I just picked up my 92 Ford Bronco. To just say I’m happy with the results is huge understatement!! I am restoring the truck and the previous owner did quite possibly the worst 6 inch lift install of all time... bad welding etc.. most people do not like to fix other people’s bad work. Tim did not flinch. In fact when I met Tim in person he doubled down and told me they were probably the only place in town that could! He gave me a fair price and kept me in the loop as he progressed. He also gave me options we could do now or later and the discounts if we did them while fixing the current issues. I have used Truck and Car Concepts with my job in the automobile industry for many years. I have never been let down. This time I had to write a review!! 5 stars isn’t enough! My truck is riding better than ever! I will definitely be back!

UPDATE: I called Friday they said my items were in, I asked them to physically touch the item to make sure. I installed the items personally and was pleased with the quality and the engineering. Everything fit. I might give them a second chance.. Called on a Friday to inquire about an assesory for my truck. I was told over the phone that the items would be in the day after the order is placed and since I would install my parts Id save $85.00.I showed up the following Tuesday up to confirm the exact items I wanted ordered. While in the showroom I had 2 separate individuals helping me tag team style as they were a bit busy. One of the individuals confirmed Id have my items next day. Upon paying in full I was then told I would only be saving $65.00 since I didnt require them to install, ok no big deal but it wasnt what I was told. The next day I called at the time they suggested to see if the items were in, turns out they were not due to back order issues so they ordered a similar item from another vendor.I respect them for taking the initiative to insure what I paid for is delivered however I never did receive a call explaining this or even being asked if it was ok which Im not worried about a name brand as long as the quality is the same and the style I wanted is the same so take that how you will. Anyhow the items were promised to be in the next day Thursday. I called after lunch on Thursday, gave my info and was told that my items were there. I drove an hr 1 way just to pick this stuff up only to find out that the parts werent in because they were looking at the wrong ticket... that really frustrated me especially when I was told by a 3rd person that they dont do next day shipments anymore. (Left hand doesnt know what the right one is doing?) Tomorrow my parts are promised to be in so well see and if not Im sorry but Ill just get my money back and order through someone else. I had truck and car concept install a leather kit I purchased from katzkin leather. Truck and car concept promised it would be done in two days they complain to me that said my truck was dirty and need to be detailed in order for them to install the leather so I had Joe The owner of truck and car concept find me a local detailer he charged me $80 to detail my truck and I told him to go ahead and have a detailed. In the process of that he crashed and damaged my truck and refused to fix it did a horrible installation job on the leather it was scratched wasn’t installed correctly very loose leather overall horrible installation job done by truck and car concept. They crashed my truck and replaced my bumper but there was damage on the body of the truck behind the bumper and refused to fix the damage and we’re very disrespectful and horrible customer service. I make a living off of my truck and it ended up taking more than two weeks to install the leather in my truck. When I finally picked up my truck it was dirtier than what I left it in they charge me $80 for a detail -and never cleaned my truck Mr. Joe the owner of this place has no respect for his customers and a week later they sent a Camaro to have leather installed truck n car concept and they also damaged their vehicle I don’t recommend this place at all they are very unprofessional and if they do any damage to your vehicle they will not take care of it they are full of excuses very rude and unpolite it’s been three months since the incident and they are yet to fix my truck of the damage they did or fix the leather the leather was done horribly I had to contact Burt at trim tech and he made the leather look great. I am not the type to actually go and make a review on anyone but I just don’t want nobody to be a victim like I was I simply just wanted some another installed in my truck and then ended up causing me a lot of stress and headaches took over two weeks crashed my truck in the process damaged it didn’t want to fix it and took them two weeks to install a leather kit that takes two days and still couldn’t do it right do not go here!!!

They recently replaced a broken hand crank on my horse trailer. OMG - above and beyond! Fast, nice - stayed late for us when we realized after hours we were going to have to turn our hitch over and it was locked without a key. 4 of the guys including the owner jumped in and used a torch to cut it off - and then installed a new one for free. This is the second time Ive used them for my horse trailer (they installed fans for me) and theyve done the tint for 3 of our cars. Im a big fan.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My friend had his truck up here and the shop needed to order wheel spacers for it. Without telling him, they said they had no choice but to leave the truck on the alignment rack until the spacers came and then charged him for bringing 2 OTHER PEOPLES cars to an alignment shop because he had no other option. And then when I complained about it, he kicked me out of the store.....I told him if he would have told us, we could have brought another set of wheels to put on temporarily to get it out of the way....but he seemed to not be able to understand that concept and said this was the only fair way. This shop seems very dishonest and will apparently charge you for work that was done on somebody elses vehicles. This is the most unprofessional and dishonest shop I have ever been too.

I had an appointment at the business for Thursday November 19th to have my vinyl floor installed in my truck.I attempted to bring my truck in this evening to drop it off and the gentleman working the counter when I told him who I was stated I was hoping you were not going to show up and explained that their parts supplier delivery driver fell asleep at the wheel and all things on the truck were destroyed and that pushed his schedule.He stated that he would not be able to get to my truck until next week....Now I am here to tell you, that is bad business... I had a scheduled appt and had called several times during the week to ensure all was good....I even called Wednesday evening prior to closing to ensure there was a drop box for keys as I did not think I was going to get there before closing.NOT ONE TIME DID ANYONE MENTION OR STATE THAT MY TRUCK WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET DONE...TRUCK-N-CAR CONCEPTS IS COMPLETE TRASH.

Almost perfect tint. 4 out of the 5 windows tinted look great. I have one window that had some bubbles in the corner. Just got back from taking it in to get fixed (which was an easy process, nice people), but the window has less bubbles.(7/11/2020) so a month later, the rear window now has odd shaped bubbles from trapped lint. I have another bubble in the fixed window.

I went to Truck ‘N Car Concepts to have nerf bars put on my pick up truck. After measuring for the right size and picking out my choice of style, we made an appointment for install. On day of install unfortunately the bars would not quite fit. Instead of trying to push another set on me, Joe, the owner, stated he was sorry and would reorder a better set at same price. After a few days the replacement bars arrived and Joe gave me a work in appointment to install. One hour later I not only got the look I wanted but Joe upgraded me to the best number one brand in the USA currently. Joe is an honest man and their business is busy SO GO SEE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR TRUCK AND CAR NEEDS and bless this hardworking man!

Very disappointed in my experience today, made an appointment on tuesday 12/31 to get my truck bed spray lined on friday 1/3. dropped it off at 9am as scheduled and was told it would be ready for pickup at 2pm. called at 2pm to tell them I was on the way, they said it wouldnt be ready until 3:30-4, no big deal. went back up there at 4 to pick it up and they said it wouldnt be ready until 5:30, confused at this point I asked if they had even started on my truck and the woman up fronts response was well do you still want to get it done? still confused I left again to go burn time, I get a call at 5:15 pm saying that it cant be done today because of the humidity (8 hours after I originally dropped it off) I was told that I accidentally got skipped in line and a truck got done before mine which was part of the delay and why they werent able to start on my truck. I feel like I have been completely hung out to dry. The installation crew did say that it was a hectic day and were very sorry that it happened and I do believe them and I understand things happen but the way it was handled was not up to par as far as customer service goes. They did offer me a discount if I were to come back at another time but at this point after the experience I had today Im just too discouraged to return.

After market Jeep parts have a way of being difficult at times. After reviewing the online instructions to install a transfer case shifting cable, I decided to let Truck N Car Concepts handle it. Im glad I did. I was both thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the service I received from Joe at the counter and Tim in the garage. They both worked with me to get my Jeep ready in time for a rapidly approaching trip to the Sheriffs Jeep Fest in Jasper, Georgia. Thanks again for a job well done!

I really hate to give a bad review, but what my family and I experienced today has to be known. We made a reservation for a Budget Truck rental over 2 weeks ago and chose Truck N Car Concepts as our pick up location. My family and I live almost 2 hours away, but this was the nearest Budget Truck rental location, so we chose it. We confirmed our rental and were prepared for pick up. We arrived at Truck N Car Concepts ready to pick up our rental truck. Just as an FYI, we are to be out of our house tomorrow and in another town 250 miles away to sign our lease tomorrow so that I can begin a new chapter in my career for a huge promotion on Monday. When we arrived, we were informed by the staff at Truck N Car Concepts that there were no trucks available at this time. I understand there were circumstances out of their control. However, in the entire time I was there trying to figure out what went wrong, not one time did the staff offer an apology. Quite the opposite, in fact. I was treated with disdainful indifference and down right rudeness. Very unprofessional. If I ever needed any services that Truck N Car Concepts offered, I would chose a different, more professional place of business.

I have used Truck N Car Concepts several times. They’ve done everything from tint jobs on my trucks to a cat back exhaust system. I’ve always had a good experience with Joe and his crew. I highly recommend and will be going back soon for some new pipes on my Silverado

I purchased a combination backup camera, navigation system and radio unit from this business a few years ago. It was not cheap. Now the radio has quit working and I was told the whole unit has to be replaced, around another $700 - $800 . I have had many cars and have never had the radio quit working. I will not use this place again.

Went here for a headliner and carpet replacement. Headliner looks great, but the carpet does not. The carpet was so bumpy and loose in areas that it had to be brought back to be fixed and now looks ok but not anywhere near what it should for the price that I paid. One other thing to note is that some plastic interior areas of my car (including the area around my gearshift) that had to be moved or removed when my carpet and/or headliner were replaced are out of place. I brought my car back a second time because the footrest on the driver’s side floorboard was loose. I’ve fixed a few areas that I could easily put back into place, but there are some that are so off that there’s nothing that I can do and I’m not sure how they were ok with giving my car back to me that way. Definitely be careful of things being slightly off or out of place when you get your car back after one of these services.

I went there to have a radio system and a backup camera installed I brought my own double din radio and backup camera. He went outside and looked at my car So I had to order an adapter for my car the first quote he gave me was 250 for installation and everything. He then said I didn’t quote you for installing the back up camera so it’s an extra 100 dollar so we are already at 350. Then fast forward when it was time to drop off the car my car was suppose to be there at 8 Monday morning so I drop it off Sunday night and then went there 8 in the morning on Monday to drop the key off. So then I get call from the person that does the installation it was about 2 in the afternoon he calls me says do I want my steering wheel control hookup and I told him yes not to remind I thought that was already included in the price. He said it’s going to be another 120 to INSTALL a steering wheel control module. He then told my car wasn’t going to be ready that day even though my car was there every since the night before and was supposed to go in the shop at 8. My car was ready the next day I had to call and ask them if my car was ready nobody ever contacted me telling me my car was ready .Why I think it’s quite ridiculous how they are charging all these different installation fee when they already have the car taken apart the backup camera goes with the radio and the steering wheel control module goes with the radio why are you charging 3 different installation fee so with tax and everything I paid 497 to get a radio installed I could have just went to the dealership and paid that honestly. Their work is good but the pricing is just completely off I don’t think I will ever take my car there again

Several years ago I purchased a jeep with a lift kit installed by a previous owner. I reached a point where I needed new shock absorbers but had no idea how much the jeep had been lifted and no idea what size shock would fit. I stopped by Truck N Car Concepts and within a couple of minutes I was on my way with the information I needed. What a great and knowledgeable staff. Thanks again, Ill be back!

This is what you call customer service. Being from out of state and not having a lot of time to be stuck on the side of the road with a problem.Joe and his team were able to fix me up in just under three hours theres no better representation of what a business should be modeled by.

Bad things happen here

I dont like giving bad reviews but my experience was very bad. I scheduled an apt to have a new stereo head unit + backup camera installed and my speakers replaced in my 2005 Nissan Frontier. First the owner called and told me that he had to cancel my apt b/c his audio guy got hurt trying to break up a fight between two dogs and proceeded to call him a Dumb A$$. I should have take that as a clue and looked elsewhere. Once I did get my truck in the shop, what was suppose to take a few hours (according to them) ended up taking all day literally and I had to call someone to pick me up to avoid missing work. When I finally got my truck back they said that their supplier gave them the wrong speakers for the dashboard and that I would have to bring it back. Then I noticed that there was a 2 inch piece of the dashboard missing. I also noticed that my airbag light was flashing. I called them up and they said that the airbag light was already on and that they had two guys confirm it. The owner also seems unwilling to fix my dashboard as well. Once I did bring my truck back in, it took them an entire day and a half to put two speakers in b/c their supplier got the wrong part yet again... I cant believe I paid upfront for this b/c now Ill have to fork out more money to repair what this shop did to my vehicle. Stay away...

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Joe and all the staff at Truck N Car Concepts! My daughter and I talked to Joe over several days about purchasing side-steps for my son-in-laws truck as a surprise. I finally decided that I was uncomfortable having them installed as a surprise (you dont touch a mans truck without permission!) so we lured him to the store under false pretenses and surprised him with purchasing the side-steps which would then need to be ordered. We were the ones surprised when our son-in-law picked out the ones he wanted (the exact ones my daughter said he would want) and Joe had already ordered them for us and they were ready to be installed right then! Wow!!! We were so pleased. They took the truck back and had them installed within the hour. Great product and even better customer service. Thanks Joe for helping make the surprise better than we could have done ourselves!

Let me start by saying Joe is not a bad guy, however, Im not going to go back. I took my Cobalt there a couple years ago and got a body kit put on it, there was some gapping but for the most part they did a solid job. Recently I took my truck to get its headlights changed out and the person who put my headlights in did not calibrate the lights. I took it back to them the next day and they broke one of the projector lenses in the Headlights after trying to adjust it. They refuse to take responsibility calling it a defect in the lights and refused to refund me my money. Luckily I was able to get CARiD to refund me for the headlights and got new ones which they did install for free. This whole process took a little over a month and I was not happy with the original reaction to their mistake. In the time that I spent in the office I heard other people complaining about mistakes that they had made and this made me feel like I cant trust their work. If you look at my ratings youll see that I have a trend of rating people pretty high and seriously dont try to ruin businesses especially local ones, if you do go here make sure that you do not bring them your own parts, buy with them they warranty the parts you buy with them and any mistakes that they make with other peoples parts they most likely will call a defect.

They have done my last 4 vehicles...excellent work...excellent service...wont go anywhere else!

Great job on my tinted windows

I purchased a window tint job for my 2006 Mustang, in June 2006 due to the fact that they offered alifetime guarantee, as you can get window tint done most anywhere I went with Car & Truck Concepts based mainly because of the warranty. Well I recently developed severe bubbling on rear window (a safety hazard as you cannot see very well at night) and pealing on driver and passenger window, I called the shop, asking about the warranty, was told as long as I had the original receipt and invoice they would honor, so I collected the things I was told I needed, went to the shop, and Joe the tint guy was out of town, told to come back next week. So the next week rolled around and I went yet another time to get my Lifetime Warrantied Tint job fixed due to above mentioned, when I entered I spoke with Joe, well low and behold, now I had to have a guarantee card, which I believe was never given to me as I had the invoice and receipt stapled together, I have every receipt and paperwork for oil change, brake, transmission, etc.. ....ALL car services in my glove box. But there was no guarantee card so I got the old sorry Sir, we cant honor our LIFETIME GUARANTEE we promised you at purchase. I explained that I have every piece of paper for maint. work I have ever had done on the car, and you can see that the receipt is stapled to the invoice, so apparently your checkout person never gave me a warranty card.........Sorry cant help you..........No attempt was made by Jo Doughty to take care of the customer, no intention of honoring his shops work.......PLEASE anyone out there, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR SERVICES, I even called and spoke once again trying to give them a chance to do the right thing, never returned call..DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT HONOR PROMISES....
