Beware! Called this company to assess our water damage after Hurricane Ida. The person that came out did a walk through and said they could start right away. I explained that our insurance company wants an estimate before the work begins and he acted as if that was an unusual request. He said not to worry, they will just bill the insurance company. I told him I did not feel comfortable letting them start without knowing how much it was going to cost. He then told me if I waited to get an estimate, the water damage/mold would get much worse and an estimate would take too much time, they needed to start right away. He began to explain that my insurance company was trying to get over on me and usually an estimate in not required for most companies. I still insisted on an estimate, as I was advised by my insurance company. He said they would have to come back out to evaluate in order to give me a ballpark cost (what was he doing the first time he came to our house?) He comes back out and is completely rude. Takes measurements and says I will get it by Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and no estimate. I contact him and he is rude again, insisting that he never said we would get it on Monday. He argues with me on the phone basically belittling me because I insisted on an estimate first. To be fair, we did not end up using this company because I immediately called another company (who was able to get me an estimate immediately after the first time they saw the damage). I cannot be sure they were trying to scam me, but definitely seemed odd.

I had a situation where a small leak occured and I doubted there was any mold, but I wanted to make sure. Lucas came out for the free inspection and was very honest and upfront with me that there was no mold in the house. Lots of businesses try and up sell you on services or checks you dont need, especially when they come to your place for free. I can confirm this is not one of them.

An unexpected plumbing issue dumped 40 gallons of water onto the reclaimed wood floors of my business. Jose and Mario were quick to respond and assess. They placed fans and dehumidifiers and in no time the floors were dry. They were super nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend!!

Travis and his crew were amazing! They were onsite immediately after I had severe water damage to my entire home. They got everything cleaned up and dried out as quickly as possible and documented everything painstakingly that was necessary to ensure my insurance claims would be approved with as little hassle as possible. After all of the immediate water situation was resolved Travis even helped me find a contractor to complete the repairs needed. They made a terrible situation as bearable as possible and helped take a lot of the workload off myself. Would definitely recommend 100 times over.

While the situation was stressful the 911 Restoration Maintenance Team did not compound it. 911 Restoration of Tampa offers services that I would rate as most professional, understanding and caring service-oriented group of people that helped me through a most diffcult situation. A hose burst open under my kitchen sink and the water flooded my ranch house. Crystal and Taro were the first to arrive. They assessed the situtation and started clearing spaces to bring in the machines needed to suck up the water. All the while assuring me they will take care of everything which they did. Fabian, the Operations Manager arrived shortly after to assess the situation also and sat down with me to explain the process that was to take place. He answered all of my questions as I signed the contract and then some. It was decided the number and kinds of machines that were needed to dry out the house and all equipment was brought in and the wires were covered for safe walking over them. Crystal came every day sometimes with Taro andsometimes with other members of the team to inpsect the house with sensor equipment to see how the machines were working to dry out the house. Found a leak which extended down drywall and into our bamboo floors in the bedroom and closet. These guys work on weekends! Fabian got back to me within an hour, out the next day with dryers and guys taking out drywall and affected areas. I hope to not need again, but living in Florida... Never know..his number is in my phone contact list . Knew I was upset and explained the full process to get the area dry and mold remediation completed. VERY customer oriented.
