Checked in online in advance to speed up the process and it was an easy and smooth pickup! The gentleman helping was very nice and oriented me to the vehicle which was brand new and clean! Would use this service again.
The uhaul business is very unique .it makes it easier and affordable for the neighborhood and it is profitable for the businesses
They scheduled us after the u-haul person went home EARLY.Then the man at the counter then tried/was told to tried to make us pay extra after they realized we were a lesbian mixed couple they tried to over charge us.They man working they counter was nice at first until he asked my wife a question and she referred to me as she shouldmy wife!It was terrible Id never go back,the cards dont work at the pumps.And he kept watching is like we would steal or something.#TRASH
