I was first nervous finding a barbershop that would make me feel comfortable enough to go in & get my sons haircut but once I found Barbas Barbershop I never thought about going anywhere else, been going here for over a year now & it’s always a great atmosphere & I always love my sons haircuts. The barbers are all so talented that sometimes I barber hop lol definitely recommend this place to all the mommy’s, 10 stars!!

Wish I could give zero stars. If you come here make sure you have an appointment and/or are not white. As other reviews mentioned they do not acknowledge you if youre a walk in and do not tell you if there is a long wait. I stayed for an hour and a half with multiple people showing up after me getting their hair cut. If they were busy I would of just appreciated them telling me that when I walked in and I would of came back later. BOMBSHOP down the street is a way better shop than this one.

A simple place with excellent barbers challenging their skill set daily. More importantly a place of masculinity in a world that discourages Men from being Men. The male barber shop experience is alive and well in today’s culture at this shop.

I would like to give them the 5 stars they probably deserve but I unfortunately did not get that 5 star service. I sat waiting for a cut for over an hour, was never acknowledged nor updated. I left after 2 people that came in after me got cut and left. The place was very clean and those leaving with fresh cuts looked 5 star quality.

Once you find a good barber they become like family. Barbas it’s definitely that. The cuts are always on point and set the tone each weekend but it’s the atmosphere and the vibe of the shop and barbers that make it more than just hair appt. Need to open a west coast outpost!

Barbas aside from the fact that you get a great haircut has a friendly atmosphere and staff. I have been getting my haircut there for years without a single bad experience. Barbas is A1.

Looks like they do good work but Id never know. First time stopping by but when I got there I wasnt greeted or acknowledged. Sat for 20 min and never once was a word spoken to me. I felt like if youre not family or friends youll get ignored. Ended up waking out and going down the street.

They cut who they want and who they know. When you call ahead of time to make an appointment, they always full and cant take appointments even if you call in the morning they tell you they are already busy for the rest of the day....SMH, never going back again. Im sure they wont care since they are always busy, it wont hurt them to lose a client......

By far the best barber shop in Tampa. I drive 45 minutes from my home to come here. I pass all other shops.

These guys are obviously really good at what they do, but I would not use this shop unless you can speak Spanish. You might get the guy with strong English skills, but its a bit of a gamble. Judging by the logo of the place, you would think that they are well versed in styling long beards. I only wanted mine cleaned up and shortened a small amount, but he used a trimmer an hacked it to one rather short length. I think my disappointment was in large part because I was naive and thought that if these guys are good (which they clearly are), I would be able to get a good cut regardless of cultural differences, but the language barrier was greater than I expected. Based on my (head) haircut and everyone elses cut in the store, a good rating is still very much deserved!

First time going there amazing ppl they make you feel at home. Had Radyi cut my mop off to a fresh clean comb over. The shop is clean and super professionalism. They know what they know what they are doing. Check em out you wont regret it. Plus wife loves the clean happy wife happy life.

Moved to Tampa last September from Ohio and went to the same lady for a haircut for 21 years. I was terrified to let anybody else cut my hair because Im so picky. They all do an excellent job. Always leave looking and feeling clean. Great barbers. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
