I found this place because I drive by them on my way to work and I truly lucked-out. They kept my first Mercedes running smoothly for many years until I needed a larger vehicle for carpool. I am on year 13 with another Mercedes and recently told Jim I plan to keep it at least another 7 years if he can keep it running (and I know he will). M Complete makes owning a Mercedes worth it because they are consistent, efficient, competent, and affordable. I have never had to wait longer than anticipated for a service or repair. I have never paid more than estimated or had to bring my car back for a repair that was not fixed right the first time. Last but not least, as an older woman, I cannot stand being dismissed or subjected to man-splaining” when dealing with male-dominated businesses. The folks at M-Complete have always treated me and other customers I know with the utmost respect.

These guys are great! Both Jim and Sam are super knowledgeable and very nice to work with. They are honest folks and tell you the issues and the cost before doing anything! They do not try to sell you more than what the vehicle requires in service and/or repair. They have been taking care of my E350 for several years. Come and say hello to Jim especially if you have a Mercedes. I had a quote from the dealership for 4500.00. He looked at the quote put the car on the lift and said it only need 400.00 worth of wrk. So yeah watch out for the dealers.

I was blown away by the service and honesty of M Complete in May 2016 but I dropped the ball and did not write a review. Now, several months later and in a different state I have had minor problems with my car. I needed to find some information in order to proceed with repair here in Michigan. I contacted M Complete and they took the time to email me all the information I needed. NOW I decided to take the time to write a review. It is one thing to be honest and competent at the time of service - that is wonderful enough - but to still give customer service months later when I am 1000 miles away! Amazing. I am writing for another reason as well. It was reviews that I found on the internet that directed me to them. I nearly went somewhere else and at the last minute checked reviews. Good thing I did. So I hope this helps someone else avoid a mistake and go to M Complete!

Where do I begin? I own a. 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. I went to several auto repair shops for help. As most Crossfire owners know, very few repair shops have the knowledge to properly diagnose and repair. After much research I resourced MComplete Auto Repair of Tampa FL. When I contacted Jim, he was clear, honest, and full disclosure. He explained the complex process to ascertain required repairs with no support from the manufacturer. After 3 weeks of costs and headaches from Other repair shops MComplete Auto Repair within the matter of less than 1 day had my 2004 Crysler Crossfire running like a race car. My wife called me and said that her car would not start. After trying to jump start her Mercedes 250, with no results, we called and had the car towed to Mercedes Benz of Tampa. I asked my wife to call me when she found out what was wrong with her car...she called me and said that the problem was a Steering wheel lock and the cost would be $1400 and was told by the service technician, Rick A. that they were the only one in Hillsborough County that could fix the problem. I quickly Googled Mercedes repair shops in Tampa. I then called M complete auto repair on Lois Ave, in Drew Park, less than a mile from Mercedes Benz of Tampa and was told by the owner Jim, that they could fix the Steering Lock and were licensed to do so and the cost would be about $800. When I asked the MB of Tampa service technician if it was true that they were the only one in Hillsborough County that could resolve the issue, just as they told my wife,. I told him that I believe he was wrong. So he then Rick got the Service Mgr. to verify his statement, which he did! I then called Jim at M Complete Auto Repair and put him on my speaker phone. After the conversation, they were back peddling and said that M Auto would have to get the part from them (true) and offered us a discount to $1179.15. Here is the kicker: after we had A&M Towing (great company) tow the car to M Complete Auto Repair, I received a call the next morning and Jim told me that it was simply my battery. Shame on you Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, how many other innocent people have you bamboozled?. This is shameful and Mercedes-Benz of Tampa should be held accountable! If you ever need your Mercedes or any other car repaired, we highly recommend M Auto Repair 4421 Lois Ave in Drew Park! Honestly is a great policy!

I have been a customer of this business for 3 years now and took both of my MBs to them for repairs and maintenance. No other place in Tampa bay makes me feel confident in quality of work performed as M Complete does. Thank you Jim, Mike and staff for great work you do!

I took my 2015 GLA into the Mercedes-Benz of Tampa dealership because my car was displaying a 4MATIC not functioning message in the dashboard and the check engine light was coming up. . Not only did they charge me almost $200 just to take the car in to see what was wrong with it, but came back with a ridiculous report where they said that my 5 years old Mercedes needed $6,000 dollars in repairs and services. I took my car back home, popped the engine cover up and immediately noticed a loose vacuum line disconnected from the turbo, I cut off the worned out end, attached it back, ran the car... TA! DA! the engine light went away. A week later my car stopped working, I feared the transmission had gone bad based on what they had told me in the Mercedes dealership. I called a couple of places, and was referred to Jim over at M Complete! He was absolutely great from the beginning, and wanted to genuinely help me and see what he could do for me. They didnt charge to diagnose the car to see what was actually wrong with it (which makes total f*cking sense), they found that the whole problem was that I just needed a new battery. They serviced my car in the process and my car was up and running that same day. Im so grateful I found these guys. Dont fall for the scam of the Mercedes-Benz dealership! Save yourself the time and money and just go straight for M Complete. You really are on the best hands with them. They have been working on Mercedes-Benz car for like 18 years, and they can do anything you need. And you can be sure they are doing what needs to get done because they really want to find the cause of problems!

We have been bringing our car to M Complete for years! We love the outstanding, knowledgeable and prompt service we always receive. We have referred M Complete to our family and friends, they are also impressed with their excellent service and prices!

My entire family and I have been using M Complete Auto Repair of Tampa for nearly 16 years. They have maintained and repaired countless Mercedes Models for me. In April 2016, my beloved 1984, 123 chassis, 300 Turbo Diesel lost its Harmonic Balancer at about 370K miles. Even though the diesel was still running when we shut her down, we thought that the car was done for. Needless to say, several other people I spoke with diagnosed the problem to be above $1500.00 dollars or more. Jim and his team arranged to have it towed to their shop. As always, they were honest and sincere and made no promises but gave an honest opinion of what could happen. After about 2 weeks, they called to tell me the great news, the old diesel was alive and well and for half of what I estimated it to be. The same weekend that I picked up my diesel, I swapped a 1991 Mercedes 300 SEL for an new starter and alignment. I probably drove nearly 630 miles in the diesel the same weekend and it performed flawlessly. After being parked for nearly a week, I started the diesel up and she cranked on the first try and we drove her to the store. The 91 is back home and M Complete Repair of Tampa made her new again too. After working for Mercedes Corporate for several years and receiving over 47 Corporate Certifications, I can say without a doubt that Jim and his entire team are probably some of the best technicians and people to have when needing your Mercedes repaired and or restored. They know and speak the Mercedes language and if your truly love your Mercedes Benz, seek no other place to go. I am thankful and happy with the entire staff at M Complete. I recommend them to everyone I know who drives a Mercedes. Thanks again Jim!!!

Tired of of the replace everything until it works dealer mentality, I tried these guys for an electrical issue. Over the last year, Ive had a lot of poor services experiences, so I was cautiously optimistic about these guys. Their Yelp reviews looked great. I had booked an appt with another German auto specialist, but didnt get a good feeling when I called. They just didnt sound very knowledgeable. When I called Mike @ M Complete, not only was he nice, he actually knew a bit about my car and issue. Signs of intelligent life!I needed to bring the car back after diagnosis, as they didnt have the part in stock. Frankly, its not something Id expect them to have and even the dealer had none on the shelf. What was most impressive was that I booked the appt for the repair and they didnt ask me for any money for the diagnosis work nor the part they had to order. Who does that?The repair was done today and it was faster than expected and UNDER what was quoted. They could have charged me more and Id have been happy. Now Im ecstatic! This speaks volumes about these guys, not taking you when the can and still have a happy customer. Thats business ethics folks.The two owners (Mike and Jim) are on site, accessible, and best of all, they get their hands dirty. Nice when the bosses are that close to the customer, the people who have the most to lose if work isnt done right.Not a sexy shop, no marble floors, or Starbucks coffee, but who cares! These guys are top notch and Ill be back should I need additional work. Just no reason to overpay at the dealer. Their stores are pretty b/c you are paying for it! But if you need to feel pampered, by all means.Well done guys. :)

This place is fantastic. I have a 2013 Mercedes ML350 4matic and they fixed every issue. They are able to work on new vehicles and all electrical issues, which is fantastic. Jim is absolutely amazing and did everything to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. He even worked with my extended warranty company to make sure they would cover the repairs. They replaced a lot of suspension parts, including the struts; they also did a tune up and fixed a stalling issue by updating the computer with the same equipment mercedes uses, but for a fraction of the price. I would not take my care anywhere else. Their customer service far surpasses Mercedes dealerships.
