The venue is actually very nice for its size, but working with the staff was frustrating at times.

I did my daughter sweet 16 here and I love it the space was perfect for the event.

I first thought this was a fantastic idea and this place looked great with great reviews. I did a two payment plan for the hall it was a total of $260. I put a deposit of $150. So in the email it said all I owed left was $110. When the day came to pay the second amount it made me pay the whole $260. So I did because maybe the $150 was a deposit in case something broke. But I called and I was informed that, that’s was not so pose to happen and they would refund me immediately. It’s been months and still no refund. I am very upset that they stole $150 from me. This place is an absolute scam!

Terrible customer service. The owner would not refund my mother in law her deposit back even though her event is not scheduled until March of 2021. It also has not even been a week since the event was booked. The website states fully refundable and stated that the day of booking and now they have added a disclosure saying deposit is non refundable after 24 hours of booking. Please avoid the headache with this place and book somewhere is.

3 stars for price & decent communication, however the venue could use a serious deep cleaning & more remodeling. There were broken blinds, dirty white curtains, dirty chairs, dirty tables, and a dirty refrigerator. On the day of our event, there was a very strong bleach smell, for which we had to open the door to get rid of. Outside of all of that, our birthday party was a success. I would love to continue supporting black owned, but please be more diligent with cleaning the place up.

From the outside this place isnt much to look at but do not be fooled. Inside this place transforms into a beautiful venue 💖. I will definitely recommend this place to family, friends, and co-workers for functions. The owner is professional and punctual and I really appreciate that. This will not be my last time at The Hall!!! 10 thumbs up 👍

It was an amazing experience! great customer service! everyone is super nice! and it was nice and clean when I went to set up everything for a surprise party! WILL USE THIS BUILDING AGAIN :)

Clean building. great staff. professional. ORGANIZED. it was easy to book and we had no issues whatsoever the day of our event. we will def be back at the hall.

Had my baby shower here and it was a great experience! Cedric took his time to listen to what the plan was and helped us with ideas. Very friendly and easy going. Definetly recommend this place for any event.

I hosted my sisters babyshower at this venue and it was perfect. When I arrived I was greeted by Cedric who was very nice, polite, and helpful. The building was clean, had two restrooms, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and nice size counter space. I will be using this venue again.

I wish I wouldve had a good experience like everyone else. I scheduled a tour online and it got cancelled that same day. Unfortunately for me, I didnt see the email until after I had already gone up there for my appointment. They were supposed to call me back a month ago, and I still havent heard from anyone. Theyre unprofessional from the beginning.

Today I went there and no one was there to show me the venue. Anyway posted a review on there Facebook about it and they didnt like what I had to say and the owner Im assuming was arguing with me about. After that they had there friends cursing me out on the post accusing me of lying and so forth. I just simply said its basically business not to show up to planned meeting well I guess they disagree so wanted to do some Facebook bashing wont be recommending them to anyone. To think I was excited that I found a space to fit my needs .Smh.

Cedrick the owner is si professional and caring his establishment is very well kept clean and up-to-date.
