This place is a local staple for contractors and weekend warriors alike. They consistently have every hard to find window or hardware item in ever in need of. They are friendly and knowledge. Any windows parts, screens, or replacement glass is done in house and quickly. I also get all of my custom glass or mirrors from here. Recommend to anyone I talk to thats in need of a hard to find item or custom screen or glass piece. Theyve even cut glass table tops for me.

Went in a while ago looking for a very specific old window crank 4 my dads house. OwnerI knew exactly what I wanted but he didnt have one and ordered one I got it in about 3 days. It wasnt a big sale for him but it was the only place it had someone who knew what I needed and where to get it. I was very pleased with the way they treated me even though it was a very small sale for them great people thanks

Its hard to find old-time service like this anymore. Big super stores like Lowes and home Depot cannot offer the personalized service that Mom and Pop businesses have. You cant find it or you cant get it done, go to a place like mr. Bs hardware.

Old school Hardware Store where the employees actually know what they are doing unlike the big chains where an employee has to look at their phone app to tell you what a drywall screw is.Walked into the shop, asked for a small piece of glass to be cut for a picture frame and it was done in five minutes. I forgot my wallet and was told not to worry about it and to come back later and pay (while allowing me to take the glass). Who does that anymore?Fantastic business.

I have quite a few rentals of my own. I help others with their property management as well. I drag windows/screens/etc from all over the county because the folks at Mr. Bs are kind, quick and the prices are right in line with what they should be for a glass business!

Love Mr Bs...my sliding glass door was sticking and I had to yank it open. Made an appt and presto, works like new. Also they can cut any size or thickness of glass for table tops or glass shelves. Great customer service. Family owned.

Affordable prices and great, friendly staff! This is one of the last places in Tampa (at least South Tampa), where you can find hardware and tools for older homes. Not everyone can upgrade to the newer stuff that you see in the big box stores.

I am a local contractor and have been using Mr. Bs for years. They are one of the few Mom and Pop shops around that still does the type of glass and screen work they do. They offer great fast affordable service that they stand behind. I contract them often and recommend them to my customer when I can. A great Tampa business.

A good place to have glass cut or get screens fixed

This is an awesome family run business, one that goes out of its way for its customers. Be it cutting a custom piece of glass for my fishtank or a unique screen to childproof my entertainment center, Mr Bs does the work quickly, affordably, and well. Its a huge relief knowing a place like this exists when you need them.

Im an antique restorer with a business just down the street. Ive worked with Tiffany for several years and her father for many years before that. They do all my mirror and glass replacement work. Its wonderful to have such a resource that is competent and nice to work with and for me, convenient as well.
