This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever had to deal with and because of their constant errors (which we have documented in emails sent to us that mistakes made by them) we now after 5 months have to start the process over. Calls to CEO went unanswered, COO unanswered and National operations manager has since not responded and passed blame on our county. Who owns a company and doesnt want to talk to an upset customer? STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. OUR MORTGAGE BROKER HAS SAID WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars- I would. Michael and Ella do a fantastic job on our loans. This company does not pick n choose who they work great for-- they just do it all the time. I have referred a few of my other lending friends to them and they are equally as impressed. A++++++ anything else would be a complete lie.

Ive been in real estate since 1995. RELTCO is the worst Title Company closing agent Ive ever worked with. The day before closing they send me an email stating that they cant close the file because the underwriter turn it down. I called their office over 15 times, not one returned.Unprofessional company. I dealt with with Lauren J Sittig, Dani Cole an owner Paula L WoodringRELTCO called wanted my business, my first transaction with them was horrible.It’s my own fault, reading all their bad Google reviews, should have known better.

I have been a LO for over 10 years. Normally I do not take the time to do reviews; but when someone goes out of their way to assist me and my borrowers on their new home I must! Margarita and her purchase team did an amazing job. We are in Colorado, RELTCO is in Tampa. Everything worked like clock work. Loan closed with a notary at our office and sellers received their wired proceeds in a very timely manner. If you are looking for a title company -- try them out. Only downfall (if you call it that) is that they are EST so their hours are different than yours if you are in another timezone.

During the refinancing they was my title company and in that process I overfunded the account for escrow for the property taxes. They have been wondering me around for my onw refund. They non-responsive, unprofessional. Do not even reply to email or return call.

Horrible service. DO NOT use this place. They will never get back with you. Phone calls, emails, voicemails the day of closing and they refuse to answer or get back with us. In real-estate time is priceless. This company cannot even begin to get back with you in a professional timely manner.

This is by far the worst title company Ive ever worked with. Yes, theyre cheap with the UWM discount but they are terrible. Never pick up the phone. Missed closings. Days past funding date to actually fund the loan. Missed documents in closing packages. ZERO accountability by any staff members. Paula Woodring is running a three ring circus and should he ashamed for how this company is ran. Never will we ever do business again with this company. Stay away at all costs!!!!!!!

I just had one of the best closing experiences I have ever had with a national title company! Reltco (specifically Margarita Osborn) stayed in communication with me every step of the way and helped keep this loan on target! Little things that could have delayed the closing or funding were avoided due to constant communication between the Title team, the Sellers title rep, my Lender and myself! Margarita made sure that we all kept our expectations on track and ensured that we all did our parts to make my clients closing happen smoothly, on time and with no unpleasant issues!Thank you Margarita and the whole Team 10 crew! Between you and UWM, this closing happened a week earlier then the contract date and the clients got through closing with no problems!

Reltco made major errors on my Borrs closing yesterday. I started calling and emailing at 10am. 12 hrs later still no answer or response.This is a UWM loan.Reltco killed my deal with their lack of response. Stay away from Reltco.

My husband and I used them to do our refinance at the recommendation of our broker. Could not have been more happy with working with them. Honestly we had a few issues come up... At first we thought the payoff was wrong to find out that it was a payoff short because our old mortgage co paid our homeowners insurance before we paid in full. This caused more work for all of us but no fault of RELTCO. They were there to guide thru fixing the issue and getting my money back. If you are looking for a good company that knows how to handle anything thrown their way use RELTCO.

Our title company of choice is Reltco Inc located in Oldsmar.My wife and I have used them for years, both buying and selling properties. It has always been a positive experience and very professional. Our last closing was in May of this year, we dealt with Margarita for the first time. She was very accommodating and made sure everything was in order and the closing went very smoothly. Dont listen to the naysayers cause they are usually the problem.

Weve been using Reltco for over 7 years and theyre the best title company that Ive ever used. Their pricing is the best Ive seen. They are extremely fast, responsive and accommodating. Theyre very knowledgeable and helpful, which has been a huge help with some of the more complicated title situations. Weve been solicited for business by other title companies so many times over the years, but weve always chosen to use Reltco on any transaction we can because of their amazing service. Theyre truly the BEST!

Reltco has been outstanding with the support I have received. They always answer my questions and provide great customer service. Rob is really good at what he does. I have known him and worked with him for many years. He goes out of his way to make the process smooth and complete. The folks there are dedicated professionals. They go out of their way and always make sure it is done right the 1st time

RELTCO is one of my favorite companies to work for. The scheduling is easy, any problems are quickly addressed. Ive worked for them for a number of years, so I know they trust that I will get the job done correctly. Their bookkeeping is always correct & on time. I agree Rob Shrum is one of the best. Sometimes I may not accept jobs for anyone else (sometimes Im over-worked & exhausted), but I always try to be sure to accept his calls.

Not responsive to phone call or e-mails. We had several closing delayed due to not being able to reach Reltco.

I have recently closed my refinance mortgage. I have never experienced such a bad title company. I wonder how they are still in business with such a bad, unprofessional customer service.I tried to call them regarding closing. They never responded. I tried to call them regarding wiring instructions, they never called me back even though I left a voice message.

I re-financed my home and used Reltco as the title company(My brokers decision). They messed up my loan payoff, they sent the wrong amount causing my previous loan account to fall into delinquency, which was reported to the credit bureaus and I am still fighting. This happened on May 28th(our closing date) and I was not informed by Reltco that their payment had been sent back, I found out when I received delinquency letters in the mail on June 10th from my previous lender.It took me a whole week and hours on the phone to get them to payoff my loan. They were incredibly unhelpful when I called them, I ended up being the middle man and getting all the updated paperwork they needed to payoff the loan(which they should have done). When I called them and told them I have the updated documents the employee scoffed and said You did a lot better than I could have done.On top of it, we have received no documents after closing. I do not have a copy of my Title or anything and the original closing date was almost a month ago. I once again have to go calling around to see if I can get my hands on my own title documents.Really unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointing experience.

15years I have been writing mortgage loans, working with various title companies. Reltco is the worst I have ever encountered.Three loans with Reltco issues.#1- paper check Reltco issued to a borrower, returned for insufficient funds. Days went by before Reltco could rectify, and the borrower could get his money.#2- closing docs never made it back to the lender. Reltco never bothered to tell anyone. This loan closed in April and is now having to reclose in June.#3- lender wire sent to Reltco on 5/28. The borrowers old lender has yet to be paid; today is 6/11.These are gross errors and utterly unacceptable, in my opinion.

As a Notary myself, RELTCO has consistently been one of my favorite companies to work with over the years. The staff, especially Rob Shrum, goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible. Communication is clear, accurate, and should a question arise, theres always someone knowledgeable available to help. Also, they pay promptly and fairly.

Carrie Gola has the absolute worst, most aggressive attitude of anyone I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Myself and SIX other brokers have now blacklisted Reltco due to her unprofessional and down right rude behavior. This woman needs to be let go to find something else.

RELTCO takes pride in handling all customers needs very timely and professionally. We have spoken with Ms. Awani and advised her that our transaction did not reflect her a party to the transaction that was placed with our office and that we are at the mercy of the lender/client that directs the order. We cannot (due to very strict privacy guidelines) release any information to a person that we do not show a party to a transaction in our database. We are very sorry for any miscommunication; however RELTCO followed all privacy guidelines of which we understand may not please everyone in every instance.Thank you.

Inefficient, incompetent, unresponsive to multiple calls. They sent an email for a digital closing to me at 10:30pm and unable to connect to online notary to complete. Closed following day and no wire to my account for $15k+ (> 24hrs), now the weekend. Withholding funds. If I could rate 0, I definitely would. Stay away!!!!

Very bad service. I had to reschedule a closing 3 times, because they completely ghosted my client and they hardly ever respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion.

Very bad customer service and hard to work with, they leave customers in dark wandering what’s happening to the case and they do not return voicemails. Upon inquiring the status with front desk, the responses are rude and they say we will return calls whenever we can. It has been two weeks I am still trying to hear back from them.
