What an amazing run business. The kids had such a blast. The black light room was a cool feature, and the kids loved the private pizza party. Big thanks to the entire staff for making our child’s party so specials. What an honest Christian business.

They did an great job with my sons birthday party. The male host interacted with the kids during the jump time and the female hostess was attentive in the party room and checked with me several times making sure I was happy with how things were going. I wish the jump times were a bit longer than 45 minutes per room because the kids were having so much fun.

We came over to pump it up three different times. We have been using the hours listed on Google only to find that the place is either closed or having a private party. We dug around on the website and found out that there is a calendar for events, however even with it being blank for today and being within the posted open hours the sign still says that they’re closed. There were people inside and when we walked up to find the door locked, the workers stared at us through the window and walked away like we weren’t even there. I’m done disappointing my kids and probably don’t need the birthday party info we were looking for.

This place was incredible. My kids are already begging to go back. Its an hour away from us, so I was going to make this a one-time surprise as a school is over party, but considering the price, cleanliness, and the amount of fun my kids had... This will be a place we frequent regularly!! Would highly recommend.

Pump It Up in Westchase is the cleanest and most convenient birthday venue in the Tampa Bay area. They are not only 100% private, but they take care of everything making the celebration easy and effortless for the parents. The kids always have a blast. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. I 100% recommend this bounce house!The new owners are amazing!!!A+

Extremely dirty place. Nothing clean, carpet disgusting. The service is unprofessional. I spoke with the manager first and she gave me conflicting info on pricing for the open play for children under 2. I then spoke with the owner Paula about some confusion I had about open play charges for children under 2 and she hung up the phone on me saying she had a customer there that she needed to address. I said I was also a paying customer (literally was just there that day and paid $13 For my 1.5 year old) so I don’t know why she wasn’t treating me like one. She actuallyHung up on me and said that she has a great relationship with the community and doesn’t need me.

I had a Groupon to come to your business. It stated you would be open from noon until 5:00 p.m. . We arrived around 1:00 1:15 to find that the doors were locked. I called and received a voicemail stating if we wanted to reach someone to email them. I emailed with no response came back in an hour still not opened. We saw someone inside. Still no answer on the phone or email. Very poor customer service not good for your business. Put a message out to Groupon to let them know your type of service hope this helps someone in the future decide to go elsewhere and avoid the unpleasant experience we endeavored.

This is the only bounce house place I take my kids. Every time we come us a great experience! The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the facility is always clean, sanitized and smells good. I recommend having a party here as well! My daughter had her birthday party and everything was organized, the kids had a blast as well as the adults! 😃 Please come and check them out for open jump! I went to a birthday party for my daughters friend and was very pleased with how clean and efficient the place was. They have an instructional video they play to the group before you enter going over all the safety guidelines. They have 3 sections, a big room with big blow up slides, an air hover baseball game, giant foam what look like tinker toys. Then a second room thats dark with black lights and a really neat game where a projector shines on the ground and you actually play the game by touching where it shines somehow along with 2 more large blow up fun things for the kids. Then go down a hall to the room for pizza and cake. They had multiple parties there but each gets the rooms to themselves in a very efficient conveyor like mannor.

Really fun spot for kids party. Staff is helpful and courteous. Room sizes are perfect for smaller groups too.

The kids were all friendly and the adults were interactive. It was fun at open play time and there were kids of all ages playing together.

Attended my nieces 6th birthday party there on Sunday. The facility was extremely clean, everybody wore masks and took temperatures, which made me feel very comfortable. The kids had an absolute BLAST, which is really all that matters. All in all, it was very well done and everybody enjoyed themselves.

Good for birthday parties. Normally kids enjoy here a lot. They have many bouncy stuff for kids in multiple rooms and take you around them during 2 hours time frame. Cost wise, I feel this is little bit on higher side.

With the virus and all this place really did an amazing job. They keep the groups separate and clean constantly. It is really Really clean. Very friendly and has lots of options for the kids to play. I would highly recommend you bring your kids here. They take their temp and have each kid clean hands before entry. Perfect for a rainy day.

Easiest birthday party at a venue that Ive had to date. The guests enjoyed it so much that the parents plan on booking their childrens birthday parties there as well. They stagger the parties throughout the rooms so you are only playing in a room full of your guests making it feel very personable and private.

They made a mistake on my booking, I had already sent out invites and everything, then they were unaccomodatimg and rude about their mistake. Actually, the owner was TERRIBLE RUDE, I was shocked and I will never book a party there again.

Had our daughter’s fourth birthday party here for the first time. The reason I am giving it a 3 is because of the owner. I parked in the host parking 30 minutes before our party because we were told to be there early. When I parked the owner comes knocking on my window telling me that I cannot park there. Patiently I asked him to give me a reason. He tried to explain that it was only for Host parking. So I acknowledge the part that I could read the sign and that I was the host. He then tried to explain that to be a host I needed to have my child in the car and that I needed to have cake and decorations inside my car. I did not think I needed to explain myself but I went ahead and told him that my daughter was in my wife’s car and that the decorations and the cake where in my others family car. Needless to say he went back and forth with me for a while and ended the argument that I was early even though by this point it was 20 minutes before the party.He could have handled this better. I will never come back and suggest it to anyone because of this bad experience. The only reason he is not getting a 1 is because his staff was AMAZING and they were really nice and professional, specially Antoinette. Great leader and a great worker. If Any employer is looking for a great employee, in a heartbeat I would refer her. She was amazing.The owner is lucky to have a great and professional staff. He should learn a thing or two from them.

We have hosted birthdays here for both our son and our daughter, and we have attended several parties for their friends. Our kids and their friends absolutely LOVE coming here. The staff is great with the children and the place is immaculately clean. We would definitely come here again.

The birthday party was organized. There was private time to play in both play areas. After bounce time, we headed to the party room.where we ate pizza and cake. They had a big plastic cart to put the presents in so it was easy to bring to the car. There was a reasonable amount of time for playing in the bounce houses.

I am out front of Pump it Up to surprise my kids. This is our first time coming here. Sign says they are open, online says they are open. I called 2 days ago to make sure they will be open. Unfortunately Ive been telling my 8 and 5 yr old about this surprise since I confirmed that they will be open with employee 2 days ago. Doors are locked. No one is answering phone. Very Disappointing.

Everyone in my party loved it. My daughter had so much fun. U really cant be late tho because i only have a certain amount of time to play. Thaf was the only down fall i wish we had more time to play. But other then that awesome.

We had a little mommy and me time today. Literally every child in my sons classroom that has invited us to a birthday party, it was held here. Unfortunately each time a party was held we were either out of town or prior engagement. So today was our first visit and we had a blast!!! This is a clean, (including restrooms) and I felt safe environment.. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return and bring a friend next visit. Do not go here! The owner only cares about making money and no concern for customers.I would give no stars if I could...I planned a birthday party for my daughter, then cancelled A MONTH in advance due to medical issues in the family which caused us to make new plans. (Something totally out of my control)... At first, I kindly asked for a refund on the deposit I made and was told no, I could only reschedule 30 days out. Then, I chose a new day to just plan a play party, then was told I could only choose the first or last party of the day. If Im a paying customer, I have try the right to choose whatever time I want if its available. I even sent a follow-up email with no response.Then, 3 days before the original birthday party date they called me to confirm the party I cancelled a month ago, and they tell me they already staffed it and have to pay the people. I again asked the owner Bruce for some type of reasonable accommodation and was told no to the above- I have a small business to run.I will never go here and I advise everyone I know to not go here. Clearly, they only care about making money. They dont care about their customers.

Never been here before was calling to ask about open play... Really unfortunate that weekends aren’t for open play. Open play is on Wednesday through Friday... Would have been better if open play was allowed even though they throw parties. Places like the bounce house and airheads still have open play even though people have parties scheduled. Will never be able to make it on week days so I guess we’ll have to miss out on this one. Big thumbs down!!!

Brought our ASD child along with his siblings and cousins last weekend and the owners were incredible! They noticed right away that our boy had ASD and invited him in completely free and we’re incredibly gracious and understanding! He and his siblings had an amazing time too! It was just a wonderful experience all around!Consider us regulars now!

Me and my son went here today for a classmates Birthday party, my son had a blast!! The facility is well maintained and clean. The whole Birthday experience was great! My son actually asked to have his Birthday party here as well because he enjoyed it so much.

We held my sons 3rd birthday party here yesterday & everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly & set up the entire party room while I was playing on the slides with our son. Everyone had a blast. We hope to come back next year!

Always clean and the inflatables are updated and tons of fun. We have been a few times now and I cant say enough good things about this place. Staff is friendly, ice cream snacks available, along with a vending machine and drinks.

We had so much fun here. First they have a small waiting area for the kids and parents. They have a bin for all the presents! Then they have everyone watch a short clip on the rules and are good at getting the kids excited. Once you go into the first arena they have a place for kids to put their shoes as well as the adults to place any items like purses, keys, drinks, etc. I liked that part because when you switch arenas its on wheels so they just wheel it in instead of making you grab your stuff and put it in another thing just like it in another room. The first room have a few inflatables and they did a dance party with the kids before doing a balloon drop which was super exciting for the little ones. The second room had more cool inflatables. The party room was a good size and had a cool chair for the bday kid to sit in or anyone. Makes you feel like royalty.**Very clean and organized with a friendly staff.**

I had my daughters birthday here this past weekend. I enjoyed that the play areas where private and secluded to just our party goers. My problem didnt come until the bill came. We planned to have 25+ kids there so we reserved for the 25 kids package. On the day of the party only 13, kids including the birthday girl and 2 children who were under 2 who are free, showed up. I went to ask the owners if it was possible to drop to the 10 kid package, which was a $105 difference and just pay for the extra pizzas and things that came with the package. The older lady told me no because they planned the pizzas for 25 kids and the staff in a very rude tone. So I asked if I could just drop to the next package which is 15 kids and i would pay for the extra pizzas and they still said no. Not happy I went back to the party and one of the owners came in and said he would knock off one of the events which was $40, I didnt say anything but his response was that i should be thankful he was doing it. If it wasnt my daughters birthday I most likely would have caused a scene but I didnt want to ruin her day. I dont like the fact that there is no wiggle room when it comes to switching packages. When they saw that the party wasnt as big as planned, they should have sent someone home. I dont plan on going back to their establishment because of the older lady who is the part owner.

A great time was had by all....kids and parents, too! Nicely organized; we met everyone in the lobby where parents mingled and kids were able to get air-brushed tattoos. Moved to the first jump room and it was very clean and our host made sure everything was running smoothly then played ball with the kids in the basketball bounce house. The slide was a huge hit for the preteens and the basketball bounce house was good for really little ones. Even had a air hockey table (bring quarters). The second room was the Glow Room where there are some toys for younger kids who may be apprehensive about the dark. The black lights are pretty bright, so its easy to see your kids, plus they get a glow necklace as they enter. Good music playing. We were surprised by Princess Elsa from Frozen who didnt look like her except for the dress but the cute princess told the kids she changed her hair color and my daughter didnt question it! :) Neither did the other kids-they all wanted a picture with her.The last room was the party room. The host ran the timeline with me ahead of time which I appreciated and made sure I was getting everything I expected. They gave me suggestions from their past experiences with parties and were very professional. I have nothing negative to say about this place. The kids ALL had a great time-from the 18 month-old to the 13 year-old. My daughter was given a lot of attention, my requests were quickly responded to, and the hosts were very pleasant and friendly with everyone. Its so nice to throw a kids party that the parents actually enjoy...its safe, clean and completely stress-free!

Go anywhere else but here! First, They overcharge for disgusting food. When my family, who has dietary restrictions and is elderly tried to bring in sub sandwiches to my daughters birthday party party they stopped us at the door and said we had to eat it outside in the 90 degree heat. Its in the contract, they said. Its in the fine print. So my family had to take turns eating outside in the summer heat. Then, feeling sorry for us, they said we could eat the food inside if we paid an extra $30. This is on top of the $400 we already paid for 2 hours of playtime and their food. Also, the play zone were disgusting and not well kept. I doubt the sincerity of anyone who has left a positive review for this place, its probably the staff. Go someone else and save your family the indignities of of money grubbing enterprise like this.

Oh you will have a wonderful time at this place. Its for your children but adults will enjoy themselves here too.

Im the proud mother of 5 children. Like most parents in the Westchase area we seem to be at Pump in up every few weeks for another birthday party. I cant say enough about the staff and the facility. Unlike most party places this pump it up is immaculate. Beyond the cleanness the staff is amazing. Weve hosted a number of parties over the years at this facility and have been very happy with each event. I dont normally post comments but this place deserves the nod from one mother to the next. Its a great place for kids.

Nice facility with lots of inflatables. We recently visited for a friends birthday party. I liked how they rotated the party from one room to the next. It kept the kids interested.

Been here for a playtime and a party, my kids and I had a blast. The facility is very clean and organized and adults get to play free of charge for parties! There are staff supervision in every room making sure the kids dont get hurt. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to throw a great and safe birthday party!

If you are looking for a birthday place where you dont have to stress about your kids getting lost this is it. The atmosphere is so much more relaxing than other bounce house places that mix the general public with the birthday party. Also parents can play on the slides and jump on the bounce houses here.

Each time my kids visit Pump it Up they have the best time and I get the pleasure of having them get the exercise they need and it wears them out. Always, always super clean and ready for fun. Staff is friendly and engaging and always ensure the safety of my kids!!!

This place really exceeded all my expectations. I found it randomly in a Google search looking for something to do with the kids over winter break. The place is huge! A very relaxed atmosphere. The bounce houses (if thats what you want to call them) are enormous And are more like giant indoor obstical courses and play grounds than traditional Bounce houses. This offers a variety of activities for a wide range of age groups. One area even offers a black lite like experience so dress the kiddos in reflective colors when you go! Price was $10 a kid which I felt was fair. Im thinking of doing my youngest daughters upcoming bday there!

I recently hosted a party for my son and enjoyed the private party atmosphere although will never host another party here due to the rude owner. Initially, when I went to reserve my party time they requested my payment. I provided them with my credit card and the girl not only swiped the card but also wrote the credit card number down. I inquired why they were writing the number down and she told me ask him then the supposed owner jumps in and says yes that our policy. He claims that they shred the paper although low and behold my number was stolen within a week. Luckily my credit card company caught the suspicious online transaction but it was definitely inconvenient to have to cancel that card and get a new credit card.

The older fat lady at the front desk stated a very racist comment. You Spanish people are always late. Very unprofessional and rude to my guest when arrive also my husband was told he cant park in front, which we were hosting the event. Computers were down and the people at front took a long time checking out. They did not have drinks while playing for kids just a water fountain. which drinks should be included since was told everything was included. The party room was nice but I would never choose pump it up as my choice again due to racist comment and will make many people aware. Socks were not told when purchasing package to tell guest and when arrive was told if kids dont have socks would need to be purchased. Food was not able to be brought from outside only chips and cookies! Pump it up will try to take every little penny they can get. If the service was good I would never have cared how much it was.

I went to Pump It Up on a week day (Spring Break) and paid full price ($8) each for my 2 kids. There were a total of 6 children when I arrived. About 15 minutes after my arrival, one of the rooms was closed off and the 6 children that was there left. My kids enjoyed playing however they wanted to play in the room that was closed. All the slides etc. was deflated.. We were there for 1 1/2 hour and I dont think it was fair to pay full price and the entire facility was not available for use.

Went to a birthday party today and the person behind the desk was *so rude* to the birthday girls parents. They had booked a party for 15 - PIU said their records showed it was for 25 and they already ordered the pizza so the parents were out of luck. When they calmly pointed out that they didnt care for her tone and asked to speak with someone in charge she smugly let them know she was the owner and if they didnt like it they could leave. Nice right?!? I honestly dont know that I would have stayed. I wont be going there for any of my kids birthdays and Ill make sure to pass along this story to all of my friends too.

My son had his 4yr old bday and we also attended many more parties of my sons friends here. Amazing place and kids love it every time we are here. I like the way they treat bday star a special treatment, and the way they move party kids from one room to another. I hope the management makes a nice bundle package with things like ball drop etc pretty standard instead of everything ala carte! This place a good for price... they just need to keep it refreshing with few new items every few months and maybe introduce Groupon coupons etc..
