Awful experience. Was supposed to have our 2 area rugs cleaned and returned within “10-14 days.” We received them back after MULTIPLE attempted contacts over 2 MONTHS later. One of the rugs was still damp upon delivery. Don’t know what the hell they were doing with them. Poor service, poor work, untrustworthy, rude. Don’t do it, no matter what price they quote you. You’ll spend your alleged saved cash on Pepcid to treat your ulcers.

Worst experience with a carpet cleaning service company ever. They never showed up, didnt call to communicate they were running late and when I called, the guy was rude, completely unapologetic and acted like I was inconveniencing him.Called their competitor, who was familiar with how awful Gulf Coast is, and came out the same day!Gulf Coast is horrible, would never consider using their service again and hope this review helps save others from wasting their time and money!

Worst carpet cleaning company ever didnt even clean properly and when scheduled the appointment scheduled to have 3 rooms done and when i go and check he only did 2 rooms and the 2 rooms he did still looked horrible there was still a stain on floor from the pet and even paid extra for the pet treatment and all the guy when u call him just curses you out and hangs up the phone do yourself a favor and do not use this guys service youll regret it big time
