Just moved to Tampa from Chicago and needed to find a new jeweler. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a repair done on a medal, it was finished same day and the work was flawless! I loved their selection so much that I ended up leaving with a couple gold bracelets in addition. Wonderful quality and weight at a great price. I can’t wait to go back, I feel like I’m going to be a regular customer!

I visisted today and spoke with the husband (husband and wife owner)- and HER father is the jeweler! Its a 3 generation family business.He spent over 40min educating me about bridal sets and even brought out 1930s original bands as options. I learned a LOT and was very appreciative of his time.There was no sales pressure or pushing- he and his wife were kind and answered any and all questions i had! I never felt rushed and he would have allowed me to continue looking for hours i would have bet.

I work in Downtown Tampa so Haymans is a no brainer for a few diffrent reasons. First friends and family have been longtime customers for pretty much all their jewelry needs. Second they have great customer service and will give you an honest good deal. And lastly like I said If I am at work and need something fixed or replaced I can drop it off in the A.M and majority of the time it is finished by the early P.M! Like I said you will not be disappointed with the service or quality of Haymans, and I would recommend you take your Gold or other precious metals and have them cleaned they will look BRAND NEW for a very very low price! 5 stars w/o a doubt!

This was my first visit to this iconic downtown Tampa jeweler and I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. This store has been in Tampa since the 1930s and I was very happy with my experience. The store is well located at the base of the Tampa Police Headquarters in the heart of downtown. The selection of jewelry is excellent and the store is clean, well organized and well lit. I cant comment on the prices but it is well worth a visit. Update: I have been a customer here for 2 years now and the owner and staff have never disappointed me. The level of service and technical knowledge is first rate. I love shopping here!

I had planned to bring my bracelet and watches to Hayman while visiting Tampa. Hurricane Irma prevented that from happening. So, I made sure that I brought my items when I returned this month. Mr. Thornton was very helpful (even letting me know that certain pieces attached to my bracelet were not gold). Now I know who I can trust with my repairs. I left my items with Hayman, returned home and a few days later, my bracelet and watch arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service that Hayman has provided to me.

I was looking for pearls for my wife for her 30th birthday and I found Haymans and Im lucky I did. Alison was beyond helpful throughout the process. She did all of the legwork of looking for certain strands, sending me pictures/updates via text and answering all of my questions (which were many as I had never purchased pearls before). Found my new jewlery place!I originally came in for sizing but their jeweler was completely honest and said that if I sized it now, I risk it being too tight in the summer. I needed my diamond ring expanded in front of my eyes (a friend of mine got her ruby switched when she left the ring for expansion at a store in NJ). Another store told me to leave it for 4-5 days. Hayman accommodated my request, got it done in 30 minutes (you need an appointment), and even cleaned another ring I happened to be wearing as well as this ring. They are sparkling now. And their price is very reasonable (they changed my watch battery the other day for very good price too)

Extremely sweet people were very helpful went overboard to help me find a new band for a very unique watch, it only takes a certain kind of band. Also fixed my watch and had it done the next day love this place.

The worst place ever, they told me a 18 karat rope chain was worth 800 then I tried to sell it and it came up magnetic. Complete rip off, try buying a magnet. Are they even testing the peices or just lying?
