Continuously have an issue with receiving my package when my normal driver isnt working. This is the third time my delivery has been put on hold. I now have to waste my time and contact customer service again for the same delivery. I give my number each time I call in case the driver needs to contact me but I never receive a call. UPS you are better than this please do something about it.
We can not get delivery to our address even though they come down our paved road regularly to deliver at the elementary school. I have our address posted in several locations but that doesn’t help. At Christmas we could not get anything delivered so waited in the cold from 5-7 at warehouse still no luck. Terrible service!!!!!!
The drivers can never find my house (I live about 30 miles away from Taos) even though I and my entire family have spoken to the customer center multiple times giving extensive directions. I feel like they look at my address and don’t even bother to deliver my packages as it’s an inconvenience to them, making me drive an hour to pick up a package at a location that will never answer the phone. I’ve never had a problem with the UPS driver’s/customer service from Santa Fe but for some reason the drivers and customer support at this location are incompetent.Update: I was finally able to speak to a representative and they were even more unhelpful. As stated above, I live in a town an hour away. After asking if a friend could receive a package for me, as I have class all week, the agent said they could if their ID name and address matched the package. Obviously, it would not. Now I’m going to have to miss class in order to drive an hour to get this package that doesn’t even have anything of real value inside. I am absolutely appalled at the way this “business” operates. Whoever manages this customer center should be fired.
Worst worst worst delivery ever!!! And I can say that because I worked at the UPS hub in Commerce City CO. I dont understand why they cant just deliver my packages, instead they get turn over to the post office and returned to the sender. Worst part is, last week I got 2 deliveries from the same company with no problems !!! So I know its not the address. More like plain laziness.
They are only open 2 hours per week for customers to pick up packages that werent delivered to the house. When I went there today, in customer service there was a part time secretary who asked the woman in charge of customer service if she could get my package for me. The woman said no, she had to go do something. Finally, the secretary helped me locate my carton. I can only think that there is no effective management of this location and no accountability for letting this location sink to a 2.3 average rating, which in my experience is well deserved.
Worse UPS station for pickup. The ladies who work there are rude and have no customer service skills and this is only open a few hrs a week.The best driver is Josh, who is friendly, caring and will go above and beyond to serve. I want to find out who is in charge of this substation.
I got my boxNot delivered because somewhere along the line UPS changed my address to an address that doesnt exist. Box somewhat damaged

This place is only open to the public a few hours a day. They dont answer the phone. When we arrived to pick up our package, there was no one in the office and we had to walk around outside looking for someone.
Lady in charge was rude and flat-out refused to help me. I have never received any of the packages Ive ordered through UPS in Taos. I left crying today because they have a textbook that I NEED for my courses at UNM and wont deliver it. I have dealt with belligerently drunk customers in the bar I work more politely than the customer service handled me asking for the package I paid for. Do yourself a favor and dont ship through UPS. USPS, FedEx, and DHS are all significantly more polite, helpful, and efficient. And they have the added plus of actually getting your mail.

Accomodating, friendly staff. Sometimes there are errors, but these are real people who remain patient in stressful situations and understand the trickiness of rural, small town living. I have never encountered an issue that was unable to be solved, and the drivers are starting to know my dirt roads! 😆
I ordered a gift which was not cheap and it was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong town. Luckily the person who received my order was kind enough to look me up in the phone book and call me. I was able to retrieve my package from a random stranger. Thanks for not delivering again.
UPS is the only delivery service that has a hard time finding our house when it comes to getting deliveries. I always have to call and hunt them down so I can receive my orders. Very unreliable.
Literally the worst staff of drivers and this place never answers the phone. packages get returned for delivery attempts when they did not even attempt in the fist place
I ordered a gift for my parents and UPS delivered it to the completely wrong address in the WRONG TOWN. How is that even possible?! When they went back to the house they delivered it to the people said it was never delivered there. I definitely wont ship anything through Taos UPS again!!
I would give zero stars if possible. This office has NEVER been very reliable, but when our old driver of 17+ years retired last years the downhill slide was precipitous. They have claimed they couldnt deliver due to a disaster and all is well. Sometimes the excuse is bad weather (we are in a drought and have had zero precipitation of any sort for three months) We are 14 miles up a highway that dead ends in a small rural community. I appears that if drivers dont have other deliveries up this road, they doesnt bother. Our old driver called us when he had a problem and our only complaints were with the replacement drivers on Eugenes day off or vacation. Since Eugene retired it has gotten so much worse. What finally drove me to write this review is my replacement e-reader which was due to arrive two days ago. When it didnt come, I called UPS main customer service and they tell me it was delivered to a friend of ours in another city. I drove the 14 miles to my friends house yesterday and was told UPS had not delivered the package. I called Amazon to report it because UPS said since it wasnt there I needed to turn the problem over to Amazon. Amazon was very nice and accommodating, but what I ordered has now gone out of stock and MIGHT be available in the next 10 days. This office is not only terrible, I dont get why UPS allows this office to diminish the reputation of the entire company.
New driver cannot seem to find my location even though Ive been receiving packages at my home for years, the website no longer seems to recognize my address, and when packages do arrive they are left outside my yard, on the ground! The website is consistently having technical issues, the automated phone service does not have a link for my problem, and the local office does not have a local number. I wish companies would give an option as to which delivery companies to use because Id have to go with another. P.S. the woman at the UPS center in Taos seem very overworked, but was extremely pleasant when we finally got assistance.
I have been pleased with UPS Taos but over the past year their service has suffered. I seldom have packages shipped in this manner and over the last year its become a nightmare. A large package was shipped in 3 packages all arriving in Taos the same day. Im still waiting on 1 package.
Absolutely horrible service. Over the past week I have had 4 packages lost or undelivered. 1) Package was delivered to the USPS via sure post, but the wrong post office. USPS would not deliver/release it to me and returned it to sender. 2) Package was shipped UPS ground, and delivered to the USPS. Now UPS is saying they cant find it and have issued a claim. But they issued the claim to the sender and will not talk to me about it. Sender has never heard a word from UPS. 3) Driver drove into my driveway at night then turned around and left. About 5 minutes later I get an email saying my package was not delivered because I was not there to sign for it. Called UPS immediately and they refused to contact the driver. 4) After the UPS driver failed to deliver the package I redirected it to be left at the UPS Store for pick up. 3 days later I get an email at 11:00 saying it was delivered with the UPS Store address listed, directions and delivery confirmation saying it was signed for by Gonzalez. Went to the UPS Store and they have no one working there named Gonzalez and they havent gotten any deliveries that day. Called UPS they tell me it was delivered to a totally different address and UPS would be calling me in less than an hour to sort it out. I drove to that address and its a Walmart! 4 hours later and multiple calls to UPS and Im still waiting for my call back. Awesome!

Horrible! Not even worth a star rating. First time I started having trouble UPS drive took my package to a post office in another town because he didnt want to drive the extra 9 miles to go deliver it. I was home the whole time to sign for the package. I didnt get my package for another whole two days because the post office had to send my package to the correct post office in town. Now I am dealing with UPS and their lazy ass driver who doesnt want to drive the 9 miles again to deliver my package. I paid two day shipping for this package and here it is going on the fourth day. Their first excuse on their tracking page was that there was a weather emergency/ emergency then their next excuse was the address was incorrect. The address is correct! The drive is just not doing his job. I work in the delivery field and this is not how it should be! I will be calling today to express my issues and feelings on this. Thanks a lot UPS you guys really know how to do your job.
This location consistently claims weather emergencies on sunny days. Its happened a minimum of 3 times to us here in Questa, so I know we arent the only ones. The facility manager says that there isnt a code in the computer for when the truck breaks down, so they put in weather emergency to circumvent UPS policy to rent a truck to get the packages delivered on time. Ive called corporate a couple times over the last couple years and it gets better for awhile, but they always go back to usual slacker ways. UPS needs to get it together and re-train this facility manager! Tony is a good driver if hes got a truck to drive
I always give exact directions to my home here in Ojo Caliente and they always sent the package to Taos and say the address is incorrect like Ojo Caliente does not exist look at 87549 ya it is here ?????

The Google listing is incorrect. This facility is only open for picking up packages 11-1 & 5-7th pm. Otherwise no one is here outta just a parking lot.

Cant deliver P.O. box I knew that but wont deliver to alma houseTotal run around on where my envelope was. Sitting in Taos 2 weeks no note for unable to deliver. Rude rude rude. Said I could come pick it up open till 7. Get closed till 1. I am so frustrated. People on lines could not be understood.
Two packages were delivered somewhere in Questa last Friday. Someone named Rael signed for them. We cannot locate the packages. I would like to have them delivered to my house. Tony must have been the person working that day. I pay for shipping to my house but he delivers packages wherever and doesnt tell me. Fed Ex delivers. Why cant UPS?
Drivers leave packages in mud and snow in location where anyone can steal them rather than exert a little effort to deliver them to my door. Also agree with previous commenter about drivers claiming weather difficulties on sunny days.
On a sunny day they informed me that they couldnt deliver to my house, that is one mile from the plaza, because of EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. Last year they had a habit of delivering to neighbors. They seem to be getting worse.
Zero stars, more like a deep dark black hole. Delivery service has gotten extremely unreliable over the past three weeks. Though we have had hundreds of packages delivered to the store, the new driver claims the address is wrong. We saw him in the parking lot, but he cant find us... yeah, right. I believe UPS is claiming non-existent problems (wrong addresses, bad weather, truck breakdowns) to pump up their statistics and cover up their personnel problems.

The most inconsistant unreliable parcel service in existence. Delivered wrong packages to my residence and delivered my packages to other residences never to be seen again. Horrible customer service I would rate no stars except there is no way to select no stars.

UPS is the worst to deal with in this town. Either they deliver customer items to other houses, or theyll send your stuff back to the company you ordered from. Terrible service
