I called on Labor Day and asked when they closed and they said 15 minutes. The stylist actually waited for me and gave me an awesome haircut. I used to get my haircut here 10 years ago.

I randomly stopped in for a haircut while touring with the band Memphis Lightning in Florida. I asked if there was a long wait. The hairstylist said “did you make an appointment”? I said “no” and walked out. She immediately came out and said “I think you misunderstood me. I can take you after one more customer”. so I went back in. Glad I did, great haircut, I explained how I wanted it (no. 4 gauge on the sides and 1 1/2” on the top) she did exactly that, she was down to earth and did an excellent job!!! Gotten my haircut here several times since I moved to Florida. The staff are friendly and do a great job!

I previously wrote a review and it was taken down. They have no experience what so ever with curly hair. When I call to speak with a manager they hang up or turn on their fax machine. This is unprofessional at its finest.I am going to file a lawsuit. Its been 3 weeks and no one has responded to my complaint. Bunch of armatures.

Robbie was absolutely amazing. Ive struggled with my crazy curly, dry hair for years and he knew exactly how to handle it! I will absolutely be coming back.

I went in today 8/23 for a hair cut the lady that cut did a horrible job! The sides are uneven the top looks like a clowns head when I got home and washed it, I will not be returning to this place I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away unless you want to walk around looking like a clown

Been going here for awhile and quality definitely varies from stylist to stylist. Its usually pretty slow so they are able to get you in and out pretty quickly. You definitely get what you pay for, but if you have a simple haircut thats hard to mess up, this place is decent.

This is were I get my cuts every time, my to go person is always Yesenia, I looked everywhere for a place that would help me with my hair problems and with out a doubt she has help my hair grow from time to time. Place is amazing and always clean. Most importantly affordable!

I am handicapped and Michael, the manager and Robbie, my stylist made me feel so much at home. Robbie gave me the cut that I exactly asked for. He showed me the different ways I could style my hair. We discussed future styles and color. For a chain beauty salon Supercuts sure is very personable, thats why I keep going back.

Would give no stars if I could. I asked for one inch off, I had my hair up to the middle of my back which by the way TOOK ONE WHOLE YEAR TO GROW because do you know how hard it is to have long healthy hair BUT NOOOO my “hair stylist” or hair butcher cut my hair shoulder length. SHOULDER LENGTH WAS LIKE FOUR TO FIVE INCHES OFF. Complete trash damn it.

I am glad some of you had a good experience but my story was different. This guy who worked on Sunday came down hard on me and raised his voice while I sat there and didnt respond to him. I was guiding him on how to cut my hair and actually he was doing a good job while I jokingly said to him its seem like you havent cut a black mans hair before and he took offense but he didnt tell me that was offensive to him and we were still talking and while he was about to shave my beard and mustache, and He was looking confused and I politely said wait let me show you how and he flared up and started saying I am from Philadelphia I have been cutting black peoples hair before and if your not careful I will ask you to leave and I was like woow.I quietly paid and left even though my hair cut wasnt complete.I will never set my foot in that shop ever again.
