Very unprofessional company! I only did one work order for you and you blow it! I only expect to get paid in a timely manner! I only expect not to get cursed at by your owner! I do work all over Florida and I will be advising as many as possible not to use your services as you dont deserve them as customers! You damn sir dont deserve my help as a tech!

A power outage caused our router to reset and we had no idea how to get our system back online. We called HERO and Daniel came over shortly after. He did an excellent job getting us up and running again. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again.Thank you,David
