We had a great experience with Puroclean. We have a rental unit that had a leak in the AC unit. He was out in less than 2 hours on a Saturday. They did an amazing job on the water clean up.

PuroClean was contacted on my behalf after a plumbing mishap. Water was all over the floor in several areas. I had no idea what to expect. Within one hour Gino was at my door. Gino took the time to explain every detail, and the purpose of every machine. Gino had me look at the moisture instrument readings with him and set wonderful expectations. Gino had to come back everyday to take new readings and check the machines, and did an outstanding job working around our schedules. Machines are usually there a minimum of 3 days to ensure the dry out, and Gino was there like clockwork. The owner Victor also made it a point to stop by and also called me to make sure I was taken care of. These guys seemed like family the way they attend to their customers! Highly recommend PuroClean Tampa, can’t say enough great things about them...thank you for all that you do! This company really makes a difference in people’s lives by helping to turn a bad situation around.

We had a leak under our toilet for a long time and didnt realize it until we had a plumber come out to fix it. They wouldnt touch it until we had the mold removed so we called a few companies and PuroClean Property Restoration Services could come out the soonest so we went with them. They were on time, clean and gave me good understanding of what they needed to do. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it all got done and they even told my plumber when it was good for him to come back and fix.

Avoid this company at all costs. After a bathroom leak started to cause mold, they did the demolition work and dried it out, but never identified the actual source of the leak before referring someone (they dont do it themselves) to do the reconstruction. Then the mold started growing again because the source had not been repaired, so we had to start all over again. We will not have this company come back, not only due to their incompetence, but to the unprofessional way that they conduct business (multiple times making appointments and not showing up or even calling).

Kudo’s to PuroClean & Victor Gutierrez! A few in our community referred us to Victor with regard to addressing the cleanup & restoration of water-damage in our home. At the time I didn’t ask for that type of referral but I’m ever grateful that it was offered. Interestingly, we were already working with another company who was providing such services. The insurance company’s agent that assigns those types of services/contractors simply gave us another company’s name & number and said to contact them. At that time we didn’t know we had a choice, nor did we know the severity of our own needs or who PuroClean was. As luck would have it, both our chosen public adjuster and our assigned insurance adjuster visited our home on a Sunday, two days after the damage occurred. Both agreed emphatically that the efforts of the other company were underserving our need and PuroClean was the name both adjusters felt could succeed. We couldn’t be happier with Victor, his team, and their services. They are complete professionals across the board and extremely thorough. Had someone not have mentioned PuroClean and Victor Gutierrez, we may mistakenly assumed the services of these companies are all the same. Believe me, not all companies are equal and now that I have first-hand experience, there is no comparison to Victor Gutierrez and PuroClean. Thank you Victor!
