This is the worst company I have worked with in the MSP space. I wish we had never chose ConnectWise. You are lucky if support responds to your ticket within 30 days.
Most frustrating and difficult company in existence. Incompetent on all levels. Product works, but implementation, billing and Customer Service is a joke. All correspondence from their Account Managers including quotes, to getting something as simple as adding an additional license for any of their products is nonsensical gibberish. Dont bother if you are outside of the US, you get treated like a second class citizen.
Clean building. Beautiful grounds for an office complex!
