Very surprised by the bad reviews for this company. It was our first time using them and we will for sure use them again. The slide was dropped off a day early and they did not pick it up until a day later than our rental time.The two young gentleman who dropped it off were very nice, courteous and helpful.I would recommend this company.
Great experience with Jump for fun. Gibson was very helpful in ensuring bounce houses arrived on time to the party and was very patient in answering any and all questions. We ordered two bounce houses and a snow cone machine the bounce houses were in good condition and looked clean. The prices were also slightly less expensive than competitors from what I saw.
Mr Gibson was very helpful setting up my reservation and explaining everything I needed to know about having my rental at a public park all at the last minute. We have used them in the past, although it has been a while, and I know that my sons 5th birthday party is going to be amazing. I cant wait to see all the kids go crazy on his birthday combo.
We have been using jump for fun for the past 16 years always amazing customer service . I have referred family and friends to them multiple time through the years . Always had amazing service with set up and delivery every time .

I live in Clearwater and just had a Sunday sports party with a sports jumper and it kept the kids happy and busy while we watched the game! They were on time, clean and they let us keep it an extra day if you ask for the Covid special! 😊🏈
I was a little skeptical at first because of the amount of reviews but these guys were awesome! My party started at 11am and they were at my house by 8am. They even let us keep the slide over night and until 4pm the next day free of charge. Very respectful and nice guys! Will definitely be using them again.

Hello, I have used this business for over 20 years. Our son is 21 and our daughter is 9. I have never used any other company. I love their prices, service, and choices of bounce houses. I have never seen any other company with the variety that this company has for bounce houses. We have never had any issues whatsoever. We have always received the best service. They are excellent and I do not ever see myself using any other company for my birthday party bounce houses. I have called them at 8 at night and they answer, if I have a question about something. The staff is always friendly and they are of their word. I like this company and recommend them. Thank you

SCAM ARTIST RUINING BIRTHDAYS. PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Delivery was set for 9am-1pm, 1pm came and went they said the driver was running late, okay no problem. 3pm nothing 4pm nothing, after calling and calling they couldnt get a hold of the driver. 5pm my guest arrive no jumper still, I called the company again was put on hold for thirty minutes and the operator said I called the driver and cancelled, impossible cause i wasnt given the drivers number and why would I keep calling to see when it would arrive. She then says she convinced him to come and drop it off. This is at 6pm, 7pm comes and goes no jumper. i call back no answer. I got a voice mail @ 7:10pm saying the driver quit and that I wouldnt be getting a bouncer. Thank you Jump for fun for ruining my sons first birthday party! They are now saying since I cancelled I cant get my deposit back. I didnt cancel!!!!!!
Used them several times...sometimes theyre great, and sometimes they drive on your lawn and leave cigarette butts/red bull cans in their wake. One event was 5 stars, because they didnt come for the slide for 2 or 3 days and my kids had a blast! Electric bill sucked but....
Horrible customer service. Workers who dropped off slide broke a pipe, were caught on camera as they were doing it, they ignorantly denied it, called owner who said hell issue me a refund, never saw that refund. Much better companies out there to rent from.
We will never use this company again!!! They showed up AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE to my sons birthday party. I had to call 3 times to check on it and was never given a reasonable explanation as to why it had not been delivered to our party. In fact the first time I called I was on the phone for 10 -15 minutes before they could even locate my order. The bounce house smelled horrific! This was most likely due to the mildew on the ceiling of the bounce house. Fifteen minutes after the driver set up the bounce house and left the hose came off and it collapsed with the kids inside. It was obvious the delivery man/driver did not take the time to make sure the hose was attached and secured well to the generator before he left. Finally, when we called to next day to discuss all of this with Jump for Fun we were instructed to call the owner. We did so and he was extremely rude and did not seem to care or admit there was any thing wrong with our experience. We will NEVER use this company again for our parties.
Just recently used their services for our neighborhood block party they were on time professional and quick setup! I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks again!!
The delivery people were late delivering and late picking up. The staff at the 1-800 number were not sympathetic and had no other options. In addition the bounce house had leaves and sticks inside, not clean. If there was an option for zero Stars they would get zero Stars. Avoid the hassle and to someone else.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a bounce house for my sons birthday three weeks in advance. Two days before the party I received a voice mail that my order would not be serviced because the manager no longer did my area. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told they would call me back but no one ever did. GREAT business practice. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! Luckily I found an awesome company in sarasota at the last minute
I was a little nervous about ordering online without talking to anyone. Couldnt be happier thought. They sent me an email a few days before to confirm the party date and address. They arrived on time and were very professional. I couldnt be happier. I would definitely use them again .
When I called to make the reservation I happened to mention I was hoping to find a paw patrol themed one but had been unsuccessful. He mentioned he JUST had one come in!!!! I made the reservation about a month in advance and 1 week before the party I received an email to confirm I still wanted it. On the day of the party they showed up at 12:00pm as promised and asked if it was OK to pick up the following morning, which was fine with us. They came the next morning and picked it up and I never even knew they were there!! The kids and adults had a blast, it was the best money we have ever spent on a birthday party!! We will definitely use them again!!
This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had ordered a bouncy house and some chairs for my daughters 3 rd birthday party. We paid by credit card, and received conformation for the time of delivery. On the day of my event, 3 hours before the start of the party, I get a call from a rather nonchalant and unapolagetic woman, informing me that my order was canceled because the driver quit. If they can treat their customers this way, one can only imagine how they treat their employees...no wonder they quit! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT JUMP FOR FUN!
I just saw all of these bad reviews for this company and I am kind of shocked. I had another bounce house company bail on me last minute, called Jump For Fun and they got me a bounce house last minute. They even let me keep it an extra day for free. My sons birthday was about to be ruined until they came out.Maybe they have hired new drivers since then? I am not sure. I had a good experience but it looks like I am in the minority!
They were almost an hour late setting up, called to find out where they were and no answer! Slide was dirty! Told us they will pick up between 8 Pm and 11pm, husband stayed up till 12Am waiting and they never showed! Finally Came to pick up the next day, and threw trash in my neighbors yard! He happened to be outside, picked it all up and gave it back to them, and they threw it back out and drove off! Seriously! This is how they do business! Read nothing but bad reviews and still gave them a shot, and this is what happens! I will NEVER do business with them again and hope you dont either :(.
We were to have a water slide delivered today at noon. After being lied to 3 times that they should be there any minute. Someone finally told us the driver has been unresponsive all day. Then they told us that they spoke to the driver and he would be there in 45 minutes, so after another hour they said that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. So finally after 2 1/2 hours we told them to cancel and they were not even apologetic. This is a horrible business and I will contact the Better Business Bureau on Monday.
These people are filth. They blamed me for lack if paperwork after I payed them $75 extra to do said paperwork for our party to happen at a park. I expected an apology call but instead was blamed. Refused to refund my money. These people deserve all the bad reviews and then some.THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE IS ALSO EXPIRED!
Horrible company, horrible experience. An experience so dreadful, a bad review was most certainly called for.Upon reserving a water slide for the 4th of July, a delivery time between 7AM and 11AM was scheduled. At 11, there was no sign of the driver. I decided to call the company, and after a 20 minute hold, was apologized to for their phones having technical difficulties. Despite this, the representative contacted the driver for a status update, and reassured me that he was running late, and would arrive no later than hour or so. I did ask for an alternate/direct number to reach them incase I needed to. To no avail, I was told that the malfunctioning 800 number with a long hold was the only means to reach them. Most convenient.Fast forward to 2PM and a scenario of a backyard without a water slide and several disappointed children. Getting a hold of a representative was nearly impossible as the call would drop within seconds of reaching said representative. By 4PM, it was clear that the anticipated water slide would never find its way to me.Without any call back or apology, a no-call/no-show is unacceptable for any reputable business. I will be renting a water slide in the near future, but not from this company. Jump For Fun might as well be renamed to Sit For Disappointment, as that is exactly what we did.
Company is very rude and unprofessional. I reserved a pj mask jumper and they waited until the day of the party to tell me that they didnt have it. I was told by one of the representatives that it wasnt his problem. Do not rent from them!!!!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - anyone with kids who rents out bouncy houses, DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use Jump For Fun company!!!!!!They showed up almost 4 hours late and still expected me to pay in order for them to setup for the last hour of party,,,,,,BULLSHIT!!!!! And the owner of company was sooo rude and unprofessional and didnt even care that his company screwed up and he was not even willing to fix the problem, knowing it was way too late to order another one!!!!Share with anyone who has kids and do not give this company your business!!!!
BEWARE!! I rented from this company and they showed up and set it up. They set it up too close to my neighbors fence not letting enough air get into the bounce house. They put four stakes in and they all came out. Two of the stakes were broken and two were for a tent you would go camping in. It deflated on 4 year olds several times and when I tried to speak with them about the issue they would not do anything to fix it. When I called the Monday after I got a very rude and uneducated gentleman named : Gibson Vaughn (so he says) who argued with me and was looking for a fight. He did not seem to care that they violated safety protocols and was not bothered at all that he put childrens safety on the line. I spoke to the gentle man for 15 minutes and by the end of our conversation I am positive that he was extremely high. The entire situation was and has been terrible.
Would NEVER recommend or use this company again. Delivery was set for 12PM on saturday, at 12:15pm I called and spoke with someone who said that the driver was delayed and I was next on the list. The driver was 45 minutes from my house at this point. Received a call from the driver at 2PM saying they were at a different location and now were and hour out. My sons 3rd B-Day party was scheduled until 4pm. At 3:20 PM, still no bounce house. I called several times by now and spoke with Richard, who stated he was the owner, and was unremorseful and certainly unwilling to do much to help.I dont know how they are still in business with that type of customer service. You would think tyhat if you are in the business of providing a product geared towards children that you would have more concern with customer satisfaction. Pathetic
Jump for Fun(Tampa) delivered a bounce house with splattered poop all over the inside and shorted me chairs I prepaid for. I called the company and the manager agrued with me and expected me to clean it and told me he gave the driver all the chairs so he does not know where they went. They never got the house the day they said they would, they waited till the next day while I was not home but I have security cameras and the driver never knocked on the door and helped himself in back. He was caught damaging my property and rammed his dolly with the heavy house on it into my table,chair,garden bucket, and garden bed bamaging a few bricks. Not to mention he just tosses it to the side and does not attempt to correct what he did. I called the manager and he said there was nothing he can do and refered his workers as bulls in a china shop. I also reminded him of the issues we had with the house and he refered the house to an ashtray and said you dont clean out an ashtray every time you use it. I was floored. He refused to refund me my money and refused to cover the damages done. I asked to speak to the owner and he said its like bank of america, you dont talk to the owner. I asked if they have insurance and he said yes, but when I asked for it he said that he has other customers and he hung up on me. During all this I was txting him and he kept saying goodluck and he also was blaming me rhat I had my table and chair out and I should not have fragile things there. What a joke this guy is. I have the video of the driver damaging my stuff and pics of the poop splattered inside the bounce house posted on my facebook, all the groups im connected to, sent to news stations, and will be trying to get the word out of this disgusting, unsanitary, uncaring company.Our kids saftey matters!

I was a driver with this company about 3 years ago and the owner took us all drivers because we were Latino and put white Americans to work at the time was good company but has been declining over time to be the worst company of bouncehouse and waterslide rental in USA the owner is a very rude and extremely racist person I suggest you do not renten with that company again
