They are like vultures.They called me about a lawsuit I hadnt event been served with yet... I then have told them MULTIPLE times to never call me again (they were calling me almost daily for a while.) When I repeated that Ive already told them never to call me again or I would be reaching out to my Attorney, the snot, Courtney, on the phone had the audacity to say Youve never told ME that. Youre right, Ive never spoken to YOU specifically. But I have told Chris, John, and Jennifer over the past year. Ive stated CLEARLY that I want NO CALLS from ANYONE from your business. Borders on harassment.

At least one employee on the phones when I was there, is under Department of Corrections supervision. Are you going to let them handle your delicate legal matters? Your LAWYER should be working to negotiate a settlement. These guys simply talk like lawyers, and offer to settle your case for 60% of what youre being sued for, based on economic hardship. They typically settle for about 40%, keeping the difference. Furthermore, they require a retainer, which some of the MANY other companies doing this, do not. If you can document economic hardship, contact the plaintiff, and offer to settle for less than half. Thats what these guys are going to do.

Harrassing, menacing, they dont tell you the truth. They work for plaintiffs, particularly law firms, because the law firm cant contact you and harass you the way Emerge 180 can.If you get a call from them, make a lot of it, tell them not to call you again. If they call again report them to the BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Agency!
