Always have a good experience at this post office. Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Line always moves fast and I am in and out quickly. :)

Have been using this post office for 30 years. Within the past year Sunday has been an issue. Door seems to be locked and access is not possible. Although the schedule on the door says that they are own on Sunday for PO Boxes, we are prevented from access.How can this be fixed?

I like this post office everyone has always been very kind and helpful. I was there on Friday dropping off some prepaid and the nice lady suggested the kiosk for scanning. The other lady was so patient while she listened to another customer’s concerns and she was so professional.

Been coming here for 15 years, everytime its always a smooth, quick and pleasant transaction. Unlike some other posts offices (0 stars for the one on Atlantic Blvd & Riverside Dr) they send you off the line to go get a certified form and make you fill it out and if you make a mistake they send you off the line again to correct it. Where as this post office the very nice staff has always did it for me. Thank you for always providing me with excellent service. Its worth the drive to come here.

My experiences has always been pleasant.The only thing is on the door it says they open on Sunday until 11am but They are not open

The reviews of this office are way too harsh. Yall have to understand that the pandemic has strained the post office, and the workers are tired! I, for one, have had great experiences here over my ten years in Tamarac, and had such a great experience just YESTERDAY (5.25.21). The staff is friendly and super helpful. I had a package that was never delivered. The USPS rep went out of her way to find my giant package and advised me how to address the conflict behind delivery issues. As long as you wait, and understand that the reps are people with emotional batteries and feelings, youll understand that they are doing a great job. Yall rock!

This is a very busy post office but the staff are always friendly and willing to help. They try their best to get you in and out of there as fast as they can.

I have had a post office box here for years. The employees are short handed but are always polite and very respectful. The customers on the other had are a piece of work and very demanding. I appreciate all the hard work these employees do everyday to get packages to final destinations.Customers that come into this facility are multi cultural and sometimes they have short fuses. I have never seen an employee at this location get flustered or agitated even when customers become beligerent. These postal workers will do everything in their power to assist and have done so as far as I am concerned.My suggestion to all who are coming to this location, LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE out in the parking lot and bring your best self in through the doors.THANK YOU POSTAL WORKERS.

If you live in anything other than a free standing house, dont use them to deliver packages. Their drivers either dont know how to operate stairs/elevators or are simply too lazy to do their job. 1st driver lied about delivery saying they couldnt access the property (I dont live in a gated community and there is no construction to limit entry to complex), then the driver the second time said they attempted to leave package but it wouldnt fit in the small letter mailbox (obviously) but left instructions on how to retrieve package. Unfortunately there was no notice that any attempt had been made in my mailbox which meant no instructions on how to retrieve package. Only reason I know all this is by tracking the item online. Had to call customer service to figure out how to finally get my item. On top of that, because of the delay, this place has cost me $80. So not only do they not deliver the package, but they cost me money on top of it as well. Use any other carrier but this place.

Wow this location is awful. I have been calling since 9am this morning and people answer but never talk. They answered about 10 times! But never talk... the mailman delivered my medications to a broken mail box that has a key stuck in it, not sure why he would do that?? It’s been a week since I called usps and they supposedly were going to be sending someone to come fix it. Mailman has been here but no one has fixed it and I still don’t have my medication. I decided to have my bf go to this location to speak to a manager. He waited for 45 minutes and no one ever came to help him. So he left, I cannot believe how messed up this location is. MY MEDICATION HAS BEEN SITTING IN A BROKEN MAILBOX FOR A WEEK NOW AND NO ONE ANSWERS ME OR FOXES THE MAIL. This is the WORST experience I truly cannot believe this people don’t care that I need my medication.

The laziness sacks of flesh on the planet! Can delivery packages, doesnt know where they are, horrendous attitudes. Might as well talk to a rock and hope it delivers your mail. Will sooner mark your mail as undeliverable and have you come pick it up before they will do their actaul jobs.

Three times this week packages were marked delivered that were never put in my box. It took multiple trips to post office and phone calls to get some of the issues addressed

Today I walked into this post office at exactly 12:54pm walked over to the self scanner (my packages were already paid I just needed a receipt) and within 30 seconds of me being in there the worker SHERRY began yelling at me say what are you doing were closed, I locked the door. I then said the door was obviously opened and I was in here before 1pm (when they closed). Mind you while she was yelling at me 5 other people came in and got in line. She was so rude. When I finished and was leaving I asked her her name and she said Its Sherry since you want to know with a laugh. This location is disgusting. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I will NEVER go here again.

THANKS FOR NEVER COMING TO PICKUP OUR LAST 4 PICKUP REQUESTS! THIS POST OFFICE IS THE WORST. FIRST WEEK WE REQUESTED PICKUPS FROM TAMARAC POST OFFICE FOR MY BUSINESS, THE SAME MAIL CARRIER DROVE BY OUR OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES DURING THE DAY, AND DID NOT COME TO PICK UP OUR PACKAGES UNTIL 9:00PM AT NIGHT. THIS HAPPEN EVERY SINGLE TIME, GOOD THING WE WORK LATE. BUT ITS UNACCEPTABLE. NOW OUR LAST 4 PICKUP REQUESTS WERE JUST TOTALLY IGNORED. NO ATTEMPTS TO PICKUP AT ALL. WE HAD TO GO DELIVER ALL THE PACKAGES WHICH WE HATE TO DO BECAUSE THEY ARE KNOW TO STEAL YOUR PACKAGES AT THE TAMARAC POSTAL SERVICE WHEN THEY ARE NOT SCANNED AT DROP OFF. AND UNFORTUNATELY ITS NOT EASY TO STAND IN LINE WITH OVER 30 BOXES. THIS POSTAL SERVICE SHOULD BE COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. EVERYTIME I CALL TO FILE A COMPLAIN, ITS A DIFFERENT MANAGER THEIR THAT REALLY DOESNT CARE.

Great customer service!!! All of the team really work as a team and are willing to help anyone. I didn’t know just dropping off mail would make my day today because I was treated with joy and servitude. I spoke with the lovely manager there. I forgot to get her name but I witnessed her helping and explaining to a customer with so much patience and love. keep up the good work!! Their customer service is so refreshing! Thank you!!

This place defines the expression of like a third world country. So bad that a request for a Priority box (not in the lobby) is ignored by a Postal worker opening and then locking the door in your face, during regular hours! Telling the busy public the computers are down. A dark place, only go here if you have no other option! Look to Coral Springs north or Sunrise Plantation going south.

Not even getting mailed delivered and claiming it is. This issue is not from covid, its from mailmen not even showing up and being lazy.

Automated stamp machine was working. In and out less than 5 minutes. Social distancing and masks required.

Wish I could give 0 Stars. I have lived in Many different cities in Fort Lauderdale from Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Sunrise, Plantation, etc. Tamarac Post Office is the Worst. If your package cannot fit in the mail box, they dont even attempt to deliver it. Instead they mark it as Ready for Pickup I spent almost $200 to have a package delivered to my home and they want me to come and join a line for hours to pick it up???? This has happened multiple times. This post office just needs to be Shut Down.

Their self serve machine wasnt working for 3 people late at night at 820 pm. There was an employee working inside, I knocked on glass but they didnt want to even say hi. Lousy customer service

Not saying thieves are employed here but for sure they lack the general skills to read an address correctly. My mail constantly goes missing and when I complain it mysteriously shows up in the next few days,sometimes already opened

So I came here after my package just stayed at this location for a week. I tried contacting the merchant and was told to file a claim if I didn’t receive the package by today. I tried contacting the post office but got no luck so I figured I would just need to come in person. I did to only find out that the package somehow was received by them and they stuck it in a miscellaneous bin. I thought that’s strange, isn’t this the post office?! Shouldn’t you be able to redirect a package to the correct post office so the package is delivered? They explained that all of these miscellaneous packages would go back out but only once the bin was full. I wondered how long that would have taken and this package was a two day priority package. I said I’m here and I would like to pick it up and the lady explained that she couldn’t do that until the post office was closed because it would be time consuming to look in the bin. So I was told to come back after hours. So a trip that I thought would take five minutes turned into two hours because I had to stick around until they can “locate” the package. The lady was nice but why does the customer/recipient have to wait around when this was clearly a mistake on their part? Make it right.Update: I came back to the post office like I was told to and I was informed that all of the miscellaneous packages were sent out the previous day. The supervisor was absolutely terrible. First she questioned why I was there and wanted me to wait until she called me. Excuse me, it doesn’t work that way. When I asked if she looked she explain that it would take an additional hour. This was absolutely a waste of time and completely unprofessional. Avoid this post office!

This has to be the worst governmental operated Postal Service ever! After recently moving to the state of Florida, I have been having nothing but issues with getting my packages/mail. At this point, I am seriously convinced the mail carriers are stealing my packages. It amazes me that they can deliver mail that comes from the utility companies but when its a check or a package I order from online stores I never seem to get them. Then I have to call the companies find out when they sent it, etc. Brenda at this location has been very helpful the last 7 times I have physically gone in there. I signed up for the informed delivery as she suggested which tracks my mail & emails me images of what is coming. But when it comes to my packages they never arrive. I track my packages as well so I know when and where their coming from. I dont like that the mail carriers mark packages delivered when they dont get delivered. Not only am I losing money but its a total inconvenience. I find that the supervisors or managers at the post office are not taking this serious! Now if the shoe were on the other foot and this was one of the carriers or supervisors mail/packages they would be furious. I will be reporting all incidents to the postmaster and the BBB. This is ridiculous!

There is usually only one or two tellers working at the front, while loads of people are waiting on line. The average wait for a simple transaction is about 30 min. The demeanor of employees is also questionable. This post office draws a variety of demographics, with their 3rd world personality, noise, and attitude. Not a good experience.

Avoid this place at alllll cost! Third time they stole my package that was supposed to be shipped to a client! Incompetent is not even a word To discribe this place, I think they steal packages here for sure! I tried calling, opening a case and nobody ever answered my complaint. Disgrace of post service. Drive a little more to Avoid this nasty mess of post office.

Wonderful service, super fast! I honestly dont know why they have such bad reviews I have been coming to this location for a long time and all the customers always seem happy when I go.

Delivery personal and staff need to be arrested. This is past mail fraud. They have opened each one of my packages and tampered with it contents. These are domestic packages so there’s no need for an inspection. If there was an inspection done they would of put a note inside of the package. Instead during this pandemic where there are countless lives lost daily they find an opportune time to tamper with mail and packages putting people at risk.

This post office is awful. And they held my package upon customer request. Why? You guys never spoke with me and I never put in that request. I wasnt even left a slip in my mailbox. I had to put in my own redelivery request. For those looking, find another location. This one is unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Although I left a good review last time, it is awful now. My main gripe is that they do not answer their phone. This is nothing new-- they never have answered their phone -- Ive tried in the past 10 years...Big question WHY??? On went on one of those days when Social distancing was the thing during COVID crisis..Everyone has to wear a mask only 5 people allowed in the lobby. The Line is 25 people deep. You know they could help people by answering their phone and resolving issues that way instead of waiting in a long line. 45 minute wait. BTW Fred is the only good guy there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am going to look into how to report a post office to the Postmaster General. I am convinced, as others I see have posted, that there are thieves employed at this branch. I have had multiple packages stolen. Says they were delivered but they were not. I put in a complaint online, because you can not speak to anyone there, and sometimes the package mysteriously appears after a couple of days and most of the time it does not. But here are always lies on the tracking. Says Delivery Attempt when someone was home all day waiting for them. Has happened many many times, the latest was today. I must go back to having everything delevered to a paid Postnet mailbox and get signature on every delivery. Imagine that, I have to pay a yearly fee to stop USPS from stealing my packages!

It seems like everything I ship through this post office is a problem. I shipped some packages From Tamarac FLORIDA to Miami FLORIDA. I just checked the tracking, and my packages went all the way to New Hampshire before getting to Miami. Ill never ship anything here again. Ill drive the extra couple of miles to Coral Springs Post Office. This place is the Absolute Worst. You should be shut down!

A package was delivered to my door that was not addressed to me. The package was falling apart. I walked down the street to address on the package and knocked and left a note. Although someone was home they did not answer nor did they come to get their package. I attempted to call the post office for then to pick up the box but I could not get to a person and all the options I tried did not apply. I need this package gone from my door. I refuse to lug this box down the street to the rightful owners.

On 3/5/20 package arrived. For 5 days no yellow slip in P.O. Box.....you know I do commend yall for customer service because some days I bet yall would say I Quit! But you come in the next day and start fresh. Please take time to make a complete passes and not interceptions.

I went in the store today and I was treated unequally. Jessica was racist. ...Racism is not only black and white... Jessica called her own kind and a white who were after me in line. When she called the next white man he asked her why she not helping me and she said Im limited to who I can help. All I needed was a date stamp... So rude... If you cant get along with another race move to another planet... all our distant member were all foreigners... get it straight...

Mailed a card over a week ago and so far, it hasnt reached its destination. This is unusual because Ive mailed cards from other post offices in Broward for years and never had a problem. There was a gift card inside the envelope so seeing these reviews after the fact is not good. First time using this post office and it will be the last if the card is mysteriously lost for no apparent reason. Are there really THIEVES employed by THIS LOCATION? Are there cameras around monitoring employee behavior? Hopefully, this would be the worst case scenario but if not, this facility needs to be seriously investigated, arrests made or just SHUT IT DOWN.

Instead of delivering my package as they should, after tracking it,i stated, “package was held by customer request” which is a complete LIE. Why would I request to hold my package ? I don’t even know what number to call. Thanks a lot. This was an important package that I needed.

May 13 2020 @ 449pm Tamarac P.O., there are about 25 people waiting ..less than 6 ft apart but in lobby area less than 5. At least 1 hour wait...reminds of the movie Zootopia with all the sloths in the DMV.They messed my mail again !!!

This post office is very dirty. No supplies, everything is out of place. This place looks abandoned.

I ordered something off ebay it was supposed to be delivered last month it never came, when I tracked the package it said it was delivered to this Post Office and its been sitting there for a month. When I reported it missing, they never reached out to reimburse me or to find the package. I will never order something that involves the USPS again. This is why FedEx and Amazon are the preferred shipping company.

Dont even try to call this location if you have any questions. If you are able to find the right number, more often than not, they wont pick up. With that said, I think the employees are decent, however, there is just not enough people at the front so the line is always super long. I have since been self printing my shipping labels online and dropping off the packages to avoid the line completely.

My package said it was signed & given to individual at the resident yesterday. Soon as I checked & saw that notification I tried reaching out to the carrier. I had to check the other buildings in the complex only to find out the mail personnel delivered it to the wrong building and was told the package didnt belong to them and they wouldnt sign for it. The mail personnel still ptoceeded &left the package at the door. Luckily the tenant was decent enough to have kept it & said she was going to deliver it the following day as she cant see well at nights. This happened before & I was reimbursed by the company. However this is very unnerving to know that these people dont care if you receive your package or not and dont know if it is time sensitive. I am trying to make a formal complaint & will go through all revenues to do so!

Walk up to this location at 12:53pm. There are about 5 of us getting ready to enter. One lady have hand on the door handle and one of the workers snatched the door back and locked it. Then she is arguing with her that its not 1pm yet. At this point I took a picture of her and starting video taping her and the clock on the wall with time. She was very rude and continue argue. If this location close at 1pm Its doors should be lock at 1pm. I will be going in to this office and making a formal complaint.

I wish I could rate them in minus!This is the worst post office I have ever seen. Missing mail is the normal practice here. Your mail delivered to the neighbors and vice versa every day. The post office staff, specially a woman manager is very rude and nasty.

Have been missing a lot of my mails! I even went out of my way to write on my mailbox big and bold the house number yet I still receive my neighbors mail or I don’t receive mine at all which is a HUGE inconvenience to me because I need to take time to call places to find my mail! This is ridiculous you guys really need to PAY ATTENTION and hire people who can SEE and COMPREHEND addresses!

My regular mail lady Connie is great. Didnt get my very important package, on her day off. The next day she located at a different address. She always deliver my mail on time. Thank you

This is the worst post office Ive been to. I would give them zero star if possible. Rude employee who doesnt care about customer. Waited for 30 minutes in line just to talk to someone. My package has been arrived at this post office for two weeks and they just dont deliver it. When asked, their response is we have five thousand packages sitting in the back... yours might be one of them. When asked what I can do, they responded rudely:Nothing, you just sit and wait.

This is the most sluggish USPS I have seen. They told me to leave my things at the “dock” in the back since I take a sack containing about 50 pieces of mail inside. Pretty much they wanted me to be doing THEIR job for them. I went to this “dock” they said and it’s very isolated not even a soul is there, I was parked for 20min to see if there’s people working in the back and nothing. That being said, how would they guarantee me that my stuff won’t get lost or god forbid it gets stolen? They wanted me to put the sack there so that they don’t have to scan each item in the front and just load it into the truck meaning my things won’t get scanned until it gets to Opa Locka which is the main facility/distribution center. Like seriously? You work for the government and you’re this idle? Unbelievable.

I would give them a 0 if I could. not only did they lose a $500 package that was important for work but they wont answer the phone. spent 2hrs trying to get a hold of them and no answer, when they did answer the phone no one would answer me, literally, just dead air

Horrible service. I put my mail on hold during vacation. I have not been able to have my delivery resumed. I even went to the post office to pick up my mail and have the delivery resumed. Guess what??? Still no delivery. Good luck trying to reach by phone. Nobody picks up.

This does not deserve any stars whatsoever!. I had a package that was never delivered to my apartment and mail carrier left the notice in my mailbox as opposed to door which was mistake #1. Mind you that carrier stated he left package in front door BUT he left me a notice that my package was at post office. Since I work same schedule as post office I scheduled redelivery and nothing came that following Monday. I called the customer service center and got a rep that was very helpful and actually cared. She set up ANOTHER redelivery request for following day along with complaint and an investigation. I was told Id be receiving a call within 48 hours. Well I have not received my package, nor any calls and when I call call center, I am told I have to wait until I am called by management. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE!!!!! No one ever answers the damn phone at post office EVER! This is the worst service I have received thus far! Its a joke that the automated service says you will get your packages on time even if they have to work on Sundays. BULL CRAP!!!! IM STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL ON MY INVESTIGATION!!!! What does a person have to do to get items you purchased. Its not like the post office GAVE IT TO ME!! Im sure this will go unanswered as all the complaints to the post office. How unethical is this! I cant put anymore into words as I am getting more frustrated at the thought that the customers who pay for service cannot get what they ordered or a damn call back! Its been over a week and I still have no answers!

Just needed to drop off packages, shipping labels already attached etc. The drop off box inside was locked shut, line was out the door for everyone, decided it would be faster to just go to a different post office.

This is the worst service and when packages goes missing they serve of no assistance. Carrier does not deliver package and they record it as package delivered when inquired in person they say dont know what happened. This branch truly needs a makeup and trained better.😞😞😞😞😞. Carrier even stated address does not assist so how can they deliver to an address that does not assist.

I placed my mail on hold April 5th. I go pick up my mail today, April 18.... They havent been holding my mail!!!!!!! EVERYTHING DONE CORRECTLY, I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL..... NOW MY IMPORTANT MAIL I MAY NEVER SEE AGAIN!!!!! IT WAS JUST A HOLD REQUEST.... JUST HOLD...... HOLD!! FML

Some of the mail carriers are stealing packages. Its Christmas time now. Im missing 4 of my Amazon Packages that were all marked Delivered while I was home. And they are so Stupid. They mark one package as delivered in mail box that is way too large to even fit in a mail box. Its so frustrating and ridiculous. Tamarac Post office is the worst. I lived in Plantation, Weston, Coral Springs and Coconut Creek and have never had a lost Package.

Raced to get there by 7, made it with a few minutes to spare but nah, doors locked.

I put in a forward over 2 months now and I am YET to receive any mail. And this post office is the same as my previous place. NOT really a major change! So whats going on? Well I have called and called with no answer. When I did spoke to someone I was told the forward was in the system and the carrier will call me, well I am still waiting on that call. And dont try going to the actual office because its only worse. Did i mention I put in the change at the office!

My passport was never delivered, even though the tracking number says it was delivered 10 days ago. The passport office told me to call my local PO to find out if they still had it. They never answered the phone! This is serious - and they cant be bothered. My postal person often delivers the wrong mail to my house - what am I supposed to do? Go door to door to see if someone on another street go my mail?

Most of the clerks are nice but the management is completely useless. If you have a problem or concern dont even bother because they couldnt care less.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or more when going to this branch. It could be me, but I have also noticed that packages dont also arrive when they state they are suppose to, could be an overall decrease in service by USPS.When inquiring on picking up/intercepting packages depending on who calls you up will dictate what happens. Sometimes your asked to go to a seperate line to speak to a manager, others will go look, and sometimes you cant intercept a package if by chance its delayed however at thier office.Some of the branch personnel without mentioning names seem to not be very happy and speak in a monotone manner.

Once again this post office lost an express mail envelope. Now I have to waste time to find it. The Postmaster General needs to close this location down or fire everyone and hire competent people.

Without a monopoly in letter carrying and junk mail the USPS would have long ago disappeared into the dustbin of history. And, rightfully so. Incompetence and arrogance reign supreme. And, theyre simply incapable of delivering letters and packages with any reliability whatsoever. They repeatedly deliver my packages to my neighbors and vice versa. Fascinating!!

They wont answer the phone, but you can call the main USPS phone number if its very important. The call is answered in India.good luck!

This location is ridiculous, unprofessional and rude! Even trying to call them is impossible...no one answers the phone or disconnect the call! Constant mis- delivered mail!!! Missed mail that costs me money in late fees $$! Currently a PO money order has not been delivered! Was sent 8/31/17 from PR! No hurricane then yet! Please guys! What are you doing there?? Maybe its management needs to be changed up.his post office refuses to deliver mail to 73 ter tTamarac 33321 a couple times a month. I depend on this for my LTD checks. Seems no one has any clue on how to resolve this issue. I might need to call LTD and ask to take money out of my check for fed ex or UPS. Contacting us postal police. Witholding mail is a crime.

One star is too generous. I lived in Tamarac for 2 years. The first item that I know of that went mysteriosly missing was a birthday card with a $100 money order sent by a relative from out of town. That was the first time as far as I know. How much mail do we receive that we are not necessarily expecting, such as credit card offers and store promotions.Over the two years, there were several missing bank statements, at least two missing gift cards, a missing credit card, two missing refund checks from my credit card bank when I overpaid my balances, and some other items. The phone at this post office location is almost never answered. If someone actually answers the phone, buy a lottery ticket- because it is your lucky day. Do not count on it happening again. Whenever I used to go there to speak with a supervisor, a line of people was already formed to complain about their mail delivery. During one of my visits, I overheard a man who never received a letter sent by IRS, because it was delivered to his neighbors down the street. His neighbors eventually returned it, but by that time, he had another notice from IRS, with hundreds of dollars in added fines and fees. It was not the neighbors fault- it was the inept driver. I spent an incredible amount of time speaking with three different branch supervisors-which seem to come and go very quickly. One of them admitted to me that there is a lot of mail theft at this location, including but not limited to mail bins full of mail being stolen from the lobby, because they are simply left there unattended by the carriers. He left shortly thereafter, because who wants to take the heat for such a corrupt and incompetent group of people. I contacted the postmaster general and other agencies in charge of mail delivery, I spoke with people on the phone from various agencies, and they did absolutely nothing. It was completely a waste of a lot of my time, and in the end, I had moved. But every person I have met since then who lives in Tamarac and receives mail from this post office location has a story to tell about mail delivery issues. Many of them have it delivered to a P.O. Box. but this should not be necessary. If this were a private business, they would have been out of business. I cannot understand how people who steal mail are permitted to keep their jobs after multiple complaints, even though it is a federal offense to do so. There are no cameras in their trucks and no body cams, so if someone is pocketing mail, nothing is being done about it. An embarrassment to their profession.

Waiting to contact post office tomorrow.I waited for a package that was out for delivery on Saturday Oct. 1st.Not only was the package NOT delivered, but the mailman had the nerve to say I was not available or the business was closed. Maybe thats because the mail wasnt delivered until 8:00 pm and the mailman couldnt be bothered.This post office has NO customer service. They dont answer the local phone number. The workers act like theyre doing you a favor.Im going to file a formal complaint with the agency that oversees the post office but Im sure this will also fall on deaf ears.I will also contact the people who sent the package and advise them as to what happens and suggest they use another delivery system.

Probably the worst excuse for a Post Office I have ever seen. Over the years I have had many letters and packages get delivered either to the wrong address or just forgotten about by the staff and never placed on the truck. Theres been well over $1,000 in packages lost from this location over the years. Ive even had the carrier forge signatures to leave them by the door. Packages get stolen, and now its not disputable.

The office is a mess. The personnel do not seem to care about their job or us the customers. Is a pity how a federal agency have decayed in infrastructure quality, quality service and good manners.

Service was fast

The Tamarac Post office is by far the worst distribution center we have ever had in all the 26 years we have lived in Broward County. Missed delivered mail, Verified sent mail that never was delivered to us and mail that should have taken less than 2 days (interstate) took 5 weeks to find. When you try to talk to the Tamarac P.O. personnel, their do not show any interest in trying to help. This is one of many reasons that the mail system is failing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Brenda the so called supervised started helping a customer behind me and when I spoke up she said Jesus christ right to my face and kept helping the other woman

We live in an apartment complex so we are the only ones who have access to our mail and can only be opened by our mail key. I opened our mailbox and one of my packages was opened and the contents of said package were gone!!!!!!! Based on previous reviews, I don’t need to tell you what happened. They always bend envelopes and went to their office location once and it was the worst post office location I’ve ever been to by far. Thieves!!

This facility should shut down inmediately, starting from the General Manager down to the rank and file, everyone is as incompetent and lackadeisical like they should not be responsible for their deplorable attitude for the way they for conduct themselves. I sent overseas a package to my attorney; containing valuable documents issued by the Surrogates Court worth thousand of dollars including attorney fees. Its been more than a month, and my attorney has not receive the package!!! No one assumes responsability. Its never their fault. Ive seen so many customers complain like I do and the general manager doesnt give a crap. This post office is doing a disservice to the community. In another occasion a found a letter from my mother with signed blank checks on the floor in the lobby of my bldg. Bravo, Mr. Mailman.
