DP Auto...mechanics worth trusting. I am from south Florida where Ive had the same mechanic for 21 yrs. So when my car was diagnosed by DP Auto(in Tampa) their findings were accurate. My previous mechanic had informed me of future repairs that would be needed. DP auto confirmed this. My car was repaired, the price was right, they were honest and courteous. I would highly recommend DP. Ask for Abraham...hell take care of you.

When you think chivalry is dead? I started smelling gas in my 06 Mercedes. I took my vehicle to DP for repairs. I just knew I would have to pay a lot of money.Guess who was wrong? ... this chick right here. Anthony found out there was an extended warranty for my repairs. He did it for without me even asking. Like who would think a warranty would still be on an 06 vehicle.I definitely didn’t. He saved me over $3,000. I will always be grateful.At this point, I don’t even know another mechanic exist.

In short, BEST MECHANIC SERVICE AND MOST REASONABLE PRICES in Tampa.I like to research reviews before I call for service. Ive tried 3 auto shops in Tampa, all with high reviews on Google and Yelp. DP AUTO is hands down the BEST for mechanic service. The other 2 shops had high ratings because it was more about providing a lounge atmosphere and setting a tone rather focusing on the reason why your car needed service in the first place. The other shops overcharged for parts, labor and added services that arent necessarily needed at that specific time. At DP Auto, you get genuine customer service, great prices, good communication and they focus on the mechanical issue at hand. If you want a health and safety inspection for routine maintenance, they’ll be more than happy to take care of that as well. Anthony, the owner, takes his time to definitively diagnose your vehicle so you don’t pay for unneeded services just to find out what’s wrong or what’s throwing off the error codes. He narrows down the root causes and problem before providing a solution. And if your parts are covered by warranty, he’ll take care of it before you need to ask. Solid service all the way around and highly recommended! I only trust Anthony & DP Auto in Tampa with my vehicle. Now, the only thing about DP Auto that I regret.. is not finding them sooner when I came to FL 2 years ago - would’ve saved me a lot of money!

My first impression of the shop was a feeling of confidence because the shop had nothing but expensive Mercedes inside and in the lot. Busy shop means youre in the right place. The shop was recommended to me by a friend with a heavily modded E55, if he trusts his baby with this shop then Im definitely in good hands- I was right.I live an hour away but Im always taking my E55 there from now on.

I found this shop in my lengthy search for a mechanic that I wouldn’t regret taking my car to. I took my Jeep to Dodge in Clearwater for just an oil change since I had a coupon from them for a $5 oil change and free inspection (my first time using their service department, and I didn’t even look at reviews). So a day or so later, I hear a grinding noise in the front left, and it stayed that way for about a week until I could find a good shop. I called Anthony because of his great reviews, and I felt that he would be fair with price. He was so wonderful to work with, and he was very fair with the price! Just $50 for the entire visit. Anthony found that a lug nut was loose on the front left tire, and he took me for a drive when I came to pick it up to ensure that I didn’t hear the noise anymore. I had zero issues before I took my car to the Dodge dealer. Coincidence? I really think not, but they claimed that they didn’t remove the tires for the oil change and free inspection. Either way I won’t be going back to that Dodge dealer, and anything I need in the future, I’ll be going to DP. Thank you Anthony!

I have been searching for an auto repair shop for break service for a while now and found DP Auto Repair through a co-worker. These guys are fantastic! Great service, friendly and honest. Anthony is honest, fair and doesnt upcharge like his competition. Here saves me almost half the money on some jobs. Owning an S550 can be expensive, but Anthony makes it affordable.

DP Auto is the best and honest machnic, and there work is done correctly the first time. They have worked on my vehicle for a while, and I trust them completely. Nothing but great things to say about DP auto repair. They were very honest and up front about their pricing and they utilize Mobil 1 which in my opinion should be one of the first questions you ask a shop.
