Terrible smell and no adherence to mask policy. Teens were everywhere which was very odd considering the park is more appropriate for younger kids.My 9 year old niece should not be in a foam pit with 16year olds boys and girls.Facility is extremely mediocre and outdated in comparison to the Skyzone franchise.Small, unsanitary and unprofessional.

We came for a birthday party, it was a fun time. There isn’t much order in this place. The entrance/front counter is all over the place and not organized. The staff are all young and have attitudes but the trampoline part is fun for the kids.

The customer service at this place was god awful. They are unwilling to help and have no alternatives for simple problems that come up. It cost 70 dollars for 4 children. That is unreasonable and unfair. When we had already paid for the tickets using Groupon, they said that it was not accepted even though they confirmed the payment. Terrible establishment.

Great place for kids, my Granddaughter had a blast, her Birthday was amazing!

We love this place over the other competitors. The play space is bigger than most places and the area for adults to watch/ wait is bigger also than say Skyzone. They have dodgeball, rock climbing, zip line, foam pit, basketball areas. There are snacks and pizza. Havent had the pizza but snacks are reasonable. Prices are average for this type of place, cheaper than SZ. Massage chairs and few arcade games available too. Very laid back place. And they dont let the kids get super rowdy.

The foam squares in the pits were gross and didnt look clean or disinfectant. There wasnt enough staff to cover the different areas. So kids were not being fair with the activities. I probably want go back. But my kid had fun.

Great place to let the kids run loose. I suggest grabbing a table on the mezzanine you can sit and watch all the action.

Team Lead wasn’t very friendly to the kids. Extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all. The coolest part of the place which was the zip line and swing was closed because no staff was available to watch over the area. Many game and vending machines were out of order. All the foam blocks were worn out and dirty. The place isn’t clean and the foam pits smelled like feet. The place isn’t kept up with very well and is smaller than the other trampoline parks in the Tampa Bay area. I’m definitely not coming here again.

I did not book a birthday party for my son because we do not have enough kids, so I paid for everyone, get drinks and snacks and I paid more the $ 100, our next table was a birthday party, 1) we have a big cookie for my son, and the lady who was serving the another came to me and take the cookie away from my 9 years old son, stating that we can not make parties without pay 2) when she was serving the cake to another table, she trow the box to our table when we were sitting, 3)everything happen with an actittude., is really a place when you guys care about kids? NO, is your staff friendly to the costumers ?NO, what is the difference between me an others? I spent more than 100 dollars and I did not feel appreciate. I feel like a piece of trash., hopefylly that person apply all others rules like she apply this., rule that open to discriminitation and exposure to others in the way that not supposed to be. I understand that business is to make money but be carefull about crossing the line.

Altitude is always clean, fun, and friendly. Staff is nice and prices are great. I love coming on the toddler days, knowing there won’t be a ton of big kids. Love this place and we’ve been coming for years now!

Weve had two parties here so far and theyve done a wonderful job each time. They really keep things organized and on track. This is a really great party idea for kids.

GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS TO BURN ENERGY, definitely cheaper than skyzone. Only thing I didnt like is of you dont book a birthday with them you cant really do a birthday party because no outside food or drink(no cake :(

Really fun place! Good price for the amount of time you get if you do the specials. I gave it 4 stars bc the prices for food and drinks are a bit hefty. Other than that, lots of space, lots of things to do.. great workout as well! Lots of space for parties and other special events

It’s a good place to come pass time with your kid(s) but the place is VERY OUTDATED. The staff in the front are disorganized. The staff that are on the floor have a “don’t want to be here attitude” . Hosted my kids birthday here in the past month and it was …OKAY…kinda pricy. Although our person who was assigned to us was super sweet and the manager was nice but other than that. The place is dirty, things are torn. It just needs to be updated and taken care of.

Excellent experience!++ took advantage of the Friday off peak special before 5pm and saved 50% for 2-hour jump for two kids++ Staff at check-in and on the field was both smart, articulate, and friendly (which is not always a given at trampoline places)++ very large! Everything is large: parking, party area, fields++ they have several special features like trapeze, volleyball, jump against the wall, etc. Kids always appreciate that after they have been to a couple of bouncy places+ music was appropriate and child friendly+ clean bathrooms+ everything was clean, new, and well maintained+ lots of safety features++ its well worth studying the SPECIALS (see photo)

This place is so much fun and a major workout ! Its open enough to the point where you arent bumping into other jumpers which is good! They also have designated jumping areas for little ones which is cool. Came for a birthday party and the service was good,

I take my son and his friend on the weekend and even though there where a few times that the older teens where not nice they love going.

Not much to do here very expensive and the employees not friendly or helpful at all .Foam pit is dangerous .. my daughter tried the thing that is like zip line and the employee abruptly stopped the thing and my daughter got hurt ..spent days hurting because of that...I bought the jumpers package...pizza was dead cold ..not to mention they highlight minimum $24 tip when they give you the check ..It was my first time going to the place ..I couldnt get out of the foam pit and the employees just looked at me and left me there struggling and sweating ..yeah I was there for a while.. ..it was embarasing ...if it wasnt for a man that saw me all red and hopeless ..I would have stayed there ...needles to say never going back.

Our 2 boys had a great time jumping freely while my husband and I beat the Tampa heat for 1.5 hrs. It was $50 ish in total for 90 mins of free jump and that included the saftey socks they required us to buy since our socks from home didnt have grips on them.

Best place to take your kids. And its also a place where you as an Adult get to feel like a kid again

THE BEST Trampoline Park in Tampa by far!!! Excellent facility and excellent staff. This is a TRUE trampoline park that is huge, spread out and safe for all ages. I’ve had my child’s Birthday there for the last couple years and we’ve had a blast! They have tons of seating upstairs and down stairs for parents to relax, and they also have private party rooms that connect. They also offer private rentals which is really affordable if you want the entire place to yourself. They have great deals every week so it’s very affordable to take the kids all the time. My kids especially love their dodgeball, zip line, and foam pits! We’ve been to many parks but my kids say Altitudes trampolines are the best!

Apr 21, decided to bring the kids back after a long hiatus. Can’t believe we waited this long. Altitudes is ready to rock and has some good COVID-19 procedures, however, kids are gonna be kids. The bathrooms are always a bit gross, but so are a lot of kids based activities. The new monthly rate

Far superior to Brandons trampoline park, doesnt get as busy, lots to do. My kids love it. Go when they have specials to save money, otherwise it can be expensive.

Great trampoline Park. Equipment is always well maintained and CLEAN. Staff is attentive and courteous. Has the best prices of the available trampoline parks and they regularly run jump specials which allows me to save considering I have two kids. The only negative is the seats are hard metallic picnic table and benches.....makes waiting out a 3 hour jump special pretty uncomfortable.

They dont allow you to enjoy with your family so you pay too much for a little time with no sense restrictions. No worth the price. Restroom is super nasty!. No recommend! . Better go to any free playground family!

This facility is a decent place for those that need to get out for a few hours to have their kids jump around and burn energy . It’s spacious with different jumping activities . It’s definitely not a location to stay long term or host an event . We hosted a birthday party for my daughter in a private event room yesterday and it left much to be desired . My family and I have done several events in different venues across the city and this was our worse experience . Very disorganized, lack of communication, and the service skills where minimal. Prior to every event we’ve hosted we’re use to getting either an email or phone call by an event specialist or facility staff member finalizing any details, updating any last min guest counts or packages, or going over any FAQs . We did not receive one . When we took it upon ourselves to call 2 days prior to the event to ensure all was well we where told we where good to go . They didn’t advised all food is outsourced and that we had to order it ahead of time for our guest to eat . We also weren’t instructed that in the obnoxiously long brochure that’s in a tucked away hidden link in your order confirmation this info could be found in small print . Nonetheless all of our guest minus our accounted for children where famished the entire time until about the end of the party when our emergency order of pizza arrived . That pizza was cold ( given the presentation you could tell it was left sitting for a while) and was non appetizing . Everyone ate out of hunger. Getting pitchers of refreshments was like pulling teeth and did not arrive until almost an hour later when I instructed the hostess that I understand there is a cost and refills aren’t free I still wanted refreshments. Towards the end she kept insisting on free water so our guess is they don’t have a fountain machine and outsource their refreshments as well . Which leaves a lot of questioning given it’s a jump park and naturally party guest will get thirsty and you’ll want to give them options . They where taken back at my group size in the beginning but I specifically indicated how many children and adults where attending . So they accommodated last minute ( these are things event coordinators that call you go over typically). The service was lukewarm as I feel the only two people that provided any type of customer service where the hostess that was trying to make our event special given the circumstances she was dealt ans the lack of resources she was being provided and one front end cashier that was kind, but throughout the event some of my parents kept complaining about being spoken to rudely ( even my husband who was paying for the entire ordeal ) and being treated poorly by workers . It got so bad I had to go to the service desk and voice my discontent . The only consolation we had was we kept all of this away from the kids and they had an incredible time . They didn’t want to leave the trampolines. All in all the facility has great potential to knock it out the park and be a major spot here in the city. As mentioned it’s a good quick stop location, but it definitely has a lot of room for improvements in other areas . We probably might return one day as single jumpers but most likely will not return as event guest .

I can’t not say enough AMAZING things about Altitude Trampoline Park! It is by far the best trampoline park in Tampa! The facility is incredibly clean and the staff is so nice and helpful! It’s great for anything from a casual day of flips all the way to a huge birthday party. HIGHLY recommend!!

Visited right after it opened at 10AM and it was overall a good experience. As you can see it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. For two adults, a 2 year old and a 6 year old we paid just under $14 for 2 hours which is AMAZING! Competitors are easily $10-$15 more. Staff is very friendly and constantly vigilant which is great as some parents can not put their phones down ever. Bathrooms could be cleaner and the mens had nothing to dry your hands with. We will definitely be back.

Went to Altitude Trampoline for my niece’s birthday party and we had a blast, both kids and adults! A lot of different and fun attractions. I especially enjoyed trampoline dodgeball. The park is very safe and the staff were regularly sanitizing the surfaces and equipment. I appreciated that they had regular announcements reminding people to wear their masks!

Lots of different areas for the kids to play in.. plenty of seating, clean rest rooms. Employees were very cool, even played hide and seek with my 6 yr old..they had a few snacks when we went but wouldnt have anything else till it would be busier around 4 pm. Lots of fun

What a jewel. Took my friends’ kids there and they had so much fun. Altitude is really clean and you know they take safety seriously. Can’t say I didn’t enjoy the pizza as well. Will certainly be back with my nephews. Can’t say enough good things.

This place would have gotten 5 stars if michelle was not there. she was really rude and she was flirting with grown men that are married and have kids. she also screamed into our ears until they started ringing. but I really love the other workers because they’re very kind and they make it even more fun.

Such a perfect place to have your kid’s birthday. My friend’s son had his birthday there a couple months ago and it was a smash success among the kids and parents. Staff was extremely attentive vis-a-vis safety and cleanliness. Distancing was practiced and politely enforced throughout the entire party and everyone felt safe and had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend to other parents looking for a safe place to have a party for their children and children’s friends. A really well run place of business!

We snagged an awesome flash price on tickets..$5/hr. Special over- sure there will be more. Even areas for parents to monitor kiddos or sit and get a chair message ($)- sorry not free parents. Kids were wore out! Slept like angels.

Kids had a wonderful time as I watched. Big space for them to run around. Great deal for 3 hours for $15pp. Only 4 stars because I didnt see the staff sanitize and wipe down in between sessions, but there are sprays and paper towels on the bench tables to self clean tables. I also wish they served hot food OR let you bring outside food in. Overall, it serves its purpose with entertaining my kids😁

Its very nice here we came with my daughters school. Its a little hot and the trampolines are a little hard. But overall its great! I also love the massage chairs theyre great.

My kids love coming to Altitude. The place is always clean and they have the better deals for a trampoline park. I do recommend for all ages.

My grandkids said it was fun, but there were a lot of parents that came in with their mask on but once they pass the front desk the mask was under their chins...so sad.. glad we only had 5 min left. my grandson 13 said he give it a 3 because some of the rock were broken and something wrong with basketballs and my grandaughter 15 said the squares wasnt long enough for her to do flips and they only had 2 med and 2 large (long) trampolines..no one forced the rules..so i give it a 3.. my 5 year old said she liked everything so she gave it a 300 lol

Kids (of all ages) love this place! Reasonably priced at only 15.00 per person, for 3 hours. I believe they were having a sale. Must sign a waiver beforehand. Masks worn during play. Snack bar has anything from freshly popped popcorn, pizza, nachos, candy to icees, and Perrier water. Theres a rock wall, zip lining, a trapeze, foam basket Ball, dodgeball, and lots more to play. The kids literally ran and had a blast for hours. Loved this place.

Great spot for a fun family rainy day!

The ice cream machine wasnt working, the slushie machine wasnt working, and the fact that a parent couldnt do anything with there 1yr old kid wasnt cool. My wife tried to jump up and down on the trampoline with my 1yr old son but the guy told her that she couldnt do it because it was only for 6 years old and under so she couldnt be on there. so pretty much just leave my son on the trampoline by himself and pray none of the kids smash into him, i could understand if my wife was running around on the trampoline for little kids but if shes holding my 1yr old hand and walking with him then i dont see what the problem is.

Doesnt get to busy, not a bad place, but dont try to purchase anything on their website its faulty.

I like this place for kids its great. I love massage chairs. One thing needs to be available at massage chairs and that it needs sanitizer to wipe down after each use. Nothing like that was available. There was some spray bottle sanitizer for tables with paper towels but not in convenient spot for the chairs. Also the foam pits are not being sprayed after each child plays. Obviously it would be nearly impossible to do that. I never saw the bar that kids swing off wiped off with sanitizer after each use. I think management needs to figure out something else for that reason I will not be back .

Funny place for kids and maybe even some adults. Massive facility with many different jumping activities not just a few. The only issue is that theyre not cheap. $22 for 2hrs of jumping for only 1 person.

We went there with the kids..bought the jumpers package..to be honest it was disappointing..they state balloons and all they put is like a sad 3 ir 4 balloons in the corner of the table ..the pizza was cold ..the middle part of the place is good flat surface to just jump ..the foam pits are dangerous ..a lady got stuck in there and employees just pretty much standed there watching her struggle then walked away and left her there ..then at the time to leave the lady host looked mad ..not to mention they highlight the tips minimum $24 at the time to pay...many people didnt have masks on...to be honest the worst almost $200 spent in my life...

Had my sons 5th birthday. The treat bags werent done, bottle water wasnt cold, the intercom for the annoucements arent clear, and alot if the workers sit in the back room where the balloons are getting blown up. The table wasnt set up upon arrival. The pizza was ok it was ordered in. The kids had a blast. The dodgeball game lasted about 45 mins. You pay at the end of the party to be sure you cover all guest in your party. The toddler section needs more supervision of the workers one of my party guest son was getting harrassed by a big kid in the toddler section she had to intervene. The kid was about 6 or 7 and her son is only 3.

Go to place for kids to have fun! Friendly and professional!

Great place to take the kids. My only issue was they only order one pizza at a time (from Papa Johns) instead of 4 or 5. We waited 1.5 hours just to buy 3 slices to feed the hungry kids. Otherwise its a great little spot.

Yesterday I decided to take my 6 year old daughter to this place for the first time for some fun. It was myself, my daughter and my friend. We put our shoes in the black bins around 3pm. By 3:45 we walked back to get our shoes and we noticed my daughters shoes had been stolen. Not only stolen but swapped out for another’s kids shoes that looked exactly like hers only they was dirty, busted, just worn out!! I went to the managers there and they was not helpful whatsoever! They barely acted as if they wanted to pull up security and when they did all the old white man with white hair could say is “you could file a police report” but nothing else! They didn’t offer to help figure out who the person in the video was or even give some type of offer to make me even want to come back after my first experience there. Needless to say I won’t be back again!

Went for our daughters Birthday for the first time and it was exactly how I imagined it haha trampolines everywhere and kids loving it. Our kids loved it and got some great exercise in while having fun. Only real complaint was the smell lol but do the amount of ppl in and out and sweat etc its expected l.
