My family and I always rent from Buccaneer Party Rental for my daughters birthday and Friendsgiving. We always love them. This year we were late to return our rentals and they where very understanding and didn’t charge us an extra day. Thank you for being awesome. Very said to say that the Owner of this location named Alan did not have any accommodation for my daughter’s wedding that was going to be placing August 31 of 2018 unfortunately her boyfriends in the Navy and his orders got changed and he couldn’t come for the wedding so now we made arrangement to do a different date and they will not even give her a refund or half of the refund or accommodate me with a different date which is what I was asking for but is very sad to say that this is his decision as a company owner I’m very disappointed. I’m a store manager and I will please my customers the best I can and any needs that they have but I guess that he was not trained properly how to be a good owner or understand customers needs thank you very much for understanding when somebody’s in the Navy And he should understand how sometimes things can change. It’s sad that I trusted this company I live an hour and a half away and I went to them thinking that this was the best place to go because of recommendations but to be honest I will not recommend it to nobody. The only thing I requested his was to change it for the month of November December because I have employees at my store that I could’ve done something special using only The tables and chairs not all the rest of the fancy stuff that we’re at it as extra items for my daughter’s wedding but even like that he didn’t agree very sad Alan that you’d made that decision I will never visit your company or recommend it to nobody

Buccaneer Rental was easy and professional to rent from. They gave us an extremely fair price and were flexible when we needed to change our rental. The delivery was right on time and the delivery man was helpful with the unload. We will definitely use Buccaneer rental again for our next event!

Excellent service. I had tried to rent chairs and linen from another place and got a phone call telling me they couldnt deliver (THE DAY OF). That place refered me to Buccaneer Rental, who not only provided with me with everything I needed but also did it last minute. Also! their prices were sooo much better with much more variety! They do stick tightly to their contract (no changes after contract signed and paid) but I am more than OK with that because it is a written contract that I agreed with before I paid. Will definitively be back!

I just went in to rent a 35 dollar chair for a future date. The owner, who did not share his name, got defensive when I made the normal inquire, where will the copy of my credit card be kept? Then he said, you can go somewhere else! Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional behavior. His behavior was unbecoming of a business owner.I am Puerto Rican and my husband who attempted to make small talk with him to no avail, is African American.It is my opinion that the owner to the buccaneer party rental dislikes folks that do not look like him, as evident by his negative, defensive, unprofessional behavior. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business such as the incident today. To note, he has papers behind the counter that are not secured. Therefore, if you share your credit card with him, which he mentioned taking a picture of, your card has a high probability of being stolen.

I have rented from Buccaneer Rental for many years now and I have never been disappointed. When it comes to planning my kids birthday parties or Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners they are the first call I make because they have everything I need!

I rented chairs for a wedding, some were broken and most were white/yellow color (they are old) The store is closed on Saturday afternoon so because of that I had to pay an additional rental day because you cant return the items on Saturday afternoon, I explained to the guy in the front desk that I will be out town on Monday, no my business in a way he told me and they charged me one additional rental day.Bad customer service, very bad experience in general. I dont recommend this business at all, there are plenty of party supply stores in the Tampa area so sad I ended up doing business with them, never again!

Dont bother to call these people. They apparently have more business than they can handle since getting a price quote is nearly impossible. They have a contact us request for quote area, but dont bother to call you back or send a price quote. So when you do call them the person who answers is unprofessional and difficult to work with. We dont have that size We dont have that color, We cant do that. Planning a wedding is stressful enough with out a vendor being rude on the phone.

They offer good service no doubt however becareful make sure you count your stuff before you rent them this cause problems where we didnt get all our linens and we were short this impacted our service with the vendor as they were short cocktails tables and gave us a bad review for because the cocktail was missing a linen ended having to reimburse the vendor they didnt want any tables without a linen we didnt have a happy vendor and didnt even get reimburse for it like previously promise.
