Working at Data-Tech has been one of the best experiences of my Life. I am a masters student at USF and currently working as a data analyst intern and needless to say, its been an amazing journey so far. Love that we do not need to worry about losing our files, everything on our desk top looks pretty much the same from where ever we log in, and I feel safer against cyber attacks. + they also offer VOiP. Our small law firm has used Data-Tech for many years and have enjoyed very responsive service. They continually strive to provide the most up-to-date services and adapt very well to our business needs.

In 2013 I met with Data-Tech for the first time. The company itself seemed like a stand-up organization, including the CEO who personally came out to the meeting with his Sales Rep. After a few months I decided to give them a try on a project I had as an IT Director. Data-Tech performed an on-premise Exchange Email migration for my company at the time, CLI Solutions. Angel handled it superbly! Not only did they move all of my users into Office 365, as we wanted, they also took care of decommissioning my old Exchange Server and reconfiguring our server environment. Everyone from the Sales Team through to the Engineers were clear and consistent in communication. As a government contracting firm supporting over 150 users, with needs for 24x7x365 email communication this was a critical project that they handled with huge efficiency and zero headaches. Awesome Job!

Fired me with no explanation. I am fully aware that we live in a right-to-work state but when a company doesnt give the common courtesy of telling you what you should improve on for your future endeavors makes me very much not recommend working for this company. They have a 5.5 million dollar revenue and goals to make another 2 million by running everyone ragged and into the ground and not caring about the people they crush along the way. If you want to be served by this company by all means go for it but dont expect the voice on the other line to be one coming from a good place and that the only reason they sound cheerful is the fear of being let go.

Most efficient and professional IT, hosting, and VOIP services

Hoffman Realty LLC recently transitioned to Data Tech’s Versa Live cloud-based IT service. Previously Data Tech managed Hoffman Realty’s on-site server successfully for several years. The transition was scheduled for a Wednesday morning in the middle of a busy work week and I was pretty nervous that we could have an IT outage and not be able to serve our customers. But there was no need to worry, as it went unbelievably smoothly. We switched from our old on-site server to cloud services and were fully up and running in about one hour. Thanks to Kevin Kohrs at Data Tech for his technical knowledge and the background work to make it almost seamless. We love the new cloud-based desktop! My agents now have the same tools at home (or at Starbucks) that they used to have to come to the office to use and this really improves their productivity. Thanks also to Todd Leitz and Scott Dollar for suggesting we make the switch to their cloud services and working with us to configure a custom solution that worked for our company. This is an outstanding IT organization and we highly recommend them!
