Chuck Ward was hired by Sliding Door to create a video for the company to use for marketing purposes. I met with Chuck who recorded a video. Next day he called me to say that the video was very blurry and that we would need to re-do the video. I then scheduled a date to meet with him and he never showed up. When i tried to reach him for days,I agreed to do this, since I did pay him UPFRONT for the video. He did not even return my calls or e-mails for why he didnt show up. Then when I saw that he was constantly on facebook writing stuff, i e-mailed him and asked why he was ignoring me. HE responded to tell me that he was in New Jersey helping victims of the hurricane (even before the hurricane hit)!....Then he called me and was trying to push me to come to his house to do the video. I kept asking him to meet in a public place, and he kept insisting that we meet in his house, he said he has a studio with a beautiful backdrop. I felt very uncomfortable and did not want to come to his house. He kept pursuing this and only wanting me to come to his house. This was very uncomfortable to me and unprofessional. At this point, I decided that I want to get my refund of $35 for what he promised and never could actually complete. I wanted a refund because I did not want to go to his house!He DID not attempt to meet me three times. He attempted for me to come to his house, which is just crazy. THis is why I want my refund, It should of been done the first time properly! Obviously, somehow his camera didnt work, so he can find a way to invite women into his home!This man is trying to find reasons to complain against my company for his wrong doings. After I posted about what he did on facebook, 5 people responded to me that he has done the same things to them and takes money from people and does not complete work.He has 3 COMPANIES (from what i know of) and all 3 companies are different names. Not one of the companys is actually registered with the State of Florida as a valid company. He just chooses a company name and keeps opening new ones, so that people dont find him after he scams them.
