Roy has been a complete disappointment. Hes had my kegerator since November, 2020. Every time I call to check he tells me 1 more week. Ive had enough. I think hes out of business and has basically stolen my fridge. Roy, I want my fridge. Call me to arrange a time for me to pick it up. You have my number and know I live close by and have a truck. You dont even need to deliver it. Just let me know when I can come get it to bring somewhere else to be fixed.

I have lived in Tampa for over forty-five years, and believe Raeds Appliance Repair is by far the best appliance repair business in the Tampa area. They arrived on time, and were able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix the problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer. Raed was professional, and the bill was more than reasonable. They are now my go to contact for any future appliance repair issues!

I googled appliance repai rin Tampa, and checked the reviews. Raed Appliance Repair had the btter reviews and I called on early on a Friday afternoon. They answered right up and asked me to text photos of the machine model / s/n, and the problem. They also let me know that the technician could be there late ron Friday or Saturday morning. He showed up Saturday morning and had it done in less than an hour. Fee was very reasonable. Very respectful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Fabulous people. Told me they no longer carry 3 in 1 Start Kits for refrigerators as people were burning out their refrigerator compressors by leaving the starter connected. Too much power for compressor motors. They told me how to test the starter on the compressor and sure enough it rattled like a babys rattle meaning it was faulty. I got the new starter from them and it worked perfectly. We need more people on the planet like them!Tampa Mike

Very friendly and helpful. Was given an excellent advice on how to fix problem with control board on my oven. I haven’t tried doing it yet, but I just want to explain in this review that they are not looking to rip anyone off. Lots of businesses would not give you this information, But rather they would tell you you need The part plus their labor, And not be honest about any other possible solution.

I have a new go-to appliance guy! Raed took my call late on a Saturday, called me right back after hunting for a hard to find part, then stayed late at the office for me to pick it up. Everything else was closed, and he surely saved my refrigerator and freezer full of food. Good local small business and a good guy.

The place is great the gentleman did not have to help me but he did, he took the time out and looked to see if they had the part used,He did. That to me says alot about a company. When they will bend over backwards to help you, then I stick with them.That tells me they are real and down to earth, and not worried about how much money they make its about the customer, to make sure they build the relationship so they have them for life..

First of all. The hours say until 7 p.m. on Saturday. Im trying to call at 430 and a man comes on the phone and says What. I try to ask. Is this an appliance parts store since I didnt get an appropriate greeting. The man hangs up on me so I try to call again and I get the answering machine that if full and cant take any more messages. I call 6 times before he picks up again and tells me that he doesnt have a lot of stuff on hand. Stuff meaning parts, I suppose. I ask for a simple defrost timer and he tells me that he has to order it for $45. This part is $16-$20 every where else. Im just trying to do something on the weekend and have to deal with this unprofessional price gouging loser. Take my advice and never give this place a chance.

Great Service. Quick turnaround. The day before Thanksgiving I called for a part NOBODY had for my Frigidaire Gallery Gas stove. I thought it was beyond repair after being hit with a power surge during the hurricane that set off several electrical fires in our house. I was crossing my fingers I could fix it and not have to use our toaster over to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Raeds not only was able to provide the part for a very reasonable price, but was able to make a service call to my house within an hour and install it, then confirm the stove and oven worked! On top of that, the tech offered to come back later in the day to install 2 new sink faucets for me. They also fix ceiling fans!For anyone complaining about the phone mannerisms, you need to understand that this is a small business run by people who are from a different culture and country with their own customs. English is probably a 2nd or 3rd language for them. If they are closed, maybe its because they had to pick their kid up from school or something. You have to admire them for coming to America and trying to start an honest business through hard work, not popping out kids on welfare like too many US born citizens already do. I would prefer to work with ppl like these from Raeds, who will bend over backwards to help me when I am in a bind, rather than someone who speaks perfect English with a swanky automated phone system that cant blow me off fast enough. I ran into a lot of those looking for help today.

I called Raeds when my AC went out one evening and I was leaving for vacation the next day. He came over quickly, told me the problem and was able to fix it the next day before I left for my trip. Fair, affordable pricing and great service. I will be calling Raeds for all my AC/Appliance needs!

I first found this business while in search of a replacement turntable for the microwave, Raed had one for quite a reasonable price, and what is best, he told me to be sure to return if it wasnt a good fit. My next encounter I had purchased a used refrigerator off of Craigslist and the freezer worked great. The refrigerator would not cool enough to keep milk more than 2 days. (Of course I could not contact the seller) Called Raeds, he came out the next morning. Fixed the fridge and refused to accept $, telling me to wait until I make certain that it will continue to work well. Its running fantastic 7 months so far. Now my washing machine began leaking, naturally I call upon Raed again. He found the problem but was not able to repair it without a part. Called the supply store with the phone on speaker that I please listen to know the correct price of the part. I agreed to the price, paid for the part only . I asked him what will be the charge for labor. He has fixed my washer sooner than promised, left NO mess behind. He was professional, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.
