They are super friendly and have been around forever(The owner is a fourth generation Italian watchmaker and his partner has been fixing watches for 40+ years) The man who helped me was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable; he even did my repair(which was changing the size of my band) completely free! Definitely five stars.
