I returned Mikes call and I asked what happened and he said it took longer then he thought. I think asked why couldnt of called to let me know what was going on when I sent a appointment for 9 to 11am so I told Mike that was unprofessional and Mike then asked if I want him to come and work on the printer still and Mike then hung up on me cause I told Mike it was unprofessional how Mike could of called and I see that he did not like what I had to say.

Bewn a little over 2 weeks with no response to my inquiry about fixing a printer

Yay! I found an experienced, knowledgeable customer driven maintenance consultant for all my printers at work! Price was reasonable, timeliness was great and he was able to fix my issue. Waiting on pricing for some replacement parts as well. If you are looking for someone to service your machine I recommend you give them a call. BTW I own a Konica Printer, Oki Printer and a Konica Copier... he had experience with all these machines.
