This gym is beautiful. Brand new equipment and facility that is very well maintained. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the ease of setting up a membership gave me a great experience. Having 24/7 access is actually pretty convenient since I work long hours. They have all the right machines and barbells needed for heavy lifting if needed as well as stationary bikes/treadmills/stair-masters and even rowing machines for cardio. I heard them discussing small group training classes and I know their 1-on-1 personal training sessions are great from experience so I look forward to seeing what else they introduce for members!

By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of in Tampa. Perfect price point for what you get, honestly wouldn’t even mind paying more. Owner is in the military and just a great guy overall. Every machine you need, huge variety of free weights (dumbbells, straight bars, ez bars, etc). Also it’s open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Very clean as well, highly recommend.

Signed up for the free trial. Let me tell you the owner Thomas was probably one of the most genuine people Ive met in a long time. He was so nice and accommodating. I work til late hours so it was difficult for me to get set up during office hours. So, Thomas went out of his way to set up access for me to use the facilities. I used the 3 day trial and signed up right after. He is a veteran and a local. Id rather give my money to a guy like Thomas other than a large chain gym. Thanks again Thomas. The best gym owner you could ask for.

Small 24/7 gym with nice equipment and dumbbells up to 150lbs. Went around 7pm which would be peak times for most gyms but there was only 4 other people working out. Would definitely recommend this hidden gym in Tampa area for people looking for a more quite and personal fitness experience

I really love this gym. The staff and personal trainers are super friendly and thats so hard to find. I am so glad I joined this gym because its so much more welcoming than any other gym Ive been to. The fact that they actually provide 24 hour gym availability is amazing because my work hours can get crazy so i love to be able to get up anytime of the day and head in for a workout.

I found The Forge through a friend that’s a trainer there and I’ve had a great experience so far! The equipment is new and top quality. The gym I was at before was very crowded and just focused on getting money, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. At The Forge, everyone has been so kind and supportive, plus I can go at anytime that works with my schedule, so I highly recommend this place!

Tom is great, was looking for a new gym that was 24 hours and he reached out to me and helped me find the exact kind of gym that I was looking for. It’s clean, has a great environment, the staff are great, and it’s in a perfect location.

This place is brand new and super nice! Centrally locates. Very clean and sanitized. New gym so not super busy. Nice equipment - great selection of different exercise machines for all muscle groups. Management is awesome and members are all local. The forge is the perfect spot if you are looking for something unique that isn’t mainstream. Highly recommend 👌🏼

New gym, great equipment and an awesome staff. The owners were able to make this awesome business happen even during this COVID-19 pandemic. Im from all around, Ive been a member of a few gyms around the country and outside of it and the quality you get here is by far the best compared to those chain gyms like Retro and planet fitness. Ive met one of the owners Thomas personally, super awesome guy, hes a veteran turned business owner. All Im saying is if youre in the area of here, give it a shot. Theres way more member participation in this gym because everyone here cares. You dont have to worry about the atmosphere, no matter who you are or how experienced youre! Give it a shot and go get forged!

The gym is stocked with all the free weights and machines necessary whether you’re looking to increase your strength or just stay in shape and be active. The atmosphere is electric with very helpful and friendly staff. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area this is the ONLY gym worth your time and money.

Amazing gym. The gym feels like you’re working out in the comfort of your home with all the professional equipment of a big brand gym such as LA fitness. Definitely would recommend for any level of experience since it’s not overbearing but still extremely well equipped!

Nice 24 hour gym. A lot of free weights. Not crowded. No frills, but good selection of machines. The place was clean and people were respectful wiping down stations after use.

I originally found the Forge on instagram, and was recommended by a buddy. Staff always has a smile on their face and the owner Tom is the epitome of humbleness. I am currently rocking the dad bod...and I never feel unwelcome walking into the Forge. Tom and his staff not only treat their members with respect and dignity, but also care for you like family. 10/10 recommend and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for this gym!

Excellent gym for all ages, body types, and schedules. Dumbell rack that goes up to 150 pounds and plenty of machines for casual lifters and isolation workouts as well, full array of cardio machines from bikes to treadmills to stair masters. I’ve been coming here for little over 2 months now and have never once felt uncomfortable or judged at this gym. Veteran owned and operated. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that’s just starting out lifting

The gym is super clean. It really has all the equipment you would need and is never crowded like big gyms. It’s nice to go to a gym where you can get to know the staff and the other members and not feel like you’re going to just another gym.

The bar is set and raised at The Forge! Whether a recent transplant to the Tampa area or a long-time local, this 24/7 gym is a welcoming atmosphere of health and self-care. You can tell this gym is Veteran-owned, because it’s facility is spick-and-span like a crisp uniform.I could focus on personal routines one day, or participate in the “Workout of the day” on days where I hadn’t the time to pre-plan. It’s was a relief to realize this gym and staff were equally as committed to my fitness journey even when I come up short. Truly a local Gem! (See what I did there?)
