Once you apply for a job they will have you waste your time and gas driving across town to get down your information and meet you in person while telling you that you are good fit for the job that you applied for and they will not hesitate to get you in the door asap.Except once you leave that office you never hear from them again about the job you applied for or any other job oppertunities unless you take time out of your day to contact them only to find you did not get the job and wasted time and gas money. The recuriters also just treat you like a number and forget your name or information making it frustrating to have to tell them all the details again over the phone or email when you had already previously wasted your time, money and gas meeting them at the office in person.

My job position had been eliminated at a company I had been with for almost 2 years. I began applying for jobs immediately. The Reserves Network called me right away after submitting my resume. I interviewed with them and the next day I had a phone interview with their client. The day after that I had an in person interview! That morning I was Hired by the Client. Shirley my rep at The Reserve Network was awesome. She took the time to send the client her take on my resume and put in details she saw in me. I believe this opened the door for the phone interview. The other thing I appreciated was that the client was only using The Reserves Network so there was only competition within The Reserves Network, no other agency was sending other clients. I would recommend The Reserves Network!

Edit: They take down all your information including direct deposit after first meeting, then have you sit and write them a review on Google right away, then you never hear from them after your interview regarding other open positions or an update that you’re even a candidate being considered for anything. It’s basically just like any other recruiting agency that needs to build their candidate base and waste your time then tell you excited they are to find you the perfect job and how high you scored on all the assessments and should be placed quickly.The Reserves Network has been such a wonderful experience through the process of job searching. Shirley from the Tampa office was very informative and direct from the first phone call to all the follow ups and updates to let you know where you stand.

So, I was placed and informed them that I accepted another position. I spent my money on public transportation to get out to the job just to be told randomly an hour later that I no longer was apart of the job. Ms. Melinda didnt even have the audacity to let me know not to show up to work, instead she told me to be on time! I also didnt get paid for the hour that I worked. Thanks a lot.

Came to them in January of 2017 looking for work. Got a few temp positions which was fine. Was told by Paula herself that if you get put on a job and dont like it or you dont feel comfortable doing it, dont just quit or not show up, let them know and they will find you something else...WRONG!!! I just found out the hard way if you tell them you will take a job and then change your mind before it starts they will drop you! Basically, if you are open and honest with them about a position you feel uncomfortable doing, they will drop you as if you quit or did a no call no show. Makes no sense but what does these days. I understand that they now have to find someone to take your place, but last time I checked they were a staffing agency and that is what they do! I find that staffing agencies in Tampa are all the same....Useless.

In a short amount of time I was working. They are very professional, efficient, well-organized and aimed at truly helping those that are looking to obtain employment.

They were nice and got me a job quick. I spent two weeks at a location and then the location told me they had to let me got a day in advance.. said they couldnt afford me. Comes to find out that while I was getting paid $14/hr, Tempwise was charing $20/hr [this is what my boss at the location told me]. Said tempwise is the most expensive agency in town, and they wouldnt budge on rate. Tempwise said I was so quick to learn and finish up their project that I worked myself out of a job. I was a little bitter about it, but they found me something else after a week. So.. just dont be surprised if you get let go from your location.

If you need a job dont bother with this company. They say they will submit you and then leave you hanging. If you need a job but arent that serious about it or have two, three months to hang around and wait for them to do something other than lead you down dead ends or just to lead you on then this is the company. All other serious job seekers stay far away.
