Deceptive business practices...I was trying to call MIT computers in citrus park to pick up a computer I dropped off and the first search result was on-sites ad (NOT obvious). Not thinking too much about it I clicked their phone number to call and got their answering service, where a rep asked for my phone number, name, and email address before being willing to answer my question, ie when are you open?, only to find out that she didnt actually know, and they would have to get back to me.After hanging up, I realized my mistake and called MIT computers (for real this time) and they told me there are a few other clients who have complained about this exact same issue, and they were trying to work with Google about the shady google search practices.I then called On-Site again to complain about this and got Robert. He said that their call center only gets contact information to reach out to him, then hung up on me right after saying Good luck finding MIT.Only do business with people you can trust: ie NOT On-Site.
