I have had 2 closings thus far with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The first time, they would not return multiple phone calls leading up to the closing day. In addition the figures did not match up on either closing, which needed to be reconciled afterward. The Closing agents, one a contractor and the other their employee ran through the documents quickly and were rushed the entire time. One of the closing agents said I have an appointment 30 minutes after your closing and they are just as important as you are, so we are going to need to run through this quickly! Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Carolyn, Shelley, Robyn, and the rest of the staff are truly the Gold Standard. I couldnt imagine going through this process without their help and guidance. They all make themselves available when we need them. If your looking for a solid Team, you have found it!

We waited by the front desk for several minutes upon arriving and nobody ever acknowledged our presence. Not even a simple, Ill be with you in a minute. We were ignored completely, and when we were finally taken to the closing room the lady only acknowledged our realtor, basically acting as if my wife and I werent even there. I found the employees to be rude and, as a seller, would never choose this company given the many options in the area. They did have everything in order though and the closing process was smooth, but the employees made it a very unpleasant experience. They also only gave a paper copy of the documents, while several other companies weve closed with recently gave us hard copies and a flash drive for electronic storage, which is much more convenient.

Beware of this place. They assist sellers in tax dodging and spring unconventional terms as last minute changes on unsuspecting immigrants buying property. Federal oversight complaint is sure to follow.
