Ive had 2 watches repaired here. My first watch they fixed, but I noticed a scratch on it, which they claimed was already there, i didnt believe so. but it was a few years old, so I thought maybe i missed it. Just had a second watch brought in, which I double checked before I brought in, no scratches, that is until now, directly on the crystal. I wont be back.

I went there to change my citizen eco-drive capacitor. They took a look at it and gave me instructions on how to proof check the source of problem and it worked. They were amazing.

If I could give -1 I would. Do not trust this shop. They are thieves. I dropped off my Rolex for a battery replacement and never saw it again. When I asked the owner to give my property back he told me to stop bothering him. I had my receipt. Beware.

This is a wonderful store. Family owned watch and clock sales and service. Very friendly and accommodating with beautiful display cases. They paused other work in progress to replace batteries in three watches while I waited. They explain any conditions they find in the watch and offer repair options and advice. They have a comfortable bench to sit in while you wait with interesting timepiece reading materials. They were worth the 80 mile round trip drive for me, and I plan to return for other watch services.

They took my omega watch a while ago and when I went to pick it up they gave me a bad attitude about it and I said give me my watch and to give it back to me a week later and they have not even touched it and that even once they’re horrible horrible people horrible customer service

I had an automatic watch that stopped working after a drop. They had it for a few weeks to find the issue. They diagnosed a bad hairspring and chipped crystal. I said very clearly to only fix the movement, but they proceeded to do both anyways. When I picked up the watch it ran in the store, but a few hours later it stopped again. This varied from a few minutes to a few hours even if it was fully wound. I brought it back on the 6th, and when I called on the 23rd to see what the estimate was, they hadnt even looked at it! Watch repair (save simple things like batteries) seems to be done by a watch repairer who only visits occasionally. The couple that works there seems fairly nice, but my experience has been very poor in regard to follow through and the final quality of their work. I will not be returning unless somehow they do something to wow me, and at this point that seems exceedingly unlikely.UPDATE: I finally got my watch back and it runs fine .I think they finally fixed what they failed to before. So my 3 stars is for the fact that they can do what they are supposed to, but not in a timely or expedient fashion. I will not be returning there. ...unless the watch fails again sometime soon.

If you want your new shiny watch to get all scratched up in the process of changing a simple watch strap, bring it here. The scratches were so deep they couldnt even buff it outnot even a simple apology, live and learn I guess,sucking amateurs!!!

This place was amazing when Mario was here, now the lady that runs it has a poor attitude and they destroyed my case back on my breitling using the wrong tools. I ask them to polish it and hope for the best but it didnt work.

My watch wouldnt stay wound and made a horrible grinding rattle sound when i shook it. this place had it completely fixed in less than 10 minutes. great quality, amazing service, nice guy, will go back again for any watch issue i have for the rest of my life

I have been bringing my watches to Watch Doctor for over three years. The service is always prompt, friendly and expert. I had inherited two vintage watches: one, my grandfathers, the other, my great-grandfathers. Watch Doctor had them both running in under a half-hour. One old watch with a Swiss movements hand had fallen off its face into the case. That was fixed, no problem, for a VERY REASONABE charge. Not only that, I also got a history lesson on my family watches. I highly recommend Watch Doctor. Im from New York City and am used to skilled jewelers and watchmakers. Im glad to have found such good service for my timepieces in Tampa. They know watches.

The battery low icon was flashing on my analogue/digital CASIO dive watch. The Watch Doctor told me on the phone they were a certified CASIO repair shop. On the phone they quoted me $10 to replace the battery.At the shop they again told me they were a certified CASIO repair shop. They said it would be $20 to replace the battery.When I got the watch back, the hands didnt move. I brought it back to them. A couple days later they told me it wasnt their fault and they couldnt fix it.Not much of a certified CASIO repair shop.At least they refunded the $20 so I can mail the watch to a real certified CASIO repair shop.

I highly recommend the Watch Doctor. Really nice people to work with, fast service, quality work and very fair prices. Sent there by a friend and only wish I had found out about this place sooner.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I took my $8,000 Rolex to be repaired and they gave it to someone else that didnt have the claim check. Now I have to hire an attorney to get my property back. They simply shrugged the situation off and said he paid the bill so we gave it to him. They offered absolutely no recourse. If you do take your jewelry to this place of business, don’t take your eyes off of it because they will give it to anyone off the street.

They do an amazing job! Custom made my mothers wedding ring and it id beautiful! Also custom made my graduation ring from college! Both are absolutely flawless!

If you tell a customer a price and give them a receipt with the price quoted, dont attempt to change the price and not call the customer to inform them. They do a great job but the customer service stinks. The older lady can be aggressive and doesnt honor her word or the receipt total thats given to you.

Bad customer service. Can not repair the watch. Just try to get your money. Please be aware of. Dont let them fool you.

Had two watches that multiple Mall shops couldnt/wouldnt touch with dead batteries. Took them both into Watch Doctor and the gentleman who helped me took them in the back for about 5 minutes, came back out working perfectly and only cost me $14. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Needed a new watch battery. Was directed there by Batteries Plus, who didnt have the tools to open my watch. Found the place easily, paid $10 and my watch was running again in less than five minutes. Friendly staff, too!

The man replaced 7 batteries for invicta dive watches in 30 minutes as well a band adjustment. In addition to that he replaced the seconds hand, that pop loose. Even left the watch Dr, a Zeus Bolt that needed a battery and replaced watch band. The watch Dr. needs make a tool to set it up right. Very impressed with his precision. That you watch dr.

Didnt know what to expect. Saw all the good reviews about this establishment and took a chance. Took my Invicta to get the battery replaced the lady behind the counter literally took 20 mins to do it, I was amazed and thankful. Also left my Kenneth Cole watch with them. Hopefully theyll get it working correctly also. Definitely recommend this place for all your watch care. Sice note: there cost is very good too. 😊😊

Horrible! I was told my husbands watch needed a special battery and I was lucky because they only keep one in stock. They said it cost $36. I had them replace the battery and then I found the exact same battery at Walmart for under $5!!! It was just a common battery. They ripped me off!!

I brought a moist (swimming pool) Skagen wristwatch in to have it dried out and serviced. Mario, the owner, rolled his eyes at me and disappeared into the back room for about 8 minutes, returning with a defogged watch. No more pool for the watch, he said. I then asked about a new crystal for my Hamlin which is my work watch (and it takes a beating)....again he took it and disappeared into the back room for a few minutes. He returned he said You dont need a new crystal just yet. He had polished it to almost new clarity. I asked what I owed and he said....Next time...next time you can pay me double. Now, mind you, I am NOT a regular customer....I went to his store only once before to have a battery put into a watch.....That is what I call good service. I will buy my next Skagen from him.

Been there a few times and always very hesitant but Its close to the house.Just recently walked in and just waited for service. After about 3/4 minutes of just standing there and nobody even acknowledging my presence I bolted.Returned a couple days later to inquire about a new battery on my Timex IronMan that previously lasted me 7 years. Asked the Asian gentlemen if they have batteries that will last that year - He would only guarantee one year and was a bit put off that I was asking and proceeded to say if it does not last that long then I would complain. His customer skills really lacked so I decided to take my business elsewhere. At that establishment they of course did not guarantee the battery life but did say anywhere between 5-7 years.My personal take on this shop is they are best suited for battery replacement only - I would never, ever take any fine time piece to them for repair - they are just hacks!
