Got the quote, which was very reasonable. Wonderful experience! We had water damage from my upstairs A/C that leaked all the way through to the downstairs ceiling. I had a very heavy smoker in which the tar from smoke coated the walls. They where literally orange sticky tar.Big wave came in, reviewed the work and advised a quality solution on removing the tar and making the home breathable. Theyre team were professional and personable, the work was high quality.I know that if I hadnt used Big Wave, I would have spent additional costs in painting and repainting every few years as the orange tar would have bleed through any paint, even kilnz.Thank you so much! Another local company gave us a quote for a small area of water damage that seemed extraordinarily high (and they repeatedly seemed uncertain of how much they truly needed to charge us for the work). Paul and his crew did a fantastic job! It first started with a clogged toilet which flooded half of the condo! Paul worked hard and kept in constant contact with me up north as this was a condo we rent in FL. He was very honest with what was needed and how he could save us money. He sent pictures of all his work. I was recently left with a door size hole caused by a new HVAC installation. The a/c company sent Big Wave Restoration out to my house to repair the hole with a much needed door and frame for easy access and ventilation. Big Wave Restoration was always in contact with me throughout the process. They were quick, on time, and professional.

The guys at Big Wave are complete pros; they came in day of the call, assessed the damage, sent a leak specialist in instantly to find the exact cause of problems, had water damages drywall cut out in three adjoining rooms the next day; put in blowers to dry the moisture in the walls. they left the bathroom functioning in all ways, except the problem shower, knowing it would take time to get the restoration done via insurance claim. This cost me nothing up front. Do not pay anyone upfront; several other calls required this. They showed up on time when the insurance adjuster was scheduled and walked the home with him while he calculated. They recommended to me their preferred, local and longterm colleague GC who is seasoned and working directly with the insurance adjuster to get the settlement where it needs to be. Thats where we are. Highly recommend.

I’m so thankful for Paul at Big Wave Restoration. After my daughter forgot to turn off the sink in the upstairs bathroom, it ended up flooding. Big Wave was so helpful when my air handler in the attic leaked through 2 stories! They were at my house quickly, they were thorough, and made sure that all of the issues were handled. They also kept me informed of everything that they were doing and guided me thru the insurance claim process. They have contacts with other skilled professionals and quickly coordinated the plumber, the AC repairman, and others! They are absolutely fantastic to work with!

Big Wave Restoration was called in by the HVAC company we used. They replaced some sheetrock around new ductwork. Big Wave was prompt, highly professional and very responsive with calls and sending pictures of their work. My husband is a retired municipal building inspector and is very precise about code and workmanship. He is very pleased with Big Waves excellent work and responsiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We recently moved into our new home and two weeks after, discovered a broken water pipe behind the master bathroom wall. This lead to some water damage in two of the rooms (imagine the stress)...Thankfully, Paul and his crew at Big Wave Restoration came out quickly and had both of our rooms completely dried in a couple of days. During a remodel mold was found in a bedroom wall and the contractor “remediated”. I was still unsettled so I hired an independent tester who was recommended by a family member. After counts came back high I knew “proper” remediating was again necessary. I reached out to the company that was highly recommend by the tester and the quote was astonishing to say the least for “removal and cleaning” only. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a company my contractor “ highly” recommended and I was thrilled the quote was a tad lower, again for “just removal and cleaning “ however the company put me off for weeks not scheduling and then suggested I needed more done than originally thought increasing the estimate and again putting me off, I still have not heard back from them going on a month now! So glad I was put off, what a true blessing! Thankfully I was referred to Big Wave Remediation!!!!! Paul and Adam were extremely professional and attentive to my concerns and reassured me the work needing to be done was not even close to the scale of what the other 2 companies recommended! Within a week of coming into our home, the drywall was removed, taken away, replaced, painted and the recommended duct cleaning was completed along with retesting! After a 5 month process of trying to get a company to remediate it was completed within a week with not only professionalism but honesty and integrity! Hard to find these days! Adam, Paul and their entire team went above and beyond and I am happy knowing we are now living in a healthy space. The continued follow up from Adam just adds another layer of professionalism and care for Big Wave Remediation customers and I can not recommend them enough!
