Im not a gym person at ALL, but I know I have goals that must be accomplished. This gym with its awesome location( exactly in the center of job and home) has such a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and sweet atmosphere. Its where I dont mind in the least accomplishing these very flighty goals. The staff is awesome! This gym is in my opinion a break from a long day.

Great gym with something for everyone. Silver sneakers classes, chair yoga, low impact classes, weight fitness, Zumba classes, treadmills, independent fitness if desires.

Place is great..staff is the best!

This place has potential. Only 3 of the many treadmills work. The equipment is very old. VERY. It feels as if weve stepped back in time to the 80s and Jane Fonda will be popping in to give an aerobics class. The location is convenient and usually empty around the time I go but if you want the treadmill, like I do, then you gotta get in early. A modernized facelift would do this place really good.

Each visit is more exciting than the last. The instructors there are truly amazing!

This is one of the best gym a ever train and train my clients, they have A SPACE ONLY FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS and they can help you with the price.Everyone is very friendly!

Ive been a (continuous) member of this gym for a total of 12 years. Heres my take:The Good:- Membership fees are relatively cheap- The atmosphere is mature and laid back -- no show offs, no meat market, no judgmentThe Bad:- The gym suddenly closed down for 2 months, and the owner made no attempt to find alternate arrangements for the members who were unable to work out, nor did he make any effort to reimburse members for 2 lost months of membership. All members were just plain doinked for 2 months of membership fees and are on their own in terms of finding a temporary workout spot until the gym re-opened.- The owner and his staff have no problem booting members mid workout because theyd suddenly like to close the gym early.- The gym closes relatively early compared to other gyms in the area. And dont dare show up past 7:30pm on a Friday, because you have a good chance of getting kicked out when staff suddenly decide that theyd like to close early.- The equipment hails from the stone ages, and Out of Order signs on equipment (for months -- or years at at a time) is a very common sight.If you want to save a few bucks on membership and dont really care about having a stable workout spot with modern equipment, then Tamarac Fitness is your place.

Zumba with Gio is always fun!! Highly recommended. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays is always a party 🎉💃🏾

Gio is an amazing Zumba instructor. I felt liberated and fulfilled after my workout with him.
