Called in to notify them of my 60 days notice along with asking a question about their policies and got yelled at by Cindy. It sure is clear that they do not appreciate their tenants, especially when increasing rent from 835 to 1050 for a 450 sq ft apartment. No less a studio with appliances from the 80s, constant mold and roach issues, and a tub that was painted over to look clean. Two terrible years here, not worth the money. Spend a little more if you can and dont succumb to this place.

Not the fanciest place in the world, but its good for the price that they charge. Maintenance is pretty responsive and its easy to place a maintenance request on the website, & its easy to make a payment on the website also. Its also in a good location, which is a major plus.

I really do like living here and the affordability and location you can’t beat that. Staff is nice and when maintenance is needed it’s usually completed within 24-48hrs after request has been made which is pretty quick. My only concern is that I do not like carpet and it’s pretty dirty so that needs to be cleaned but overall I like living at Countrywood Apartments.

Awful, awful place to live. My unit flooded for the past 2 years and continues to do so. Every attempt to fix the issue is never successful and they have you move everything out of the bedroom yourself so they can redo the floors. Heads up they dont work weekends so hope you get a flood early in the week as opposed to later. The leasing office will dodge your calls if you want them to actually do anything about this, the only worthwhile employees are the maintainence staff. And they want to raise the rent over a grand.

The overall office staff is great, willing to listen and help you when they can. However, I have lived here going on 5yrs, and I will say the maintenance staff is horrible. I dont even like putting in maintenance request unless its absolutely needed. When I first moved in the outlet in my bathroom didnt work, the guy said hed be back. Other request I put in go days without a response until I tell the property manager and she gets on to them.thethete has been other maintenance issues that Im dealing with because maintenance is to lazy to take care of the request.. my refrigerator has sounded like a truck the entire time I have lived here, and the refi part freezes my food. Just recently I said my oven goes in an out, the maintenance guy rights on the firm, plugged oven in. Uhm the oven was plugged in. Just lazy I should call my own handyman atleast it will most likely be done right

If you are reading this consider it a sign and a favor. I signed a year lease with Countrywood and got stabbed in the back. I paid my rent on time and early never caused any issues and while the staff were nice and friendly most times, when it was time for me to put in my notice in advance per their request the staff started to be rude and mean for no reason. I deep cleaned this apartment before I left including bleaching, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.Yes they also send you to collections without notifying you.Recently I received a notice stating I owed $400 plus dollars for carpet I did not ruin. The carpet like all carpet needed to be cleaned but they proceeded to say I stained the carpet which would cost that much which is unheard. Do not trust these people they will act nice and lovely until it’s time to move and charge you so much money for expenses that are uncalled for.1/1 for like 400 square ft is 875. Let’s just say you get what you pay for. It was nice for the time being because I was in a crunch for time but the office managers are terrible. Nothing is upgraded either, the stoves are outdated, they paint the sinks and bathtubs so that they appear to be clean and once you move in and run the water it washes the paint off and that’s when you’ll see the dirt and stains underneath from the previous tenant.BE AWARE ‼️‼️‼️

Do not move here. The leasing office is so horrible. They sent me to collections over some move out-fees that I never received. They said it was my fault because they sent it to the apartment I had just moved out of. Yes, you heard that correctly. They sent a statement to their own vacant apartment when they had my phone number and e-mail. I had an awful time with pest control too. Find a better place, this place is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Good place to live. Its very quite and the neighbors are friendly. Management keeps the complex very clean and they are very responsive to your requests.

The tennis courts are not lighted i lived 2 years there and promise to get fixed finally they told me that it would be very expensive to fix. Manager is unprofessional no clear communication and we you ask for help she always said she does not know how to fix situaciones, if the management don’t know how to fix problems with customers then they should get somebody with more experience.

Awesome place to live the staff is timely if needed. Clean, quiet, also safe. I have been here for a year now and I am going for another year!

This has to be the worst apartments in Tampa. They show you a nice clean model and then after you sign the lease they give you the exact opposite and then when you leave they bill you for expenses that were there before! The workers can even stand being there. They changed me over 200 in miscellaneous things and sent me to collections without ever notifying me of any of this! I’ve lived in various apartments in the area and this is absolutely the worst! You might save a few dollars on rent but you will pay for it in other ways! If you sign a lease here you will remember this post and wish you listened!

Just signed a lease and the process was made extremely easy and quick thanks to Cindy and Amy in the leasing office who were extremely pleasant. And the maintenance man Rick gave us a tour of the property and the keys to the place and was very friendly and informative and you could see he took great pride in getting the apartments ready for new tenants and even pointing out things we should be mindful of. Great area! So excited to live here! Ill update in a few months! But I dont foresee any issues. 🤞!!

I am not one to write negative reviews or complain. However, the leasing office (Cindy specifically) was extremely rude to me upon calling to take care of my final statement. So I will leave an objective review.Pros: -Close to Dale Mabry (if you enjoy traffic)-Maintenance staff (rick specifically) is friendly.-There is a nice pool areaCons:-There are roaches (they claim there is pest control every other week, however I happened to be home during one these visits, the guy sprays a couple corners and is out)-Bathroom edges are not caulked-My bath tub started rusting and developed holes in it after 3 months-Rude leasing office-Laundry machines consistently unreliableBest of luck in your search for an apartment.

I moved here Jan 2019. I did have a small issue with roaches but faithfully the crew came every week and never failed to help. Now after a few weeks. All are gone and never seen one since. Now its just the regular maintenance once every 3 months. The maintenance are always great. The grounds are keep up and always quiet. The management team are always pleasant and making sure you have a awesome experience

First off the staff is amazing very nice and professional. Cindy is amazing,she helped us move in and get everything that we needed. The property was very beautiful and clean when we went there. They always keep this apartment complex very clean, and it is very quite as well. The pool area was nice and clean friendly staff and people as well. The apartment we saw was amazing, it was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious.the apartment was big enough for us and smelled clean and fresh too. The staff here are very nice and try to help you as much as they can. The rent and utilities and etc are reasonable for the area. I recommand this property for family or friends that are looking for a place to live. This property is also located close to an elementary school which is great, the school is 3 blocks away and they can walk there with all the kids in the complex. It also has alot of stores and gas stations around so you can be not to far from them which is also a big plus. From supermarkets, gas stations everything you need is around this place. I love this apartment and so does my family.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMMUNITY YOUR MONEY. Management here is very Unprofessional & all they care about is money. They have Fake thin plates as hardwood floors that easily scratch, Kitchen has bugs they claim pest control comes monthly to take care of. They will paint your tube white & within weeks you will see the mold, mildew & grime of previous tenants. great news to pay your rent there is a fee. I am a college student, barely home. during move out maintenance will lie & charge you pet fees. I tried to get issue resolved as I have never had a pet in there Unit and Miriam Davis Property M is the rudest, condescending termagant of a woman I have ever spoken to. 0 stars is a valid review.Update: Ignore the communitys response, I did email the resolution team & still have yet to get a response.

Maintenance is a nightmare, they dont do anything they say they will do. My oven has not worked since moving in, Ive had them out so many times and they refuse to replace it, and claim to fix it, but the temp is so inaccurate I cant cook anything - everything burns. The carpeting is very disgusting! They said they would replace it when I first moved in, yet here we are 6 months later and nothing. I did see they gave one of my neighbors new carpet... wonder why I didnt get any?? There are nails coming up from the floor under the carpeting that cut my feet, which I have complained about multiple times and they do nothing. My water bill is so expensive, more than any of my neighbors who have multiple people in a one bedroom, while I am here by myself - how can this be?I dont ever use the dishwasher because it sucks so I cant imagine Im using more water than the 5 people in the apartment across from me. My water bill is more than my electric bill, but management claims its accurate, HOW CAN THAT BE?? Its like Im getting charged for another unit with more people but they dont look into it. There are cockroaches galore and Im currently dealing with tiny ants all over my kitchen. The only good thing about this place is the neighbors, they all seem very nice aside from those who dont clean up after their dogs.

Great place to love at..everything is near by and very close to my job. Its a great living space..big and the neighbors are great the only thing is the staff some of then have attitudes for no reason at all.. Great price for rent but done staff attitudes gotta go.

I just moved in a few days ago. I really needed a place for my kids and my self. But honestly this place is not worth the rent or deposit. I have never had issues with roaches and they are a lot. My bathroom has a huge leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. I had a huge wasp nest on my patio. I have called maintenance a few times. They have come to take care of it but the roaches are my biggest concern. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Witch passes me off I am definitely looking into other matters to getting this issues fixed. They don’t understand the seriousness of this matter specially for my kids. Now I am having issues with my AC witch is freezing up and building up ice let’s see how much my energy bill is when it does come. Overall not having a good experience.

Nice place

I really dont understand why the complex is rated so low. The complex is well taken care of and the staff answers any questions I have. I have no complaints whatsoever, its an extremely quiet and safe complex in a beautiful area with easy access to everything. Ive only needed maintenance once and they responded to me the same day and fixed it promptly. I have no bugs at all, and havent even seen a bug in my apartment since Ive moved in. I highly recommend this complex and couldnt be happier with the apartment.

One star is extremely generous and If I could rate a 0 I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Save your money, time, and peace of mind. The day I moved in I saw dead roaches in the living room and live roaches running round in the kitchen, these roaches act like they pay rent they dont scurry, they just look you dead in your eyes, the seams between the wall and the floor and the wall and bathtubs were not sealed I called it in many times and they never came to seal it so I had to caulk it myself. Management is rude and unprofessional, they never seem to listen or do anything other than collect rent. I cant wait to move out.

The worst place to apply, unprofessional staff it took 3 week after I apply for an apartment to denied me, a deposit I han to paid at the beginning now they are telling me it take 4 to 6 week until I get it, that place it’s a joke

I have lived at Countrywood for a few months now and I love it. The maintenance staff always handle all issues the same day. The place is always clean like you would expect of a Disney World. The office staff are top notch and so patient with me. I cant reccomend enough that you make Countrywood your home. I hope to be here for a long time!

Lived there for a year and a half. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff was incredibly rude. If they dont like you for any reason they will make living there hell. Anything that was broken or stopped working such as the A.C., shower, drains, they would not fix for 2+ weeks. We went without A.C. for over a month before they came out to fix it. Theres also tons of roaches and wasps that they refused to get rid of. We had to take care of them ourselves. Every single apartment has wasps nests.

Not yet a resident, but looking to move in here.I first sent an email inquiry to the apartment and received an expected generic response from a man named Sean. After replying further, I never heard from him again.While I was in the area looking at a few other places, I decided to stop in just in case.The land is beautiful. The lake is cute and has a little bridge. The wildlife is adorable and the maintenance men who were working outside seemed very friendly.When I went into the leasing office, poor Millye Lopez was all by herself today (it is New Years Eve) and was very busy. This did not hinder her politeness or her helpfulness one bit!! She was wonderful! I keep seeing reviews about the horrible management/staff and it makes me wonder. Be sure to ask for her, because she was amazing.The apartments/sidewalk all looked very clean and well-kept.I am very interested in this place and would recommend people to stop-by.Lovely area, right off of the highway, better than some other places I have looked!If I do chose this place, I will write another review after I have actually lived here for a bit to see if it stays this great. So far, no complaints! :)

Moved in my apartment a few days ago and I must say I love it! Very quiet, clean, and safe so far....Maintence staff is GREAT they fixed a few minor issues within minutes of my request! If your looking for a nice area of Tampa, reasonably priced, and good size apartment move here....and about the roaches I have YET to see ONE ROACH, SPIDER, ANT, ETC Im guessing their pest control does a good job! If you are thinking of moving in here... DONT!!! Yes, it is cheap but the issues are not worth it. I have lived in many apartments in my life and have never had as many issues as I have in this one. The only reason they even have a star is because I cant post without a rating. I moved into this complex in February 2015 and I have had nothing but issues since my move in. I have put in maintenance requests and phone calls about issues and it seems to take forever for them to get fixed. The maintenance staff has been into my apartment on countless occasions to fix my A/C unit. Now we live in Florida its 80 degrees before 9 am... my electric was sitting at $200 a month due to my A/C working hard to try and cool my 600 square foot apartment. That issue was finally fixed when the unit was leaking but it took about 6 visits and countless band-aides until i finally went face to face saying its leaking and there is mold forming. I was told there was no mold and that A/C units are suppose to leak Yea ok! Into the drip pan under the unit not onto my water heater. I was then finally told they would replace it and it took them a week and a phone to finally get them out to fix it. I also complained about a my ceiling above my stove and was told that it was previous damage and nothing was wrong. The maintenance guy caulked the popcorn ceiling back up and went about his way. Couple weeks later my ceiling looks worse then before he fixed it, and now leaks. I put in a maintenance request for someone to come out prior to leaking and had not heard anything for 5 days. I went up to the office showed them the video that i took of my roof leaking and i was told we have roofers coming out NEXT WEEK to look at replacing a couple different leaks. Now this place is notorious for band-aides. To put the cherry on top of everything that has happened as I am walking out the leasing office S... in the leasing office makes a smart comment about 50/50 chance of rain today you have got to be kidding me. I am already on fire and you want to make a joke about rain while my roof is leaking. This place is a nightmare. Only one person in the leasing has some sort of customer service skills but the rest are absolutely rude and have no people skills.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot wait to move out of this apartment. The management is unprofessional and unhelpful. The apartments that will be shown to you on a tour are not to be expected of what actual apartment you will be meant to live in. The laundry facilities are filthy, and the dryers are outdated and do not work without any refund (I never do my laundry at Countrywoods). The pool area has been closed, although this is an amenity I pay for. There is absolutely no maintenance offered for your outdoor living space. Fore example, bee hives should be expected to not be dealt with, and there is no power washing of outdoor awnings which making walking into your home unwelcoming. As for indoor maintenance, do not expect 24 hour services as expected because if an issue arises on a Sunday a very unhappy employee will make you feel awful for asking for help. Furthermore, half accomplished jobs will result, and I say this from multiple occasions of experience. I am not happy living here, but unfortunately do not wish to pay the outrageous fee for breaking my lease. I would never recommend Countrywoods apartments.

After moving out, I received a bill for about $200 in fees. I had a pet while living there and paid $400 in pet fees before moving in. My pet damaged the widow blinds, but I thought I wouldnt bother with it since it should be covered in pet damages. WRONG! The $400 is ONLY to say you have a pet. It covers nothing.My one year stay there was not a positive experience. Maintenance is always rude and takes forever come by when you put in maintenance requests, and when they do, they leave a mess of your apartment, the front desk people never know what they are talking about and give contradictory information, if you pay online, you get ridiculous charges, there are always people sent from the complex knocking on your door telling you to move your car because they have to use the area or whatever, laundry room equipment was either broken or the laundry room was closed, I had a parking decal because it was required, but the parking lot was always full with cars without decals, and pest control knocks on your door in the early hours of the morning.10/10 would not move back or recommend. The area might be pretty, but the tiny, run down apartments are not worth it.I would give 0 stars if possible.

Besides the 2 people who died, one murdered and one drown in the lake behind the apartments, I left this place 4 years ago. I was never informed by phone call or mail I owed any money for post move-out charges. I went to buy a house which is being delayed now because Countrywood is claiming $960 is owed to them. One charge $630 is for a 2bedroom apartment I lived in BEFORE the most recent 1 bedroom I rented for one year afterwards. How did I owe $630 from my previous apartment and still manage to stay for a year at my new apartment without being told, notified, or just evicted? I called and spoke to a man in the office who says he cant help they have no records of my account and to call collections.. I call collections they have no further information or break down of the bill other than you owe us $960. Owing money is one thing, having NO idea why you owe the money or an explanation is another. Great job guys!

Staff is rude . I dont think they know was is good customer services . If I call because something is broken I expect good manners and taking care of my complains as fast as they cash my monthly rent... place is dirty. Was happy to move here, now Im happy that Im moving out..

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Manager entered and stole my stuff. As much as I like the maintenance guys, the manager is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and liar. This place is better off replacing him with one of the more well deserved maintenace guys. Coming to the office as soon as it opens and file a police report if need be.

Worst possible place you could come too only reason Im here is waiting on my house and this was not only the cheapest place too rent AND the only place that was available when I needed it and I can see y! very rude management BRETT KENNEDY but you get what you pay for cant wait till my lease is up too get out this place they are worried about trash outside your door rather than the upkeep of the apartments! too funny dont come here!

Pros-Walkability. The complex is very close to several grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.-Maintenance. Ive had two major issues this past year (air conditioner stopped working, roof leaking), and both were attended to within an hour.-Ample parking.-Reasonably priced.-Apartment staff have been great 95% of the time. Im typically greeted by name, which given such a large compound demonstrates their commitment to service.Cons-Dale Mabry traffic is a mess in the evening.-Roaches. It hasnt been as bad in the winter months, but during the summer I would consistently find them around the apartment. Due to proximity to ponds and woods, and this being Florida, they make themselves at home.-Windows are thin, so make sure you do not get an apartment by the air conditioning units.I would recommend this area. I am in the process of relocating for work and will post an update once I have gone through ending my lease.Update: no problems whatsoever with ending my lease. Final water bill was deducted from my deposit and check arrived 6 weeks after move out. Sign a form, drop off keys and the process was complete.

Manager will try to get inside your privacy apartment by telling you its an emergency. Says a 24 hour warning is not needed. I wonder how many other residents fell for his unprofessional speech. Hes also never around when tenets ask for him.Ive never seen him in 3 years .BBB will get a note from me. Manager needs an immediate change or my lawyer gets a phone call for invasion of privacy.

I don’t live here and judging by the employees it’s probably a safe bet. Every person I’ve talked to is unprofessional (using curse words while showing me apartments) and uncaring (no real greeting). Customer service suppose to be friendly and eager to help patrons. The apartments are overpriced for the square footage and old appliances inside. Needs some work!

So we moved out paid our last month which is water included which means part of the rent that was 1,035 then they say we owe them money for water which is 56 then they tell me they used our deposit to pay for water so that leaves us at 20 so how the hell do we owe you 56!? Dont bother to waste your time cleaning it because we left after making that place better then it was when we moved in and still kept our money and trying to say we owe them after I was told they used our money to cover the water. But its ok we live in a non roach infested apt in a way better area lmfao spend more you get nice things spend less they care less! Ask for my email I will send you photos 😃Update with the bbb made a complaint they said after our bill was paid with all of our proof that we paid our rent and water they said they owe us!!! Mariam said it was 475 to replace then cindy said it was 445 to replace! You guys owe us money you arent getting nothing from us and making yourselves look stupid to bbb

I lived there and it was bad from the first night. There were sooooo many roaches it was unbearable. Roaches everywhere in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. I don’t know how many times I woke up because a roach was crawling across my face. We kept our apartment cleaner then clean and would still find colonies of roaches under our lamps. If I could go back I wouldn’t live here.

Countrywood apartments,, well I am going to have to start with Rick. Rick is the best person to step foot on countrywood property. This complex would not be the same without him.

Feels like I’m in a concentration camp they turn off the water whenever and a/c barely turns on. Maintenance horrible. Communication also horrible.

Coworker lived here. She hated it. They over charged her on water..which they calculate by building and split it among tenants (not really fair).Also they charged her for new carpet and new pads, when she cleaned that place up and down. She didnt have a pet and lived with her bf the last 4 months. So I dont know if they mail that out to everyone that leaves, hoping some will just pay it and not fight it? Not sure. But I would not move there.

I’ve lived here at countywood for about 2 years now, and i can attest to these crazy fees everyone has been talking about. Vinyl floors are done by outside company, and they want to charge me for the crappy job that company does when the tile comes up or is improperly installed (dealing with this now), ludacris charges for a stain in the carpet that they fully know has been there before a certain tenant moves in. And dont get me started about an apparent 400$ pet fee you are forced to pay that covers absolutely nothing. Terrible experience this will be my final few months living here. Some of the Maintenance staff are real hard working while the other half are a bunch of lazy not to mention rude bunch, you couldnt stop the head of maintenance to explain something to him even if you jumped in front of his golf cart. Leasing staff is a revolving door and some of those people are just plain rude or tells you what you wanna hear to shrug you off. If things dont look up, i’ll be contacting the papers

I’m a resident since March this year(2017) this is my first time having mine own place well me and my roommate we have a 2/2 because we are females and we like our own things and our own space...there’s been this leak coming from my bathroom going down stairs...the first time maintenance came to work on it I came home to what looked like a bomb exploded in my room and a huge hole cut into my wall where I could see directly into the bathroom downstairs...any ways it took days of multiple ppl in and out my place, and lots and lots of spray paint(which looked terrible)to fix it and of course the inconvenience of not being able to use my bathroom that I pay for every month! Now again the same leak again and I have to wait what they say should be a week for a new tub to arrive which they didn’t guarantee...so I go to the office to express my concerns about how inconvenient this is for me and how its not the first time as a paying resident every month always on time with rent never given them any issues they didn’t show enough concern for me...but they will be expecting me to pay for a bathroom I’m not able to use!?! Also i was rushed out my bath tub while taking a bath almost 9pm at night by my downstairs neighbor then maintenance shortly after! To add my whole apartment is literally lopsided and the floors are terrible you can feel the tile coming up underneath the carpet. My oven hasn’t worked properly since I moved in as well and was never fixed! Also Roches at first pest control came when I requested it but the last 3 times they never came to spray...Definitely don’t plan on renewing my lease for a first apartment it was ok but you can definitely get bigger and better for their prices!

BEWARE OF COUNTRYWOOD APARTMENTS if you move out before your lease is up. They sent us to a collection agency sixteen months after we moved out of their apartments, even though we paid in full the amount they were asking to break the lease. Make sure you keep copies of all of your payments, statements etc. in case this happens to you. It obviously was an error on their part, however this should not have happened. This tells me they need to improve their bookkeeping skills, OR hire new office staff. Its easy to send someone to collections and ruin their credit, but trying to reverse the damage is a lengthy process.Make sure you get everything in writing, keep copies of everything and verify with Countrywood your payments are being received and applied properly.Giving them 2 stars because of this debacle.

STOP. GET BACK IN YOUR CAR. DRIVE TO ANOTHER COMPLEX. Why? They are ridiculous with their management. If they invested in a half decent staff maybe these ratings wouldnt be so low. Drove over an hour TWICE, to take them paper work and payment. Poor service, and a literal waste of time. Dont both!

Wow I was thinking about going up here to look at a floor plan to move in since it’s by my job but I think I will pass seem like a night mare from hell to live here I think I will take apartment hunting somewhere else thanks for the reviews there’s no way everyone can be lying based off them all petty much saying the same thing

My girlfriend and i rented here last month(10/16). we lived there for about 5 days, they had to released us from the lease because of the roaches, they were everywhere, it was disgusting. we had to inspect all our stuff and throw away others to make sure we werent bringing any roaches to the new place we found just one block down the road. the countrywood staff was very unprofessional during the entire process, they had an attitude, they did not return calls when they say they are going to, no ones know anything, they answer for everything is: you have to talk to the manager, but he is never at the office. and the worst: the still changed us for the 5 days we lived in that horrible place. which i think was very unfair after all we went through.

Im a CURRENT TENANT... From day one of July Ive had roach problems. The first day I stay here the next morning I called and asked could the pest control man come (because I knew he came on Wednesdays) Cindy, rude mouthed me and said you have to call in on TUESDAYS for pest control. Im like Ive only been here for 2 days & its filled w roaches she smacked her lips, huffed and puffed, and tried to end the call before I continued talking to her. DO NOT MOVE TO CONTRYWOOD UNLESS ITS YOUR VERY VERY VERY LAST OPTION!! ROCHES ARE HORRIBLE HERE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! The outside of my house too if loaded with small bugs CINDY told me the pest man couldnt spray on the outside of the house BC its not his responsibility. Ok? Cindy is the worst of them ALL! I mostly deal w SEAN!! He should be the manager! Ive even called the management office of the property couldnt get no where with them. This whole place is a slump. I dont even have furniture in my living/dining room because Im afraid theyll get infested and Im the only one that lives n my place so its NEVER DIRTY to have all The roches I do! Ive called for maintaince 10+ times to UNCLOG ONE DARN TOILET they cant even do that. The sewage system Here is HORRIBLE! I absolutely love the neighborhood we Have a beach less than 5 mins away in our neighborhood and were literally 5-7 mins away FROM EVERYTHING! For the outdated appliances, roaches, terrible staff (well office manager CINDY) this place should be WAY CHEAPER!!

Hmmm well i have a lot to say about this place. 1st of all the custodians are super rude. Ive had a prblem with my toilet for at least 3 months, and everytime they come to fix it they use a tool i think called a snake and it temporarily fixes the problem, instead of just pulling the toilet out and fixing whatever the issue is for good. I have a 2 year old that crawls on the floor so i asked the guy to put plastic bags on his shoes and he gave me such a hard time and attitude. anyway the custodian came and rudely accused me of repeatedly putting q-tips down the toilet. Which i dont. How would he even know that untill he pulled the toilet?? Anyway 2nd i was going to stay here and move downstairs instead of upstairs and the manager Miriam says I cant transfer unless im upgrading or downgrading from my 1/1 apartment and if i do transfer i have to pay a $700 transfer fee at the time of renewing my lease ridiculous. 3rd there late fee is legit $100. 4th i pay 740$ for an apartment that doesn;t even have adequate washers and dryers, not to mention they make you upload at least 15$ on a card to wash your clothes even if you only have 1 load that will ultimately cost about 6$. (robbery) lol 5th they have a bout 5 or 6 people working there and everyone tells you something different than the previous person. 6th the give you such a hard time to pay your rent/water bill, most places will allow you to pay with money orders.. Not this place... Either a cashiers check or online, btw if you pay online its a 23$ fee (robbery again) 7th ANTS... Moral of the story, KEEP LOOKING!

Customer service in the front office could use some improvement, some are nice. Lots of parking, green space and trees. Maintenance is okay, missed coming in few occasions.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!WHAT A NIGHTMARE!I honestly never encounter such discontent paying my own money in an apt complex. Mind you I went to to college for 6 years and live in places I think was not great, but this place is as bad as it comes.1st: they are NATURE FRIEND = they do not cut their trees down to keep the place neat, so bugs everywhere, I saw BUGS there that you think will only excist in the African jungle.2nd: they welcomed me there with NO AC in the apt, Maintenance said they just realized that, it will be fix immediatly (believe me - 3 days later, i still have no AC) yeeep, in florida & nothing was taking off my rent. . Mind you I have a full time job, come home at 8pm, & of course they are already close3rd: shower was not working, so no hot water. for the ENTIRE YEAR - I took more shower in the gym than that place because obviously they could not fix it, nor they will buy a new water heater.4rth: as I went there with the check list, doing the walk through with maintenace, ecited and ready to move in---i saw roaches running on the counter, and the oven. (maintenance choose to clear that with his hand right in front of me.My 10 speed bike got stolen right in front of my door, and YES it was locked. The assitant manager was only able to inform me there is nothing she can do.They have the most discusting noticed ever, I would come home find notice on my door intended to OTHER TENANTS. when i call them, they will be we are sorry they will leave the notes stated MUST BE DONE TODAY BY 5PM According to Tennants statutes of Florida, you have to provide at leat 24 hrs, but at this place they give people couple hours, so if you have a job....too bad so sad because youll get charge.I was out of the country they call me, ask me to call them ASAP. I think my apt caught fire or something...but then when i called...they gave me a story about somebody return my key to them - & I was like: WRONG PERSON, MY KEY IS IN MY KEY CHAIN, and that is not AN EMERGENCY WORTH CALLING ME DURING MY FAMILY DINNER ALL THE WAY IN CANADA.dont move there, just dont do it. after all I never fail to pay them not even once, never paid late, but Im forever happy Im out of this place.

I never talk bad things about anyone or anyplace but this place is a joke the staff team OMG they dont know what they doing miss communication all over they steal money from people they did it to me I move to one bedroom apartment and they were charge me for a two bedroom apartment instead they charge you for anything please please stay away from this place one you get in you have to wait a year to move another thing one of the lady that she was working there she tell ne a lo of bad things about the staff that it was a joke that why she is not working there anymore it is a bad bad place to live cuple time a police was chasing a guy for all over the apartment complex and that happened twice.

The office staff is incompetent and just plain doesnt care. my apartment was infested with roaches when I moved in and over the past three years I still have roaches. the apartment next to mine leaks water my apartment has stains in the roof from where the apartment above mine leaks water. the maintenance staff is told to fix things the cheapest way possible. the grounds or unkept weeds and dirt everywhere.I live here 3 years. This place is the biggest dump in apartment history. The office staff is incompetent in just playing doesnt care. My apartment was infested with roaches when I moved in and over the past 3 years I still have roaches. The apartment next to mine leak water my apartment has staying in the roof from where the partment above mine week water. The maintenance staff is told to fix things that cheapest way possible. This place is absolutely filthy and on top of that they are way overpriced Im currently paying $865 for a one bedroom apartment that is growing mold in it. if I could give it less than one star I would

We have neighbors that constantly fight and and scream. We a horrible roach problem, air conditioning broke multiply times and mildew from a leak from upstairs that has ruined personal belongings. And they said its all apart of living in a apartment. This is all within 6 months. If you honestly want somewhere to live avoid this place at all costs.

Dont waste your time they are unprofessional and dont give all the information you need to live here.

The manager assistant feels the owner of the property is an extreme rude, never resolve your requests you just get rude and bad words from Miriam

Lived there for 3 years .....rude staff and roach problem on ...but on the other side good location good school sand safe neighborhood

If you are White, you will be treated very badly. If you are Hispanic, you will be treated a little better. They lied to us about how the water bill is charged and we paid for much more water than we used. Cindy has been rude for the entire time of our lease.

The apartment they assigned me has a spectacular view, they care about keeping the entire complex clean, it is very quiet. In building 1 of phase 2 there is a step that is breaking.

The administrator is too rude, does not care about the welfare of those who live there.
