Steve and Bobby were very thorough and professional in explaining the issues, as well as our different options. There was no hard sell, and they answered all of our questions.Ultimately, we decided to replace both units. They quoted us a fair and competitive price and completed the work less than a week later. The owner respond promptly to my inquiry. He arrived on time and was professional throughout experience. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me several options from repair to replacement. Once he received the part needed to fix my air conditioner he set an appointment for the next day and repaired my ac. He was thorough in explaining to me the repairs he performed and advised he would follow up in a couple days to assure there we were no there issues. His prices were fair and were shopped against other companies.

We bought a house and the upstairs air conditioning promptly went out. We called the number on the A/C unit for the company that had previously serviced the unit. 24/7 Emergency Service. Talked me thru the possible problem over the phone and came out bright and early the next morning to fix the problem. Extremely nice to deal with. The technician that came out was very nice as well and very helpful. Will use them again and plan to switch from my current AC company to them because Cornerstone Air never even returned my middle of the night phone call to their emergency service tech that they advertise, but they do not provide. I left my emergency message with their answering service and never heard from them to address my emergency.

I had an 4-yr-old AC coil leak that needed replacement. I had one AC guy came and he said I didnt register the coil and no mfg warranty so I had to pay over 1K to replace the coil. Not going to make a mistake. Called Mark and he made 2 trips to make sure the coil was really leaking. Then he looked up the mfg warranty and it was still valid. No registration needed. My goodness Mark saved me $500+ for the coil that I almost got tricked to pay to the first AC guy.The actual coil replacement was done by Jay and he is pretty solid. He answered all the questions I asked and replaced the leaked drain pipe as well. No more nonsense. Mark and Co are my AC guys going forward.

Woke up Monday morning with water on the floor surrounding my HVAC unit on the 2nd floor of my townhome. The emergency cut-off switch was defective and the drainage pipe was backed up. Called immediately and was able to get an emergency same day service call. Stephen S. arrived on-time, was thorough without any sort of rushed feeling and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. I have a home appliance warranty with APHW and they are covering the defective part (emergency cut-off switch). I decided to order FL-Airs annual maintenance plan to have them come back next week and do a full set of tests and cleaning because the unit is from 2005 and as a new homeowner I am learning how shady the previous owners were LOL

Mark was amazing!!! My AC was not working on a hot night. I called Mark and he talked me through how to repair it ON THE PHONE!! No charge. It was like 8:30 pm! Overtime with no charge. Then he came today and did maintenance and pointed out things that need to be replaced soon. No extra charge! Mark was amazing, professional, and COVID safe.
