Whenever we have needed help with one or more of our printers/multi-function machines, we can always count on Imagenet. They are quick to provide same-day service whenever possible and are very knowledgeable regarding their leased machines. Customer Service is very personable. The technician assigned to us has been Preston and his service has always been above and beyond. We have his direct line in the event we have questions or concerns that need quick resolution.

Imagenet is honestly so amazing. Their customer service is incredible. They are fast, they are competent, and they seem to really care about the customer experience. I cant say enough good things. If we have an issue, they dispatch someone to us the same day, usually within an hour or two. If its something that they can fix remotely, its done almost instantly. This company is awesome. We have dealt with them for over 5 years and cannot say enough good things. We have called for service on our copier (very few times) and 99.99% of the time get same day service. We just recently leased a new copier from them and did not even check with other companies because no one can match their level of service.

If your company isnt working with Imagenet then drop what you are doing and call them. They are fantastic. We have been with imagenet for 10 years and not once have we ever had a problem. Their services is first class, most times it will be same day service. The entire staff from the owner, service manager, technicians are so friendly and accommodating. Call them it will be worth it.

We have been with Imagenet for two and a half yrs and we just upgraded to newer printers/copiers. Steven Whipple is a terrific salesman who doesnt sell. He asks what your needs are then exceeds them! Ben, Andrew, and Gil installed/setup our Sharp MX-5070v plus 3 HP desk tops. Ben showed me some new features on the Sharp machine which is always exciting! They made sure everything was set and running to our individual needs and that all our questions were answered to our satisfaction before they packed up to leave. As long as I have the authority to make these decisions, Imagenet Consulting will be our company.

Derek and Omar were excellent in delivering our new copy machines!They were quite efficient and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the new machines. We ran into a problem with some installation of new printers but Derek was able to rectify the problem immediately. I would recommend the ImageNet team to anyone; they are the best!

We have used ImageNet for 5 years and have had wonderful service. Service call requests are handled promptly with the service tech out usually that day. Supply requests are shipped same day as well. Our regular service tech (Preston) is extremely knowledgeable and has our repairs taken care of promptly.

We manage 9 apartment Communities and use Imagenet for all . They are prompt with all needs. It is a pleasure to work with a team like theirs.

Have used this company for several years with no issues at all. Called this morning for service and received a return call 2.5 hrs later that they no longer service Toshibas so they would not be able to fix our machine. I said it would have been nice if the 1800# I called at 8am would have let me know that so I could have made other arrangements instead of thinking they were going to come take care of me today. The woman on the phone was rude as hell, cut me off and told me she wasnt going to argue with me they no longer service Toshibas and goodbye!!! I will NEVER use this company EVER again for anything. I can NOT believe how this employee would think its ok to speak with a customer that way.
