Trying to get a RA and no one is answering the line, the phone has rung and the call drops. Cannot get the answers I need so I DONT know if I want to go with this company

First time user. Pretty straight forward and affordable service. Keep up the work and improve on it to retain costumers. Im definitely using it again if no problems arise.

The people at Sunshine Corp were super friendly and helpful when I needed a Florida Agent. I couldnt ask for a quicker turnaround time for registering and getting a signature on a much needed document. Great company with helpful employees. Great to find in todays world!

I tried to use Sunshine Corporate Filings to submit an Application by Foreign Limited Liability Company for Authorization to Transact Business in Florida.Their website is clunky; it does not include all the fields that the official Application form includes, so I called Sunshine to be sure my date of first transaction (line 4 on the official Application) would be filed properly. I was told to send them email with the information that I needed submitted with my filing (which was just a simple date as requested on line 4 of the paper application). I did what they asked and sent Sunshine the email, clearly explaining what was needed, and I received a confirmation they received it.When I got my filing back, it did not have the date included that I had called then emailed about. I followed up again by email to check on whether the additional info (date) had been submitted with my filing, and then I experienced complete incompetence and a run-around of back-and-forth by people who hadnt read my simple request nor the specifics of the filing that they completed. They had no idea what they were talking about, but just fired off responses, seemingly to just try to make me go away.Total waste of money -- I couldve done it myself with a lot less hassle. Let me emphasize, this was **not** a complicated matter. This was a 1-page filing to transfer an LLC from another state and register date first transacted business in Florida.
