Ive worked with a few web developers. By far you are overall the best. I think 1305 Creatives are doing all the right things. From the very first time I spoke to the owner, he listened to understand what my project needs, tailored the project to my satisfaction and to meet my budget. They also assigned a project manger to overlook the project and make sure things are working, moving and on time. Designers have an open mind and understand what your visions are so they add incredible values to your vision instead of creating conflicts. Customer service is top notch. I always, always get a response from them. Once I get a call I never feel like they rush me instead they carefully listen to what needs to be worked on and they do a great job fixing things and making the site to your satisfaction. They hardly say no can do. Communications are also very important and they nailed it. They are not afraid to share a problem they run into, things that will slow them down, possible solutions hat they come up with. They will let you know so you are not in the dark and know exactly what is going on. That helped me set a real expectation of the time line, the look and the capability of the site. They are very knowleable, and have always helped us stay ahead of the curve, as web designs change so often. 1305 manages all of our Google ad words, and helps us get the most for our advertizing budget. We receive a detailed report each month showing all the activity on our web site. Any time we need to update content on our site - (which they encourage us to do often) they are very responsive and eager to get it right. It is very common to have a customer on the phone, and be looking at one of our pianos, or walk into the store and want to see a piano we have on the web site. Because we sell a product that has to have a brick and mortar store, our web site has given us the competive edge to see both a constant increase in business, and profits.
