I hired Sharper Image Pools to redo the tile around my pool. Their salesman Nick, was professional, prompt with his communications, and flexible with some of the contract details I requested to be altered. Beth, in the office was also professional and knowledgeable. The company showed up when the said they would, did what they said they would, and did a great job. I highly recommend Sharper Image Pools. Heres the before and after pics.

We are currently living in a rental property that Sharper Images services the pool at. They have been super easy and responsive to work with. We have been super impressed with our pool guy Will. A young guy that is very knowledgeable and respectful. He is super responsive and is always up for answering random pool questions for us. We plan on using them to build a pool for us in the future due to our interactions with him and their office personnel.

Dont waste your time. The high reviews are from mostly employees. They over promise and under deliver. If you feel a used car sales person is bad news, they are saints compared to this company. The company said that it would take only a week to finish and it took over a month. They said that they would protect my lawn and it will not be destroy and of course they destroyed it. I contacted the office and they said that the manager will get in touch with me and never did. I left several messages with Beth and I never got a call back. They also increased the quote after they drained the pool because they said there was more damage, which was not true, it was just for them to take more of my hard earned money. The sales person verbally had promised me that the cost would not go and it went up. If I could rate this a ZERO, I would, but the lowest rating is a 1. Run, dont walk away from this company.

When deciding to hire Sharper Image for our pool resurfacing, the first person I spoke with was the owner of the company. He was very informative but wasn’t pushy at all. I’m so glad we decided to go with this company, from the first phone call to the last day they started our pool back up. With all of their crew that came to the house, every single person was so nice and very professional. Nick is probably one of the nicest people I’ve had at my house doing work, EVER! Beth was a pleasure to work with as well. Kip was great and kept our best interests in mind when making decisions about the pool. There were no hidden costs, the pricing was upfront and honest. Our pool turned out amazing and the work was done in a timely matter. I will be recommending this company to friends and family!

I called and they had someone out at my home within a couple days. Great service. We appreciate Dave so much! He fixed our pump motor and its running like brand new.

Had a resurfacing and tile job completed by them. I picked out glass tile and it turned out great! I definitely recommend this company.

Kip was extremely rude and didnt seem to care about the job we wanted done. He seemed bipolar and flipped the switch on us. These guys quoted us higher prices than any other company. Would not recommend

I called multiple pool companies and ended up choosing Sharper Image. Dalin was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Im very happy with the quality of service they provided and my new pool is beautiful !

Absolute 5-star service!We just had our pool resurfaced and everyone, from the crew members that did the work to the folks in the office, were extremely pleasant and helpful. And our pool looks amazing!I definitely recommend this company (and have to all of our friends and family).

I dislike leaving bad reviews but I rather do it than someone else waste their time like my friend did.She waited around for them to come and fix her pool and the guy never showed. Even after she reached out to them, they left her waiting. The next day, it was the same thing. For 3 business days they left her waiting. Each day they kept saying well come over today but never showed.Go somewhere else that actually keeps their word and shows up! Even if they charge a bit more. Its better than being left waiting.

Not sure what it takes to simply get a quote from a swimming pool company these days. Had a visit at my house with salesman Dalin on Feb 24 where we talked, he measured, took notes, etc. Was told he would get back to me within a week or so. That week went by so I sent him an email asking when it might be. It now has been 45 days and still nothing. I’m sure I can assume at this point that nothing is coming and Sharper Image Pools can assume the same. This company was recommended to me by a builder. Not sure how a company can stay in business by ignoring potential, no finance, building a new house with a pool customers. I’ve read similar reviews on Google. How can the owner of a company see these reviews and not do something about this? Either business is that good or customer service is that bad. Stay away!!

Absolutely the worst.. had Dalin come out to estimate repairs. Did not hear from him until I followed up with an email looking for my quote. He questioned whether or not I could afford to have it repaired. I asked him to quote me as discussed its been 3 weeks now still no response from him. Terrible customer service and lack of confidence in his companies ability to do the job I will go elsewhere. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! ZERO STARS

If I could no stars I would. Ive called them twice for an estimate for pool refinishing. Once in Sept and got a no show and once in March with another Ill have someone from sales contact you. Again, nothing, no messages no call back. Well I guess their companys doing so well that they dont need to worry about small resurfacing job.

As far as the work goes good, but the service is horrible. I have been through 2 t3 salt cells because they under sized it and wont own up to it. So Im going to buy the right one and put it in my self. So I would not use them at all, it will cost you more money.

My husband and I chose Sharper Image for our new pool construction after meeting their salesperson, Bob. We had a great experience with Bob. He was polite, professional and came to our house on evenings and weekends to help us plan our new pool design and answer our many questions. He also worked with us on provided a reasonable price that included additional add-ons to make our pool the best it could be for our small backyard. Sharper Image was fairly expedient in completing the pool and they made any issues right when they were brought to their attention. Kip, the project manager, was especially helpful keeping us abreast of the schedule and making himself available via phone calls and email 7 days a week morning and night. We are very happy with our pool and would definitely recommend Sharper Image to our friends in the future.

My house was empty for a while. This company was servicing my pool. I paid them every month with no hassle. The first day I moved in my pool water was green. They were unaware of my arrival. Finally in Sept. I cancelled my service because they NEVER did the job I was paying them for. They showed up but left parts not attached, I had to ask to have the pool vacuumed, I had to remind the tech to clean the sides. Numerous times I had to call and request a follow up to the service I was paying for as it was not done properly. A manager came and tried to sell me a new filter, and numerous other items. I finally cancelled the service and moved on to another company. It took a lot of work to get my pool swim-able again. With no part replacement as was suggested. Just another way to try to rip me off. My new company, my pool never looked better. Sharper Image is neither reputable or honest. Stay away and avoid the aggravation. Their customer service person, Debbie is extremely rude. Has no idea what the service means in the phrase Customer service. A true waste of money on my part. .

Paver install went beautifully and what a supreme job these craftsman did. I am meticulous as far as details go and this was not an easy job. They had to pour footers to level the area and bring in 7 yards of fill to my backyard one wheelbarrow at a time. The cleanup crew removed all debris the following day leaving things just as they were or better. This is the second time I have utilized Sharper Image Pools for pavers and I have about 1,500 total square feet of perfection. The first section was done 4.5 years ago and look like they were put in a couple months ago. Trust what they recommend and they are priced very well too. I did my homework and they exceeded my expectations. I have remodeled 3 homes and from Dave who wrote the quote to Kip the project manager, installers to cleanup crew, all were accessible during the process, which is fantastic in itself.

Sharper Image Pools built a beautiful pool for me and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a unique design. The quality of the work is excellent and the job completion time was on schedule even with all the rain. Trina & Jim Shelton

This company does excellent work! The workers were friendly and professional and didnt tear up landscapes! Finished pool and spa turned out better than i imagined!

This company stole from me. This did over $1200 worth of repairs to my pool without my permission. I refused to pay them and of course they turned me over to a collection agency. I have no doubt this will be settled in small claims court in my favor. At the same time, I am receiving letters from the IRS telling me to pay them instead of Sharper Image because Sharper Image hasnt been paying their taxes to the IRS. Sharper Image is a very disreputable company.

Well I’d like to start by saying I don’t want to leave a bad review on any company however when you have an experience I think you need to share it with the people so that they don’t waste their time like we have wasted. I’ll keep this story short and brief. My husband and I had inquired about an inground pool to this company, and I have to say after about two months we are still without any progress. After inquiring and scheduling for a consultation it was proximately a month before the individual finally got out to give the information of options, the first scheduling date was a no-show not even a call to reschedule, I had to reach back out to the company to inquire a second scheduling appointment. Jeremy Hinn (owner)explained the first appointment was not able to be made due to a family emergency, however I would think that a call would’ve been made for rescheduling not just a no-show and no communication whatsoever. So the second appointment arrives and Jeremy Hinn comes and gives options for a pool, it was then said an estimate would be given by email to no (prevail), i’ve sent two emails requesting insight on the estimate and don’t even receive an email back with any inf ever mind (pricing). So I think it is my obligation to let individuals know what kind of service is rendered with this company’s service. I know I’m not wasting no more my time !!!

Id give less stars if it was possible, terrible service, was never given a quote after a month. Insinuated that I wouldnt be able to afford it anyway, instead spent $50,000 with another company, thanks for nothing Dalin.

Sharper Image guys remodeled my pool and did a nice job for me. I have them doing the service on my pool now too. They always did what they said they were going to do, and answered the phone and my questions quickly. I like the work they did and would recommend them. Tom S.

Awesome, but dont use Luv Tile

We had a job that cost over $10,000 to have done. Apparently that was a small job so we got pushed back so that they could work on bigger jobs. The crew that did the foundation and the pavers were marginal at best. In bringing things in and out of the back yard they killed the grass with the path they created and their cleanup during and afterwards was pitiful. In hindsight I wish we would never have used them.

It is difficult to evaluate their service, if the dont show up for appointments for sales and quotes. They tried changing appointment times 3 times and finally were over an hour late for the appointment when we called and told them never mind. His response was okey dokey. Wonder if he is a commissioned sales person? Pool construction must be doing well if they dont need to show up for sales!

Very disappointed in their service. Anthony came to our house about a month ago to give us an estimate on a repair for our patio pavers. We never got the estimate. Ive left messages at the office and on his cell or for anyone to call me and no one does. Good riddance. No way would I want to hire them now.

Called Sharper Image a week ago to request an appt for an estimate on resurfacing/remodeling our pool. Was told the sales person would give me a call. 3 days later still hadnt received a call, so I called the office once again. I was told: oh yes, that would be Anthony. I can give you his cell number or relay your message to him again. I said relay my message and was told he will call me promptly. Well, here we are 4 days later and still no call from Anthony. HOW DOES THIS GUY STILL HAVE HIS JOB?????? Must be a relative of the owner. My husband told me even is he does call now this is a company we surely dont want to do business with. Imagine the hassle wed go thru once they started and we had issues. And this is winter, their slow time. Imagine the service you would get during their season. Good riddens Sharper Image.
