This was by far the fastest and least painful waxing I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting waxed for over 2 years now. I would 100% recommend if you’re considering getting a Brazilian!

At first I gave it 5 stars because they were nice and the place is cute and clean, not going to lie! But the person who did my Brazilian wax left little hairs everywhere still it was my first time so I was excited and thought I would get everything completely off! I didn’t get mad at first cause I was already in a lot of pain so I just let it be and I’m not really someone who likes to complain easily, but she even kept telling me this would last me a long time! Which it did NOT it’s been 2 weeks and I have a lot of hair out already since she left a lot of hair there still ... and she was also teaching a class so I would think you wanna show them the right way ...

Ive been getting my brows done here for a few months now after being SO nervous to switch to a new person because everyone does them so differently and Ive had them messed up before. I also model and its important for my brows to be right. But Ive actually been getting so many compliments since coming here! And everytime I visit, its such a pleasant experience. Candice remembers conversations weve had in the past and everything, which adds that personal touch, other people there are very friendly and always smiling, brows always look on point, process is quick, location is clean, etc. All good things, would definitely recommend.

Every time I come in they are always ready for me. Even when I’m early they immediately take me back and have me out right at my appointment time. Staff is amazing and people friendly. I feel there is a certain table side manner you have to have when doing this line of work and they definitely have it! I never feel pressured to do anything I don’t want. And the staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions. Also the music is always on point to relax me and keep my mind off of what’s going on.

Came here and got a Brazilian with V - steam and V- facial. Very good work, fast professional and made sure I was super comfortable. I hadnt had a wax in over a year and was nervous of how painful it would be but she made me feel as comfortable as possible!

After spending money on a Groupon, in which I already used my credit card, they refused to make an appointment unless I gave them my credit card number over the phone. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. I purchased online so that I wouldnt have to give a business my credit card information until I tried them out, since nowadays everyone is extremely vulnerable to computer system hacks and breaches. I guess the Pampered Peach doesnt really want new customers. I dont give ANYONE my credit card unless they have performed a service, in which YOU DID NOT! You wouldnt even make an appointment without obtaining my personal information. Enough is enough! Either you honor customers request NOT to have to give credit card information over the phone, or you miss out on a possible repeat customer. This review could have gone completely a different way, but your policy is ridiculous, and I refuse to participate in your information collection. Rude, disrespectful, and very DISTRUSTFUL of new customers. Thats exactly what that told me as a possible but now never customer.

I have been getting waxed on and off for the last 4 years. It had been a while since my last wax but I knew what to do in preparation for a Brazilian wax. I have never posted a review on Google before but I feel that this is important. I myself am a cosmetologist and have worked in wax centers before and I knew at once when something was wrong. I complained that the pain was way worse than normal, and I didn’t feel as if she was putting enough pressure when pulling the strip and wasn’t holding the skin taught. She seemed inexperienced and very timid. I have bruising so bad, it hurts to walk or sit down. I’m literally bruised black and blue, and I’m sorry but that’s not an area that should ever be bruised. I feel as if there should have been someone else there teaching this girl. She was the only person in the whole shop, and I definitely don’t think she was experienced enough to be performing a Brazilian wax.

I joined their monthly plan and scheduled an appointment. I missed my time and they charged me $15 for no show. I caught it in my account and called the same day to come in at a different time. They told me yes and I would still be charged the $15 for not showing earlier. I didn’t even get to use my service for the month of May because of this. They took $35 plus $15. I spoke to the owner Jessica Knutson about this she said she would refund but she still has not. I contacted her on many occasions via email and phone and she still has not. I have reported them to the BBB for stealing clients money and not providing proper customer service. I asked the owner to refund my 37$ after this incident because I did schedule in time to use my plan in May and because the owner and staff did not assist me properly. I requested my full refund and late fee along with cancelling my plan. As you can see her response below. She is willing to only give me back 15$ and still has not cancelled my plan or refunded me. Jessica I will now be reporting on BBB. I have proof I scheduled in May. If this post is untrue what are you arguing with a customer.

Im upset that I have to leave a review with low stars because GABBY at the USF location has been nothing but wonderful. For the 10 months I have been getting waxed I have had no issues until today, when I received a call about me trying to cancel (I moved to a different state). I called earlier in the week to ask how to cancel, they said send an email. I did that and she called me today to let me know that because I did not cancel within 30 days I still have to pay the month of may, even though my last wax was mid April (and already paid for). She proceeds to tell me that it was in the paperwork I signed almost a year ago. I was never given a copy of this signed paperwork in person or over email. I told Kelly that at my last appointment I told them I would be moving and this is the last time they will be seeing me. No one told me I had to cancel 30 days prior when I told them I was leaving or when I called earlier in the week. I told Kelly all of this and how am I expected to remember every fine print on paperwork that I wasnt even given a copy of. How am I supposed to make sure I am within policy if I dont have access to it. She then proceeded to speak to me like a child In the adult world you need to end things within 30 days. Last time I checked in the adult world, you give someone a copy of ANY signed paperwork so they can refer back to it, or at least remind your loyal customers of YOUR policy to cancel within 30 days. I cant seem to find this policy on their website either. She then proceeded to yell on the phone TIFFANY IM NOT- and thats when I hung up. Mind you, my mother who was on the couch by me looked over at me asking who was yelling at me on the phone, and no she was not on speaker. I could not believe the unprofessionalism coming from kelly. Gabby has made me love pampered peach, the environment, and my overall experience. Kelly took that all away in a 4 min phone call. When I asked to not speak to her anymore because she was rude and unprofessional and raising her voice when I have not raised mine she answered im letting you know my boss said shes not calling back people who want to speak to her. Glad to know that her boss does not want to resolve issues either or doesnt care to hear from customers. Since she wont be calling me according to Kelly, hopefully she sees this review and how kelly is treating others. If you do decided to get waxed here, get a copy of EVERYTHING and get Gabby, shes amazing and the most professional person in that business.

Very detailed and precise. A’mani does not rush and attempts to get every hair even if it requires a little tweezing. She gives advice to make the pain less ie: breath in, deep breath. I had 3 different parts of my body waxed and was done in about 30 mins. I have been coming to this company for almost 2 years and she definitely is a great waxer

I wish I could give zero stars tbh. I got a brazilian and she literally put me in such pain. She messed up on the hot wax and put so much in one area that the strip couldnt get it off. She had to keep going over the area and it hurt so bad. I have gotten so many waxs elsewhere before and this was the first time I have ever been in such pain. Hours later I am still in pain! My skin is severely irritated.

I had used a Groupon about 2 years ago to go to this location of pampered peach and had a great experience. So much so that I bought my older sister the same Groupon in december for Christmas this year. When I got hers I went ahead and purchased myself one too. I was very excited to go and when I spoke with representatives over the phone they were very kind and professional. When I arrived at the south Tampa location I told the woman/waxer Kelly at the front deskAbout my Groupon. She immediately had at attitude and started talking about how she can’t run a business on Groupon. I understand how Groupon works and can respect that it can be frustrating but as an employee or an owner you have the option to either speak up to your boss about your frustration or as the boss to not opt in to using things like Groupon. She then gave me a very hard time about redeeming of my Groupon insisting that I log in a certain way or she couldn’t take it even though I had the barcode both a screenshot and pulled up in my confirmation email. She ended up finding me on the records at another location and admitted that she could have looked it up that way but wanted me to pull it up a certain way so she could do it the easier way. I explained that when calling to make my appointment I had selected “1” and that it routed me to the south Tampa location so I wasn’t sure I why it had gone to the USF location. She shrugged me off. Once we went into the back to start the wax she began trying to upsell me which I understand and respect. When I asked a question about the process she seemed to get really upset and condescendingly said something along the lines of “seriously did you not listen to anything I just said”. It made me feel very stupid and uncomfortable. I’m not sure what made her think I would know details about her profession or to be listening very well while she was ripping hair off my down stairs area. ***Very abruptly*** with no warning before each strip*** no patting or pressure after each strip*** it was an over all bad experience. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am also disappointed with the outcome. There are several spots that were missed and I have extreme irritation and bleeding on one side. (I know this is normal at times but was not something I had the first time a couple years ago at all) I do not recommend this location or this waxer Kelly. Very upsetting. Groupon should really take down the offer or the owner should make sure the employees treat all customers with respect. It is not my problem that your job participated in Groupon and I shouldn’t be belittled and not given your best work because you are upset about cost. Talk to your employer leave my lady bits out of it. Thanks.

Love this wax bar!! I recently moved and needed to find a spa that was closer to my new home. I was used to hard wax, so there was a bit of a transition to the soft wax, but after a few times, Im quite satisfied with the results. In addition, Jessica does the quickest Brazilian wax Ive ever experienced in my life! Im so glad I found Pampered Peach on Groupon. They also offer some great deals when you become a member. Ill be a loyal customer as long as I live nearby!

Jessica was over a half hour late for my microblading appointment. When she arrived she wasnt aware that she booked two people for the same time slot for microblading. She continued to put us into rooms and would go from one room to the other in the middle of microblading. I voiced my concerns about this but the process was already started. Jessica did not wear a face mask while a global pandemic was going on and I could smell the cigarettes smoke on her. Not even a week later, I developed an infection and contacted her about this. She said, it was normal and just healing. Two days later my right eye was completely shut. I requested a refund and she refuses to respond to me or answer my calls. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute, but she continues to refuse a refund. At this point, I am beyond aggravated! I spent $250 for an infection and no eyebrows! DO NOT GO TO HER!

First time having a Brazilian with soft wax and I absolutely love it. Gabby did my wax and she was AMAZING. So gentle, sweet and made me feel so good. I had a bad experience with my previous wax lady as she was not getting all of the hair. Gabby made sure that all of it was gone & that I was satisfied. I definitely will be coming back!

The worst Brazilian wax of my life. The girl was very nice, but the service was terrible. They use cheap wax and they left my skin inflamed. I do not recommend it.
