Very peaceful. Just started going back and I feel at home and that I am getting what I need. The environment is clean and the patrons understand the rules and regulations. Again just a peaceful place to be.

Employees are great, nice and friendly. Always ready to explain or help you with machines. The place is very clean. Every day every machine is wiped clean by employees. Price and services gets my A+

This is not a huge commercial gym but has all equipment needed for keeping you in good health, machines are disinfected everyday, environment is peaceful, friendly staff, daily operational hours and price are A+.
