Place is a joke. Don’t shop here. Typical con artists trying to justify extremely high prices on current gold, but when gold prices are down have an excuse on why the prices are still high. There here to try to rob you throwing out insane prices. Also bought a chain here like two years ago and it was double stamped 10k and 14k. Go figure right

11:05am and store had open door. Walked in first, ready to purchase and was told by a old indian man who was on the phone that they are not open to come back within 15-20min. Instead of help me he rather finish his phone call. Unprofessional, first and last time in. People of color shop elsewhere. These middle eastern people think they are superior to us.

I am so happy and satisfied with their service. The employee who helped knew what he was doing and during my time their i never felt that he was trying to push me or upsell me. I had a budget of 3000$ and i end up walking out with a 2500$ engagement ring for my future wife that i love.
