If you want job a this is the place to go ..They have a lot of jobs and they really care ..Worked a lot of places this is easily at the top of the list .Im pretty sure if you make little bit more effort to contact them you will get a job ....Because of them my job search is over ..Great jobs with good benefits..Do not go to those other places with trying them first... I had an assignment at sams club through prologistix. I walked out of the job today because I felt like I was being harassed by the team leads. They constantly kept approaching me about stuff I seen other people do all of a sudden when I did it it was a problem. They talk to the workers any kind of way. Then when I did what I thought was the right thing by asking my lead about working overtime. He said I had to be at 95% in order to work it but yet people that started the same day as me said they signed up and had lower numbers than me. I dont know what their issue is with me. Yes I was wrong for walking out but I also shouldnt feel like Im constantly getting picked on. I loved the job and I wouldve loved to stay but Im not gonna get treated like that. And I really needed this job. They also write people up and tell them theyre not gonna put it on their record so whats the point of a write up?? They do it so other people can think theyre really doing their job but their really not. Its not fair to the people who actually get written up and put in their file.

Great temporary job service that got ya in an find ya a temporary job fast.Bad part of it was were i was sent to was a totally different story.Promised ya one thing an done it then throw ya somewhere else.Soup asked me to come in the next day an he will rely it to his counterparts.well guess he never did walked around asking for him an asked few leads with radios to call for him but never did.Temps dont mean much to the full time employee there.Other then that it was great and i wish them well..Still on the hunt.

I am looking forward to working with ProLogistix but unfortunately I been trying to get make and schedule a job interview since June 2020 and haven’t got any luck. Got my job quick. Applied and came in for an interview, they were great but there was a bunch of testing. In 2 days I had a temp to hire job makin good money. Would definitely tell everyone to call them.

Do not pursuit a job with this company. They are liars who used you to make money. They will cheat you about assignments who are supposed to last and turns out they only want to cover whatever. Scavengers, will send you to work for 2 weeks even when you are trained and have a lot off experience. This staffing companies are responsible for the low salaries and the downside of jobs. They are also the reason of nobody hire directly. When your getting pay 10 an hour, they get even 18 for you. They guarantee the employer the workforce even for a few days. Thats shady for all does looking for a descent job. They wont even take you calls when you discover their lies and will gave you en stupid sorry excuse. Do not waist your time. There is a lot off jobs out there. Just take a tour around the city and watch for signs. Dont take any temporary job with this guys, tell them direct hire or nothing. They will drown in bankruptcy onces they run out of workforce and employers will have no other choice than hire directly.

They will lie on you if you deal with them and they are very unprofessional. This is the worst Temp agency in Tampa Bay. They have on my file that I’m not a reliable person who will work. But I completed all my job assignments and never was late or called in to miss work I ask the office manager to change that she told me she wasn’t going to do it. So she knows it’s a lie and still want change it.

I read the other reviews and had to leave my review because I cant understand where the comments are coming from. I applied on line and was promptly called and an interview was set up. After interviewing I was offered a position that started within 24 hours however the pay was not what I was looking for, NO ONE there had an issue with this and said they appreciated my honesty and would continue to find me the right opportunity. Within 48 additional hours I had another job offer paying what I was looking for and on the right shift and because of them I have found a permanent position. Never once in my dealings with them were they anything but professional and I am beyond happy I trusted them to find employment for me.I can only assume some of these comments are left by individuals similar to what I saw during my interview process (they do set up group interviews). When I was with one of the recruiters I saw another person interviewing and he kept raising his voice and was asked to calm down. After that he threw a fit and left in profanities and to be honest they were more pleasant than I would or could have been and that is why I felt the need to state my experience.

Warning:Fellow Minorities, Avoid this place at all cost. They are currently under EEOC investigation which they wont win. its open and shut case a lawyer told me. Basically they have a hiring supervisor name Mandy Johnson that racially decides who to hire if your black. Back in March 2016 i was hired by nice hispanic women name Cynthia. did 2 hours orientation, pass drug test. went to get a schedule and was re-interviewed by Mandy and asked dumb questions about why i dont like to wash dishes at current restaurant jobs. Im like well because i want to be somebody and not live off 20 hours a week Min wage all my life and have health care and benefits. she told me she was not moving forward Bye. this is after i was already hired given a pay card and pass all classroom test to work in a beer warehouse and BOUGHT MY STEEL TOE SHOES($75). she kept asking about this dish wash job and that dish wash job. its started annoying me. Cynthia was nice and didnt ask all that. SHE KNOWS!! PUT YOUNG BLACK MEN TO WORK!!!!! STOP MAKING BARRIERS to prevent people from being successful. While i was there i notice Mandy Deny the black man before me a job also while Cynthia was sending black men to work left and right. And you wonder why we the USA have Angry mobs of black men blaming white people for there problems, cases like mine. a innocent man trying to better myself. but get denied a job because i so called didnt like washing dishes. The truth: white people do not wash dishes in ANY restuarant its always black or mexicans. And we get treated like trash, no benefits. Update: Cynthia no longer works at this location as of August 2016 she quit. Yeah she witness the discrimination to many times and wont lie for them when it goes to court. Julie said my drug test was cold. she was lying after i retested. i didnt see her in 2016 i guess they fired her. I walk in again apply. Now a new racist women name Mandy Johnson playing games with people. I got a interview from Cynthia, she was polite sent me for testing and orientation. Cynthia was sending black people to work. Mandy was telling every black people she will hold there application or making a excuse not to hire them. Once i was done with my orientation . Mandy takes my papers and starts asking dumb questions about why i dont want to be a dish washer on past jobs. i said because its a dead end job. im a 34 year old man and need to be somebody. she accused me of speaking bad about former employers and refused to go any further after i was already hired, signed tax forms, and given pay card. im a 34 years old man, not 20. 34!!! and i cant go into a staffing agency and respectfully apply myself. clean cut, no odors, pants up. no profanity. i answered questions. She said what about this past employers and that past employer. and i said. those are all kitchen jobs and no benefits and i want to move up in life. she said that was not good answers. i already did interview with Cynthia and she was fine with it. Go to a real place and help close this place down!!

The Place is evil and racist devils. I went in with clean clothes and shirt in my pants. clean shaved, clean teeth to work for a warehouse beer company. i was interviewed by Cynthia. drug test. passed and sent to orientation room and took math test and osha test. PASSED. and HIRED. and was finishing my paperwork. after 1.5 hours of being there. Cynthia was busy and ask the synthetic fake human demon MANDY JOHNSON to finish my schedule. Mandy proceeds to re-interview me and ask dumb questions about my past restaurant jobs already asked by Cynthia earlier. She wanted to know why i left this place and that place. my response because im a dish washer with no benefits and im 34 years old, not a kid. she took offense to that and refuse to let me start work after 2 hours!!!!!!! of wasted time. i filed a complaint to the EEOC. they took it and have in as a charge with a attorney. thats just evil. to let somebody waste there time for 2 hours and claim i didnt do well at past jobs. well hello im a freakin dishwasher with min wage and no benefits at 34. im not suppose to like those types of jobs. the truth. She didnt like a black man telling her he didnt like dish washing. just like she wasnt sending any black people to work that day i was there doing paperwork. every black man came in she said she will call them if they find something. Cynthia was sending black men to work. thats how i know it was racist. and im a conservative democratic person thats hates welfare abuse and men should work!!!! They point the finger at the crime rates but when somebody actually go apply for a job like i did. these demonic people refuse work to suitable people. Mandy said she was a former server. i knew than and so did EEOC that it was racially motivated because most servers dont like black dish washers in favor of mexican workers. they think this is s joke. it wont be when it makes it to a judge in court. dont apply here go to other places. Clients dont waste your time. Use other local places not Employbridge related.

I called so many times too reschedule my interview no one answer the phone . Every freaking time I called no one answerer . Communication sucks!
