with you.

Past experience was good. But Ive seen the owner turn people away for no reason. Today there was 1 customer and 2 technicians. Told me they had time and told my husband to come back in 30 minutes. After my husband left they told me they didnt have time and I had to wait for him to return. While I was waiting they took 2 more customers. Service is the worst I have ever had!

Charged $105 for 2 sets of nails. Charged $20 extra for longer nails. Took 2 hours for 2 sets. Really horrible service.

For the price, it was really great--nice scrub and leg/foot massage and the guy did a good job on my polish.

Love the way they do my nails they are the best in Taos and always have time for us.

BEST NAIL SALON IN TAOS!!!Nailspa De taos was recommended to me by a good friend. She said shes been going there for years and theres no one better than these guys in taos. She was so right!!! She warned me that there would probably be a wait, because theyre always SO busy. That right there tells me that theyre doing something right! I only had to wait 15 minutes, and when the owner was doing my nails, she took the time to do a great job. She was very intent on making them perfect. And they are! This is the only place I will ever get my nails done again. Great service, great price, and great people!
