We are new in the area, first impression was wonderful. I have been jiggling so many appointments, I ask my appointment to be on Thursday 09/23 after work. I get off at 3:30 and they scheduled my appointment at 3:45. I get to my appointment today, they tell me my appointment was on Wednesday. Im thinking I was paying my co-payment, receptionist tells me, my payment was a no show. I never missed my appointments unless I called in advance to canceled. I know that it is time consuming for any patient to not show up and waist the doctors time. I would have loved to get a follow up call and asked me if I forgot about my appointment since I was a new patient. This office did not care to loose two good patients with good dental insurance for $50. This situation could have been handled much better. Im very disappointed with this dentist office after feeling I found the perfectoffice.

I just called 10 minutes ago and spoke to a nice gentleman whose name I didnt catch, who quoted me $58 for an emergency exam. He was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked about pricing. I told him I would call back to confirm because I wanted to compare another place. After comparing, I called Tampa Dentistry back and spoke to a different person, Oliver who took a while to figure out the price and quoted me $95 for the same exam. When I asked why the price changed in the last 10 minutes, he acknowledged that I was quoted the emergency price but still wanted to charge for the higher fee. No thanks.

This place is great I’m seen at the time they book me at immediately each time. I like that about this place they are prompt and punctual. They ladies are nice and polite and get the job done to where you are really comfortable and they have you right out the door as soon as your finished. Deff a great place to go to get work done.

Inviting atmosphere. Staff friendly and professional. Covid-19 measures were in effect. Office clean with relaxing and calming gray painted walls. Waiting room was not crowded with patients. Im sure there is a system in place to stagger patients to promote social distancing. The dentist and staff was very nicely dressed. Its a place I liked immensely and will highly recommend. Im a satisfied customer 💯❤️

She is a very friendly person and took her time cleaning my gums.It was a great experience and I feel just very lucky to have had this service today. Thanks you Terry. Phenomenal service! I went in for a first time x-ray and cleaning and I havent been to the dentist in quite a long time! They took extensive x-rays and went through everything in a very clear and encouraging manner. The atmosphere was tranquil and the lady who performed the cleaning did such a thorough job! On top of everything, it was extremely affordable. I definitely recommend this dentist office!

Tiny outside, beautiful inside. This is a hidden gem! The dentist is super nice and his staff are wonderful. The office is clean and modern. The exam chairs have heat and massage options which was very relaxing. The rooms have Alexa so you can have whatever music you are comfortable with playing. I had to get 2 fillings and the doc didnt even have to numb me, which was fantastic. Was in and out and even got a cleaning without having to make another appointment. I have found our dentist.

As soon as I walked in for my appointment Dee the front desk lady greeted me with a warm and welcoming hello. Then Judith the assistant greet me so kindly and took my X-rays and was so kind asking me if I had dogs and so forth. Then Dr. Phu was so sweet and welcoming and introduced herself and took amazing care of me. I will be a patient/customer for life because every time I come to Tampa Dentistry I feel so welcome and know that I will be treated with the best care possible. You all rock!!!

Amazing staff ! Had not been to the Dentist in a couple years and during my last visit to Bright Now Dental they told me I had several dental issues which were false. After a comprehensive exam all I needed was a cleaning. Doctor was great as well as all other staff members !

This was my first time going there. I am very nervous when it comes to anything medical but I cant express the great treatment I received from front door to leaving. Lexie was very gentle, calming, explained things very well. Dr Johnson was exceptional. I forgot the young lady at the desk who was very polite, friendly also. The office was very clean. I got my Dental Insurance a few months ago and starting going here. Since I started going to get all my teeth fixed, the staff has been extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Tom Johnson is gentle, precise, and will go above and beyond to make sure your teeth are well taken care of.

I am person that hates going to the dentist due to mypast experiences where is becomes a money issue not about assisting you in your needs. Dr. Johnson is an excellent human being and he’s all about helping his customers in any way possible and it’s not about that $bill. I fully recommend visiting his practice just to see for yourselves. So I am excited to leave a review for Dr Johnson with Tampa Dentistry. I hate dental appointments even worse a wisdom tooth extraction. I was skeptical to have it done in office but happy I listened. I felt absolutely nothing during the extraction. Which is a first for me. I will definitely be going back since Ive found MY dentist!

This place was great I called at 1045 in the morning with a tooth abscess from a decayed tooth on the lower left hand side and they got me in at 1140. And by 1230 I had seen the doctor and they were numbing me up for a same day tooth extraction. They are quick and professional and do the best they cann do to help you . Definitely coming back for all future tooth problems!

I was disappointed with my last few visits to the office, the hygienists were pleasant and informative about me taking care of my teeth. The dentist did not introduce himself, and showed nor told me very little about what was happening in my mouth.It felt like a very cold visit compared to my first few visits. Very impersonal...

Just left from getting a molar pulled. Dentist and his assistant not sure of her name but she was spanish lady were VERY Comforting and gave me lots of information about my oral heath and options with dental care moving forward. They also were very quick when it came to a wait time ..there wasnt much at all. Thank you!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are very friendly, professional, caring and gentle. Im a fairly new patient (2019) but have visited the office for xrays, exam, cleaning, extractions and fillings. Ive felt comfortable every time and have not been disapponted. The prices have been more than fair for the work Ive had done. The office is peaceful, relaxing and not overwhelming. I really love the back massages in the dental chairs too!

I have not visited a dentist for several years, admittedly thats not something that I am proud of. I encountered severe sensitivity when eating or drinking something hot or cold. I called and received a very quick appointment. My tooth Pain area was x-rayed and photos taken. Dr. Johnson provided an excellent diagnosis and informing me that I had a tooth split on both sides and he recommended a tooth extraction. Two days later I was very apprehensive about the procedure but Dr. Johnson and his Dental Tech Assistant calmly guided me through each process. My tooth target area was sufficiently number, honestly I could sense his procedure, but I didnt feel any pain whatsoever. I was provided with great post extraction counsel and instructions. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience.

I went to Tampa Dentistry for the first time in hope of finding a new dentist to take care of a serious dental emergency. I was in so much pain and this dental office made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. TD was perfect for me, and I recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. They have a savings program that give you free exams and x-rays plus discounted procedures, which saved me a ton of money today.Besides the financial positives, everyone there was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wyatt was pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me simply, and getting me in and out in thirty minutes--as a new patient!
