Our condo Bldg has a long standing maintenance contract with them that is very one sided and unusually difficult to terminate. They are charging $750 an hour for any after hours calls and include transportation as billed time. Their repair work is OK.

They charge $17,000 for replacing two boards and technicians earn $360 per hour. They blame lighting all the time. Keep away from this company!
