Ecwid user here, installed the app as a trial and as soon as I unlinked my ecwid account i see a $10 charge drawn from my bank. In caps KLIKEN. Recurring charge. What a scam!

Tool was easy to use. Built a campaign quickly, in few minutes actually, but the really shining star here was Bill in support. Took the time to explain the product and help me improve my campaign.

I tried this service at a supposedly reduced rate through Wix. I noticed no difference or increase in inquiries to my business. They charged me $660 a month. I asked to cancel my subscription. They claimed they didn’t do it as I did not approve a 10% cancellation fee. They kept charging me $600 a month until I paid the cancellation fee which had not been disclosed when I did the trial through Wix. It’s a scam. I’m reporting them to Wix.

I purchased a lower price plan through WIX to see how this worked out and you can’t even make a google shopping ad. Only a text ad which is pretty simple to do on your own. I have tried contacting them for the past week and they don’t respond to emails. I don’t even know if there is a problem. Maybe you’ll respond to negative reviews. Send me a refund before I file a chargeback claim.

The program is very confusing to navigate and understand. I have contacted client support several times and keep getting the same canned responses when I ask for assistance. I finally cancelled one campaign thinking I was cancelling all but that is not the case. I did inquire for a refund since I deactivated the website I originally wanted to promote weeks ago and they refused. I have no website to promote but that is not their problem they will gladly charge me to promote a website that no longer exists.

Who runs a business that does not answer calls, does not respond to emails???? Chose the $150 promotion through WIX, the hyperlinks they sent do not work, they do not respond. How are you still in business? I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

They continue to charge me for an online business that i no longer have running online. I have emailed them and called their number which is an answering service. This corporation is no good and will continue to charge for services that are not needed. They also donot have reliable customer services so they never work out issues or discontinue services.

We were told we would receive $150 in campaign credits if we spent $150 on a campaign. They have now charged us $450 for 3 campaigns and we have not received our $150 in campaign credit. The obscurity of information and help from the site and customer service is ridiculous.

Horrible. Their number automatically goes to voicemail and they never respond to emails--not even with a weve received your email and will get back to you.

SCAM

I am an Italian user, I purchased the service through WIX.COM through their app that is installed in the control panel. After about 7 days of use, I paused the service and then canceled and uninstalled the App. I keep getting bills on my credit card with amounts very different from the maximum $ 175 per month. I have reported the problem but no answer! incredible house who do not know how to give me directions on how to cancel the contract. Such a thing has never happened in my life
