Computer Doctors of Tampa Bay are great! They answered the first time I called and were able to work with my schedule. Mark and Jay were both very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They knew exactly how to fix my computer issues and the prices are very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone!

ALL THE STARS RATINGS! Were able to take a drive that I crashed myself, identify the data still there and then recover it. Not only that, they came to my home to do the diagnostic and came back to my home to return all of the hardware. Techs were AMAZING. Friendly, professional, competent and patient all describe my interaction. On Nov 10 my PC would not reboot nor repair the issue. I needed my computer up asap as I do a part time gig from home. I googled computer repair near me and The Computer Doctors 24/7 caught my eye. I called the man who seemed very knowledgeable and we set up an appt for 9 am Sat morning. Marcus A and his co-worker arrived exactly at 9 and went right to work. After discussing my issues, the first thing they did was back up all my personal files. Then they tried several things that didnt work, then tried re-booting from 2 or 3 of their CDs to no avail. So the next step was using their clean CD to reinstall Win 10. All these steps took a while but the computer was good to go 3 hrs after they walked in. The price was fair for the time they spent. I also questioned them about several PC options I didnt really know about. Marcus especially was very helpful with his answers.The other young man told me his name twice but I cant remember it. Both of them were well dressed, mannerly and friendly, exactly the type of people I dont mind having in my home. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again if needed.To the Owner of The Computer Doctor, keep these guys and give them a raise!
